现在聚集。 无数劫中再三度过。 见到任何功德的缘故。 如铁钩钓鱼一般。 您的心意所牵引的法。 未从您处听闻，是我的福薄。 那样的悲伤的力量。 如母亲思念可怜的儿子。 如影随形一般。 我的心不愿放开。 对此也思念您的教言时。 具足妙相光辉，极其炽盛。 被光网周遍围绕的。 导师的那梵音。 心想“这是这样说的”的时候。 心中显现能仁（释迦牟尼佛）的影像。 仅仅显现也如清凉月光。 医治酷热的煎熬。 如是稀有。 那善良的规矩也被不精通的人。 如尼泊尔的竹子一般。 在一切方面都搅乱了。 见到此情此景，我。 以诸多努力，追随智者。 再三寻求您的。 意旨。 那时修学自他宗派的。 众多论典时。 越发被疑惑的罗网。 时时煎熬我的心。 您的无上大乘之理。 远离有无二边。 如实解释并授记的。 龙树（Nāgārjuna）论典如妙莲花苑。 无垢智慧的坛城广大。 经论于虚空中无碍运行。 遣除执着之心的黑暗。 压制邪说的星光。 吉祥月称（Chandrakirti）的善说之。 洁白光芒的璎珞所照亮。 以恩师的恩德见到之时。 我的心才得以休息。 一切事业中，说法的。 事业最为殊胜，而且。 正是此理，因此智者们。 应由此忆念佛陀。 在那导师之后出家。 对于佛陀的教言，学习不少。 精勤瑜伽行持的比丘。 如此恭敬那位大仙。 与无上导师的教法相。 值遇如此，是上师的恩德。 愿此善根令所有众生。 皆能为善知识所摄受。 愿利益之源的教法直至有边。 不为邪见的狂风所动摇。 知晓教法的体性后，对导师。 生起信赖，恒时充满。 通达缘起性空之理。 愿能仁（释迦牟尼佛）的妙道于一切生世。 身

Now gather. Having repeatedly spent countless eons. By seeing any qualities. Like a hook for a fish. The Dharma drawn by your mind. Not having heard it from you, I am unfortunate. By the force of that sorrow. Like a mother's mind for a suffering child. Following behind as if a shadow. My mind does not let go. When thinking of your words in this too. Radiantly blazing with the glory of marks and signs. Completely surrounded by a net of light. The Brahma-voice of that teacher. Thinking, "This is how it was said." The image of the Sage (Shakyamuni Buddha) in my mind. Even just arising is like moonlight. A remedy for the torment of heat. Thus, wonderfully amazing. That excellent system is also by the unskilled. Like bamboo from Nepal. In every way, it is entangled. Having seen this situation, I. With many efforts, following the wise. Again and again, I sought your. Intent. At that time, studying the scriptures of self and other schools. When studying many treatises. Increasingly, by the net of doubt. My mind was always tormented. Your unsurpassed Great Vehicle's way. Having abandoned the extremes of existence and non-existence. Having prophesied to explain it as it is. The treatises of Nagarjuna are like a garden of jasmine. The mandala of stainless wisdom is vast. The scriptures flow unimpeded in the sky. Dispelling the darkness of the clinging heart. Subduing the starlight of wrong speech. By the garland of white light of the excellent speech of glorious Chandrakirti. When seeing it through the kindness of the Guru. My mind found rest. Among all activities, the activity of teaching. Is the most supreme, and also. This is the very reason, therefore the wise. Should remember the Buddha from this. Having become ordained after that teacher. Having studied the Buddha's words not a little. A Bhikshu diligent in the practice of Yoga. Thus, I respect that great ascetic. Meeting with the unsurpassed teachings of the teacher. Such a meeting is due to the Guru's kindness. May this virtue cause all beings. To be held by holy spiritual friends. May the teachings of the benefactor, until the end of existence. Be unmoved by the winds of evil thoughts. Having known the nature of the teachings, towards the teacher. May faith arise, always filled. Clearly revealing the truth of dependent arising. 纵然舍弃性命也要受持， 刹那也不要松懈放任啊！ 导师以无量之苦， 精勤作为心髓而修成此法， 日夜思维以何方便能使之增上， 愿日夜在思择中度过。 以清净的增上意乐精勤于此， 梵天、帝释、世间守护者等， 以及吉祥黑怙主等护法神， 愿他们毫不懈怠，恒常助益！ 如是赞颂佛陀薄伽梵，一切世间未曾相识的伟大友朋，无上导师，以甚深缘起之门赞颂的《善说精髓》。此乃多闻比丘洛桑扎巴贝所著，于雪域（西藏）雪山之王沃德贡杰之拉肖寂静处，又名拉顶南嘉林处撰写，书写者为南喀贝。 ༈ 愿吉祥！ 智者所依止的摩揭陀， 乃是此土（娑婆世界）的心髓金刚座， 于彼处善加修治增长的菩提树， 名为阿湿波他之处的跟前， 以慈悲之箭摧毁魔众的军队后， 于无数劫中所修的殊胜果位， 将四禅定现证的， 能仁之主，我向您顶礼！ 众生唯一的怙主释迦狮子， 于此娑婆世界五浊恶世的众生， 所显现稀有之事业的种种神变， 略微依靠胜者之语而撰写。 于此精勤所获得的功德， 如无垢星辰中央的明月一般， 愿无边众生进入殊胜乘， 愿能迅速成办释迦王的事业！ ༈ 顶礼师吉祥妙音！ 诸佛赞叹的极乐世界， 清净刹土的自在主薄伽梵， 人天导师怙主无量寿， 祈愿胜者赐予众生不死！ 如于无边种种器皿的差别中， 清澈之水中显现无云之月影， 于无数具缘众生同时， 示现种种形象您的身。

This, which the supreme guide accomplished with immeasurable difficulties, Having made diligence its essence, May I spend day and night contemplating By what means it might increase. When striving in that manner with pure intention, May Brahma, Indra, the guardians of the world, And protectors such as Legden Nagpo, Always assist without negligence! Thus, this "Essence of Well-Spoken Words," praising the Buddha Bhagavan, the great friend of all the worlds who is unfamiliar, the supreme teacher, through the door of profound dependent origination, was written by the learned monk Lobsang Drakpa Pal at Lhashol Dewachen, also known as Lhading Namgyal Ling, at the foot of Mount Ödé Gungyal, the king of snow mountains in the land of snow (Tibet), with Namkha Pal as the scribe. ༈ May there be auspiciousness! Whatever merit is obtained from striving in this way, May it, like the moon in the center of stainless stars, Lead limitless beings to enter the supreme vehicle, May the deeds of the King of the Shakyas be swiftly accomplished! ༈ Homage to the glorious Guru Manjughosha! Sukhavati, praised by all the Sugatas, The Bhagavan, master of the pure realm, The teacher of gods and humans, the protector Amitayus, May the Victorious One grant immortality to beings! Like the moon's reflection free from clouds in clear water, In the endless variety of diverse vessels, Simultaneously to countless fortunate beings, Your form manifests in many ways.
