我所做的一切，都是因为受到动摇不定的心、贪欲和嗔恨的支配，以及饥渴的逼迫。我所做的一切罪恶，都是为了食物、饮料、女人、财产和衣服。我所做的一切罪恶，都是因为各种烦恼的折磨。我以身、语、意所造的罪，积累了三种恶行。像这样所做的一切，我全部忏悔。对于诸佛和诸法，以及声闻众，凡是我所做的不恭敬的行为，我全部忏悔。对于独觉佛和菩萨，凡是我所做的不恭敬的行为，我全部忏悔。对于宣说正法的人，凡是我所做的不恭敬的行为，以及对于法的不恭敬，我全部忏悔。我因为常常无知，而舍弃了正法，以及对父母的不敬，我全部忏悔。被愚痴、幼稚、贪欲、嗔恨、愚昧、我慢和骄傲所蒙蔽所做的一切，我全部忏悔。我于十方世界，供养十力者。我将十方世界的众生，从一切痛苦中解脱。将无量无边的众生，安置于十地。从十地安住之后，愿一切众生都成为如来。只要我能从痛苦的海洋中，救度他们，为了每一个众生，我愿意修行无数劫。这部名为《金光明》的经典，能够净化一切业障，是甚深的教义，我将为众生宣说。无论谁在千劫中所造的极重罪业，只要一次彻底忏悔，就能全部净化。谁的业障能够迅速彻底地消除，凭借《金光明》的善德，在忏悔之后，愿十种珍宝之源，安住于十地。愿佛陀的功德显现，从轮回之海中解脱。佛陀的海洋、河流，以及功德的深奥海洋，佛陀

Whatever I have done, it was because I was governed by a wavering mind, by the power of desire and anger, and by the threat of hunger and thirst. Whatever sins I have committed, it was for the sake of food, drink, women, possessions, and clothing. Whatever sins I have committed, it was because of the torment of various afflictions. The sins I have committed with body, speech, and mind, I have accumulated three kinds of misdeeds. Whatever I have done in this way, I confess it all. To the Buddhas and the Dharma, as well as to the Shravakas, whatever disrespectful actions I have done, I confess them all. To the Pratyekabuddhas and Bodhisattvas, whatever disrespectful actions I have done, I confess them all. To those who proclaim the true Dharma, whatever disrespectful actions I have done, and the disrespect towards the Dharma, I confess them all. Because I am always ignorant, I have abandoned the true Dharma, and the disrespect towards my parents, I confess them all. All that has been done, obscured by foolishness, childishness, greed, hatred, ignorance, arrogance, and pride, I confess it all. I, in the ten directions of the world, make offerings to the Ten Powers. I will liberate the beings of the ten directions from all suffering. I will establish countless beings on the ten Bhumis. Having dwelt on the ten Bhumis, may all become Tathagatas. As long as I can liberate them from the ocean of suffering, for the sake of each and every being, I will practice for countless eons. This Sutra called the 'Golden Light,' which purifies all karmic obscurations, is a profound teaching, I will proclaim it to beings. Whoever has committed extremely grave sins in thousands of eons, by confessing thoroughly once, all those will be purified. Whose karmic obscurations will be quickly and completely exhausted, by the virtue of the 'Golden Light,' after confessing these confessions, may the ten supreme sources of jewels, abide on the ten Bhumis. 以无量功德，圆满一切智。以及成百上千的禅定，不可思议的陀罗尼，权势菩提分，成就十力殊胜。以智慧之心，祈请诸佛垂视于我。以慈悲之心，祈请宽恕我的过错。我于百劫之中，往昔所造诸恶业，为此我心怀忧伤，为贫困、忧伤和恐惧所困扰。我畏惧罪恶之业，内心常感卑微。无论我身处何地，我都无所喜悦。诸佛皆具慈悲，能消除一切众生的恐惧，祈请宽恕我的过错，愿我从诸般恐惧中解脱。愿如来洗净我烦恼业的垢染。祈请诸佛以慈悲之水沐浴于我。我忏悔一切罪业，往昔我所造作的，如是，我所造作的罪业，我皆忏悔。所有造作的过错，今后我将不再犯，并加以约束。我所造作的过错，我不会隐瞒那些罪恶。身之业有三种，语之业有四种，意之业有三种，我皆忏悔。身所造作，语所言说，意所思量，所造十种恶业，我皆忏悔。舍弃十不善业之后，我将奉行十善业，我将安住于十地，成就殊胜十力。我的罪恶之业，将获得不悦意的果报，于诸佛面前，我将忏悔所有这些罪业。在此赡部洲（地球）以及其他世界中，所有行持善业者，我皆随喜。以身语意，我所成就的功德，我将以这善根，证得无上菩提。轮回中，以孩童般的心智，所造作的难以忍受的罪业，于具足十力的佛陀面前。

With immeasurable merits, may I perfect all-knowingness. And with hundreds and thousands of samādhis, inconceivable dhāraṇīs, powers, and limbs of enlightenment, may I become endowed with the ten supreme powers. With the mind of wisdom, I beseech the Buddhas to look upon me. With the mind of compassion, I beseech you to forgive my faults. In hundreds of kalpas, whatever sins I have committed in the past, therefore, I feel sorrow, afflicted by poverty, sorrow, and fear. I fear sinful actions, and my mind is always humbled. Wherever I go, I find no joy. All Buddhas are compassionate, dispelling the fears of all beings, I beseech you to forgive my faults, and may I be liberated from all fears. May the Tathāgatas wash away the stains of my afflictive actions. I beseech the Buddhas to bathe me with the water of compassion. I confess all sins, whatever I have done in the past, thus, whatever sins I have committed, I confess them all. All the faults I have committed, I will not commit again in the future, and I will restrain myself. Whatever faults I have committed, I will not conceal those sins. The actions of the body are threefold, the forms of speech are fourfold, and the forms of mind are threefold, I confess them all. What has been done by the body, what has been spoken by speech, and what has been thought by the mind, the ten actions that have been committed, I confess them all. Having abandoned the ten non-virtuous actions, I will practice the ten virtuous actions, I will abide in the ten bhūmis, and I will become supremely endowed with the ten powers. Whatever sinful actions of mine that will bring about undesirable results, in the presence of the Buddhas, I will confess all those sins. In this Jambudvīpa (Earth) and in other realms, all those who perform virtuous actions, I rejoice in them all. With body, speech, and mind, whatever merit I accomplish, with that root of virtue, may I attain supreme enlightenment. In saṃsāra, with a childlike mind, whatever unbearable sins have been committed, in the presence of the Buddha endowed with the ten powers.
