Then. I confess all these sins separately. The suffering of life, the suffering of existence, the suffering of the world, the suffering of a deceitful mind. Whatever sins I have accumulated through various sufferings of bodily actions, I confess them. The foolish actions of a child, the suffering of afflictions, the suffering of encountering sinful friends, the suffering of craving, the suffering of desire. The suffering of hatred, the suffering of ignorance, the suffering of labor, the suffering of time, the suffering of accomplishing merit. From the presence of the true Victor, I separately confess all these sins. As stated in the "Golden Light Sutra," without letting the mind wander elsewhere, remembering the meaning of each one, with a feeling of regret and remorse for the mistakes one has made, in front of the Buddha and his sons, proclaim these sins three times. Then, it is said that if there is no power to turn back from sins, the power of confession is small. Remembering these sins, one should generate the intention to refrain, thinking, "I will not do these things from today onwards." For those things that can be avoided for a long time, one should think of not doing them for that period of time; and for those things that cannot be avoided for a short time, one should also generate the intention to refrain, thinking, as Katyayana did, "I will not do them even each day and night." Then, the power of universally applying the antidote is to remember that oneself, the object of confession, and the ritual of confession, etc., are all without inherent existence, like illusions and dreams. As a means of purifying sins, one should focus on and recite profound sutras such as the "Heart Sutra" and the "Bhadrakalpika Sutra," and also write them down. One should recite the names of many Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and offer many offerings to them, build new stupas and images, and repair old ones, as much as possible. One should recite profound dharani mantras such as the "Hundred Syllable Mantra." The six things that the noble Shantideva himself spoke of, and also strive to engage in virtuous deeds. Then, one should transform the accumulated merits through dedication and pure aspirations, making them inexhaustible, as the protector Nagarjuna said. The merit obtained by doing so, and what I have done and not done.

What. By this, may all sentient beings possess the unsurpassed Bodhi mind. May all sentient beings possess immaculate power, completely free from all unfavorable conditions, with independent conduct and a good life. May all sentient beings hold precious jewels in their hands, with endless resources and inexhaustible cycles of existence. May all women at all times transform into excellent men. May all sentient beings possess intelligence and feet. May all sentient beings possess beautiful complexions, dignified appearances, great splendor, be pleasing to behold, free from illness, powerful, and long-lived. May all beings be skilled in means, liberated from all suffering, take refuge in the Three Jewels, and possess great wealth of the Dharma. May loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, the pacification of afflictions, abide in equanimity, and may they be adorned with generosity, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom. May all accumulations be perfected, with clear marks and signs, and may the ten inconceivable grounds be continuously traversed without interruption. May I also, with those qualities, and all others, be adorned, liberated from all faults, loving all sentient beings, fulfilling the wishes of all sentient beings, perfecting all virtuous deeds, and always relieving the suffering of all sentient beings. In all the worlds, any being who is fearful and distressed, may they be free from all fear simply by hearing my name. By seeing, remembering, and hearing my name, may all beings be free from confusion and pure, certain of perfect enlightenment, and may they attain the five kinds of clairvoyance that follow them in all lifetimes. May I always benefit and bring happiness to all sentient beings in every way. In all the worlds, any being who intends to commit evil deeds, may all of them be unharmed and always immediately stopped. Like earth, water, fire, and wind, like medicine and the trees of monasteries, may all sentient beings always use them freely and without hindrance. Cherishing sentient beings as my own life, may they be even more precious to me. May my sins ripen upon them, and may all my virtues ripen upon them. As long as sentient beings
