ཆོས་འཕགས་བསྟེན་པ་ལྟར། །ལུས་སྲོག་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀུན་གྱིས་གཡོ་མེད་པར། །བཤེས་གཉེན་དམ་པ་ལེགས་པར་མཉེས་བྱས་ནས། །མི་མཉེས་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་མི་བྱེད་ཤོག །ཟབ་ཞི་སྤྲོས་དང་བྲལ་བའི་ཤེར་ཕྱིན་དོན། །ལོག་རྟོག་དྲི་མའི་ཆུ་ཡིས་མ་བསླད་པར། །ཇི་ལྟར་རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ་ལ་བསྙད་པ་ལྟར། །དེ་ལྟར་བདག་ལ་རྟག་ཏུ་འདོམས་པར་ཤོག །ཐུབ་པའི་དགོངས་པའི་དོན་ལས་ཕྱིར་ཕྱོགས་པའི། །རྟག་ཆད་ལྟ་བ་སྟོན་པར་བྱེད་པ་པོ། །མི་དགེའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་སྡིག་པའི་གྲོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི། །དབང་དུ་ནམ་ཡང་འགྲོ་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ལྷག་བསམ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་དར་ཆེན་འཕྱར། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ལྷོད་པ་མེད་པའི་རླུང་གིས་བསྐྱོད། །ཐོས་བསམ་སྒོམ་པའི་གྲུ་གཟིངས་ལེགས་བསྡམས་ནས། །ལུས་ཅན་འཁོར་བའི་མཚོ་ལས་སྒྲོལ་བར་ཤོག །ཇི་ཙམ་མང་དུ་ཐོས་དང་ལྷག་པར་གཏོང༌། །རྣམ་དག་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས། །བདག་རྒྱུད་ལྷག་པར་གྱུར་པ་དེ་ཙམ་དུ། །ཕྱི་ཕྱིར་ཁེངས་པ་ཀུན་དང་བྲལ་བར་ཤོག །རྣམ་དག་རིགས་པའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་གསུང་རབ་དོན། །ཇི་བཞིན་འབྱེད་ལ་གཞན་དྲིང་མི་འཇོག་པའི། །མཁས་པའི་གམ་དུ་མཐའ་ཡས་གསུངས་རབ་ལ། །ངོམས་པ་མེད་པའི་ཐོས་པ་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །ཇི་ལྟར་ཐོས་པའི་དོན་ལ་རིགས་པ་བཞིས། །ཉིན་དང་མཚན་དུ་ཚུལ་བཞིན་རབ་བརྟགས་ནས། །བསམ་བྱའི་གནས་ལ་བསམ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ཡི། ། རྣམ་དཔྱོད་བློ་ཡིས་ཐེ་ཚོམ་ཆོད་པར་ཤོག །གང་ཚེ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཟབ་པའི་ཆོས་ཚུལ་ལ། །བསམ་བྱུང་བློ་ཡིས་ངེས་ཤེས་རྙེད་པའི་ཚེ། །ཚེ་འདིའི་འཁྲི་བ་ཆོད་པའི་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིས། །དབེན་པ་བསྟེན་ནས་ཚུལ་བཞིན་སྒྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །དེ་ལྟར་ཐོས་བསམ་སྒོམ་པས་རྒྱལ་བ་ཡི། །དགོངས་པའི་གནད་རྣམས་རྒྱུད་ལ་བསྐྲུན་པའི་ཚེ། །སྲིད་ལ་བརྐམ་པའི་ཚེ་འདིའི་སྣང་བ་དང༌། །རང་བདེ་འདོད་པའི་བློ་རྣམས་མི་འབྱུང་ཤོག །བདག་གིས་བདོག་པའི་དངོས་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །མ་ཆགས་བློ་ཡིས་སེར་སྣ་བཅོམ་བྱས་ཏེ། །ཐོག་མར་ཟང་ཟིང་སྦྱིན་པས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས། །འཁོར་དུ་བསྡུས་ནས་ཆོས་ཀྱིས་ཚིམ་བྱེད་ཤོག །ཇི་ལྟར་མནོས་པའི་བསླབ་པ་ཕྲ་བ་ཡང༌། །ངེས་འབྱུང་བསམ་པས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་བར། །སྲོག་གི་ཕྱིར་ཡང་གཏོང་བར་མི་བྱེད་པའི། །ཐར་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་རྟག་ཏུ་འཛིན་པར་ཤོག །བདག་ལ་བརྡེག་འཚོག་མཚང་འབྲུའི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས། །མཐོང་ངམ་ཐོས་སམ་ཡིད་ལ་དྲན་པའི་ཚེ། །ཁོང་ཁྲོ་བྲལ་ཞིང་སླར་ཡང་དེ་དག་གི །ཡོན་ཏན་བརྗོད་ཅིང་བཟོད་པ་སྒོམ་པར་ཤོག །དཀར་པོའི་ཆོས་རྣམས་མ་ཐོབ་

如同依止正法一样，以身命受用一切皆不动摇，善能令恩师上师欢喜，愿我刹那也不做令师不悦之事！甚深寂灭离戏论之般若波罗蜜多义，不被邪分别垢染之水所染污，如常啼（菩萨）般，愿您恒常教诫我！背离能仁（释迦牟尼佛）之意，宣说断常之见者，愿我永不为恶知识、罪恶友伴所左右！竖起纯净增上意乐之大法幢，以不懈怠之精进风所摇动，善系闻思修之舟船，愿我救度有情众生脱离轮回之苦海！听闻越多，布施越多，以清净戒律、明辨智慧，我之自相续越发增上，愿我越发远离一切骄慢！以清净理智之力，如实辨别经论之义，不依赖他人，于智者处，对于无边经论，愿我做永不满足之听闻！如是听闻之义，以四理，日日夜夜如理善加观察，于所应思维处，以思维所生之，明辨智慧断除疑惑！何时对于极甚深之法，以思所生之智慧获得定解之时，以断除今生系缚之精进，愿我依止寂静处，如理修持！如是听闻、思维、修持，于自相续中生起诸佛之，意趣要点之时，愿我不生贪恋世间之今生显现，以及贪图自身安乐之念！对于我所拥有的一切事物，以不执着之心，摧伏悭吝，首先以财物布施摄受众生，然后以佛法使之满足！如我所受持之细微学处，以出离心直至获得菩提之间，纵然为了性命也不舍弃，愿我恒常高举解脱之胜幢！对于打骂我、揭我短处之有情众生，见或听或忆念之时，愿我不起嗔恨，反而宣说彼等之功德，修持安忍！尚未获得白色善法
English
Like relying on the sacred Dharma, with body, life, and possessions, may I be unwavering, may I perfectly please the virtuous spiritual friend, and may I never do anything displeasing even for a moment! May the meaning of the profound, peaceful, and free from elaboration Prajnaparamita not be defiled by the water of wrong conceptions. Like the Ever Weeping Bodhisattva, may you always instruct me! May I never be swayed by evil companions or sinful friends who turn away from the meaning of the Thus-Gone One's (Shakyamuni Buddha's) intention and teach views of permanence and annihilation! May I hoist the great banner of pure intention, propelled by the wind of unflagging diligence, and having well-secured the ship of listening, contemplation, and meditation, may I liberate sentient beings from the ocean of samsara! The more I listen and the more I give, the more my being is enhanced by pure ethics and discerning wisdom, may I be increasingly free from all arrogance! With the power of pure reasoning, may I truly discern the meaning of the scriptures without relying on others. In the presence of the wise, may I listen to the boundless scriptures without ever being satisfied! Having properly examined the meaning of what I have heard with the four reasonings, day and night, may I dispel doubts with the discriminating wisdom that arises from contemplation of what is to be contemplated! When I gain certainty about the most profound Dharma through wisdom born of contemplation, may I rely on solitude and practice properly with the diligence that severs the bonds of this life! Thus, when the essential points of the Victorious Ones' intentions are cultivated in my being through listening, contemplation, and meditation, may I not have the appearance of this life that craves existence, nor the mind that desires my own happiness! With a non-attached mind, may I conquer miserliness towards all the things I possess, and first gather sentient beings into my circle by giving material things, and then satisfy them with the Dharma! May I never abandon even the slightest precept I have received, even for the sake of my life, until I attain enlightenment with the thought of renunciation, and may I always hold high the victory banner of liberation! When I see, hear, or remember sentient beings who beat, abuse, or expose my faults, may I be free from anger, and may I again speak of their good qualities and practice patience! White Dharma not yet obtained
