祈愿您恒常守护！ 以往积累极其清净的善业， 彻底感召的天界荣华富足者， 承担弘扬珍贵教法的重任者， 大善知识法王胜！ 众生安乐的唯一门户， 由衷敬奉释迦教法者， 具足周遍一切时处弘扬之宏愿者， 祈愿吉祥怙主法王坚固住世！ 如此先行吉祥之语，进而切入正题： 凭借往昔善行的威力， 凭借圆满兴盛的荣耀而显赫， 视教法为利乐之根本， 荷担着将释迦教法弘扬至各方的重任， 从辨别取舍之处，智慧广大的清净事业遍及各方， 往昔教法虽极兴盛， 后来因时势所迫而衰败，如今在那被称为边鄙恶劣之地的多麦（安多地区）大国， 乃是天人福田之殊胜处， 善持释迦之律仪， 乃是经教之所依， 五大寺院， 您已善加建立， 当圣旨颁布之时， 内心因喜悦而激动， 由衷生起极大稀有之感。 圣旨之物：绫罗绸缎的法衣一件， 绸缎的半月形饰品一件，白色哈达一条， 水晶念珠一百零一串， 麝香五十两等由上师生源法王转交， 卫藏（拉萨及周边地区）所有大小寺院均已供养曼扎并赠送礼物， 本寺也已向僧众供养曼扎及茶砖等物品，均已全部送达。 建立寺院及对无量僧众进行利养的善根等， 皆如法王父子为长寿及政权稳固，以及为利益一切有情众生而回向于一切智智并祈愿一般，如法行持，以清净之愿文加以圆满。 如今，对于所建之五座寺院， 以信为基础，清净之论典的闻思修习日益增上， 遍及各方。

With the good deeds accumulated in the past, which are extremely pure, The glorious and wealthy one of the heavens, who is completely summoned, The one who bears the burden of spreading the precious teachings, Great spiritual friend, Dharma King Victorious! The only gateway to the happiness and well-being of all beings, With heartfelt reverence for the teachings of Shakyamuni, The one who possesses the vast aspiration to spread them in all directions and times, May the glorious Dharmaraja have a stable life! Thus, after uttering auspicious words, we proceed to the main topic: Relying on the power of past good deeds, Manifestly exalted by the glory of perfect prosperity. Seeing the teachings alone as the root of benefit and happiness, Carrying the great burden of spreading the teachings of Shakyamuni in all directions. From the place of discerning what to adopt and abandon, the activities of pure wisdom spread in all directions. Although the teachings were greatly flourishing in the past, Later, due to the force of time, they declined greatly, and now in that great kingdom called the unbearable borderland of Do-mey (Amdo region), It is the supreme field of merit for gods and humans, Having well maintained the discipline of Shakyamuni, It is the basis for upholding the scriptural teachings, The five great monasteries, You have established them well. When the decree was issued, The mind was moved by joy, From the heart, a great sense of wonder arose. Items of the decree: A robe of silk brocade, A crescent-shaped ornament of silk brocade, A white scarf, A string of crystal beads, one hundred and one, Fifty taels of musk, etc., were delivered by Lama Jungne Gyalpo, All the large and small monasteries in U-Tsang (Lhasa and surrounding areas) have offered mandalas and gifts, In this monastery as well, offerings of mandalas and tea bricks, etc., have been sent to the Sangha, and all have been delivered. The roots of virtue from establishing monasteries and making offerings to the immeasurable Sangha, As the Dharma King, father and son, dedicate to omniscient wisdom and pray for long life and stable governance, and for the benefit of all sentient beings, We have practiced purely and sealed it with pure aspirations. Furthermore, for the five monasteries that have been established, Based on faith, the study, contemplation, and meditation on the pure treatises are increasing, Spreading in all directions.

Please, with compassion, shoulder the great responsibility of spreading the good name far and wide. Why do I say this? Because when one obtains the leisure and endowment, this is the best method for taking the essence. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have repeatedly said this, therefore, it is not appropriate to be lax in diligence. Secondly, in order to accomplish the great wish of Drungpa, Lama Sonam Zangpo was sent. The detailed reasons for the successful completion of this matter are explained in a separate letter. Respectfully submitted on the twenty-second day of the Water Upper month from Drepung（འབྲོག་རི་བོ་ཆེ།） Ganden Nampar Gyalwai Ling, as a symbol of presentation to your esteemed presence: five pieces of red coarse cloth from Nyangto（ཉང་སྟོད།）, hoping they are of good quality; one piece of white thin cloth; one red hat, all with seals attached, may it be auspicious! This was given by Je Rinpoche to Jang Lama. Oṃ（ༀ，Devanagari: ॐ，IAST: Oṃ，Body, Speech, and Mind）, may it be auspicious! Ascending the high mountain of fame, whose feet are worshipped by many beings. Treasure of the all-knowing Lord, may your prosperity increase in every way! Like a fragrant lotus and a bee, like beautiful youth and desire, this pleasant new letter, in order to greatly delight your mind, I speak thus: the ear is the treasury of hearing, the throat is the source of good speech, I prostrate to the supreme one, covered with the garment of discipline. Adorned with many beautiful ornaments that please the holy ones, may you, the wise friend, arrive safely at your abode, this letter that gives joy to the eyes, ears, and mind, with beautiful words, profound meaning, and pleasant sound, when delivered with abundant gifts, may the waves of joy stir in your mind-ocean. I, too, in solitude, am attached to the joy of practicing the meaning of what I have heard before, as it is. For the time being, from the slopes of Ganden Monastery（དགེ་ལྡན་རི་བོ།）, I am steadfastly practicing the chosen deity without moving to other directions. May the teachings abide, may the wise ones protect, may youth not fade, may wisdom increase, abandoning distractions, striving in practice, is the place of good wishes for those endowed with supreme intelligence. This state is extremely difficult to find and easy to lose, knowing this, day and night, constantly making the most of the leisure, making it meaningful, is the wise one among the wise, the rest…
