Secondly, taking and discarding in theft. There is no doubt that the former is stealing. The latter has already been explained in "adornment." Stealing what is sealed is: denying what is sealed is combination. Thus it is said. Returning theft is: contempt and giving in advance. Forcible theft is: because it is taken by force and oppression, there is doubt that it is not theft. Credit theft is also just not giving, because there is doubt that it is not theft, so this sutra is made to eliminate these two. In what the subduer says, there are three, from the perspective of eliminating doubts, the characteristics of the owner and the intention to steal, and showing exclusion is: taking, etc. The ultimate characteristic is: completely surrounding. Among the two exclusions of multiple branches, there is no downfall: that is oneself. Reproach when excluding is: coarse is. Complete possession refers to the complete possession of the cemetery, including two types: one's own possession, this whole cemetery is mine. Thus possessing it as one's own, if stealing, it will become a defeat. In addition, butchers, executioners, etc. obtain, and inherently possess it as their own, if stealing, it will become a coarse offense. Thus, although the items in the cemetery have no owner, however, hunger, etc. think that this is what I have obtained, so they have the idea of possessing it as their own, if a monk takes it with the intention of stealing, then it will become a coarse offense. As it is said in the commentary. In that abiding one it is said: Thus, from the latter, it should also be judged as a defeat, because it is similar to gambling. Thus it is explained. To this, some say: similar to borrowing with the intention of gambling, it must be determined and measured, but the items in the cemetery should be given when poor, because it is not dominion, so it is not similar. Others say: Thus, in taming, it is meaningless to show the items of the cemetery repeatedly reproached, in the distinction, what is held by men, women, hermaphrodites is a branch, and for ownerless wealth it is a coarse offense. Thus, it is shown from the opposite side of exclusion. Therefore, in cooking, similar to food, it is reasonable to exclude items without reducing them. Although it is said so, the view of the commentary is reasonable. Ownerless

The owned treasure is different, its meaning is: the owner is completely gone, although in meaning it is owned, but it is just not grasped by thought. Here there is a further expression than that. A monk's share is taken by another monk, even if it is uncertain and unknown, but if it is taken for one's own benefit, then it is not without basis. Similarly, if another person's share is taken by another monk, even if others take the same share, there is no fault. If a monk says to a monk, because some monks have not received a share, you enjoy his share, without entrusting, however, the monk who has not been entrusted represents the share of the monk who will become the owner that he has no right to, then for the monk who will become the owner, it is not without basis, because he has not taken it himself, nor has he entrusted it to others. Others say that without being entrusted, if a monk takes with the intention of owning what he has no right to for the benefit of others, then it is not without basis for him, and the scriptures are also obvious on that point. Not being invited as a guest, the patron knows and does not know both situations, food and good offerings both situations, are only minor faults, and will not become defeat and gross sins, because it is not a noble behavior, it is not not giving, and there is no stealing mind. Not destroying the nest is: in a monk's residence, it can be destroyed without eggs. In other places, that is also not destroyed. Stinging the vital point is: harming in a servant and cunning way, that should not be done to anyone. Taking without giving also has this situation, stinging the vital point and indulging, if allowing alms, it will become stealing. Among the four defeats of killing, there are three in the precepts of the statement of discernment, and what is related to the Dharma is: the patient is a symbol, not and both, approaching in any way that will generate the idea of death, should not be promoted. This is not a minor fault without sin of thinking that it would be good if this person died, otherwise, at that time it would be a gross sin. What is related to arranging attendants is: saying to a foolish person who does not know how to serve the sick, you let this dying person be occupied by the enemy, if you want to die yourself, do not abandon, and do not make friends, before not saying so.
