It is not permissible for something without autonomy, like something that has entered another's container and cannot be taken out. Therefore, saying it has autonomy seems reasonable. Some say that even so, it is permissible through offering, so it has autonomy. Regarding this, even if it is not necessary to prove the necessity, if it is necessary to prove it with effort, one would commit the fault of transforming what has not been given through offering; if given, it would become an obstacle, so it is unreasonable. What is not related to blessing is what has not been blessed with visualization, etc. Even if separated from blessing, there is the generation of downfall, which is together with what follows. Regarding this, what is the related blessing, and what is the meaning of what follows, and the regulations related to it? For preventing holding by one's own power, any of the three blessings is sufficient, so for what is unrelated. In "is," it is any of those three. In the commentary, it is also said, "Regarding this, visualization, etc." "Related also" means that even if the other two cannot distinguish, visualization seems to be able to distinguish, because if that is done, it will be separated from one's own nature, and holding requires not being separated from it. In the commentary, it is only said, "Blessing is related to the earth also." Again, in the commentary, it is said, "Because of blessing, it is separated from its own nature," because the former and latter two are found, if the former is blessed and the latter is not blessed, then the former's influence will not occur on the latter, this is also explained as a reason, so examine this. What follows is said in relation to continuous connection, and its meaning is "following for ten days," for example, for holding, it means holding continuously for ten days without interruption, or doing it for holding. Then, if it must be thought that what is obtained later, separated by days, also has what follows, how can that be? The commentary says, "The Dharma garment related to following one's own nature is of two types: arising from oneself and arising from others." Therefore, even if there is no following arising from oneself, there is following arising from other clothes. For the appearance of "clothes arising from others," do not connect clothes arising from others, but understand that what follows arises from others. The latter is from one's own side, the former is: even if ten days have passed, there is no downfall, the commentary also says, which is also considering this. Clothes and

The striker of the alms bowl is only the unblessed. The object to be struck has both blessed and unblessed. Regarding this, there is a distinction between whether or not there is a special oil stain. Among them, when striking the unblessed, there must be a separation of oil stains between the striker and the object. If there is no separation, it will generate abandonment regardless of the oil stain. When striking the blessed, there is separation by oil stains, and offerings obtained in one day. Regarding this, there is also the distinction between gradual or immediate acquisition. In short, for the object to be struck by oil stains, if the final oil stain of each has not passed, there is no difference in the amount of oil stains. For medicine, both are blessed, so there must be a separation of oil stains between the striker and the object. Otherwise, this blessed object and self-generation are not contradictory. Among the two, seven days of self-power have passed, so there is no need to consider oil stains. For clothes and utensils, since they are not blessed, striking the blessed without separation by oil stains, if it is not full of oil stains, although it is not an oil stain offense, it is a falling offense, which is what the Chinese say. Therefore, those who have reached the oil stain are not their own oil stain of falling offense, but should be regarded as the oil stain that produces the falling offense. At that time, the power of the oil stain increases, so it is an oil stain offense. Thus, the falling offense of the oil stain producing sin, and the abandonment offense of the falling offense producing sin, these two are. In the root commentary, although there is the saying of oil stain offense and abandonment offense, it is only the difference of sin, and there seems to be no impropriety in meaning. Clothes obtained from others, the latter obtained blessed, and those obtained subsequently by oneself. Regarding this, if there are unblessed clothes obtained earlier, and those obtained subsequently by oneself, then the sin of the former until the number of ten days has passed, the latter will also produce holding and abandonment. The so-called supplementing on the previous limbs means that there is no need to expect, it refers to covering three circles, although it can be expected, it will produce holding and abandonment, so it is connected to one cubit. The same is true for placing the first six limbs. It is also the same for holding the alms bowl instead of clothes. From the collation of the latter two sutras, it can be known that the Dharma robe of that lineage continues to appear, which also refers to the unblessed obtained earlier, indicating holding until the tenth day. The appearance of the Dharma robe refers to the blessing of these ten days.
