It is like stealing the wealth of the gods. Although it is said to be a coarse offense because of anger and the absence of self-grasping, the view of the root commentator is the former. Among the three places of falling into offense, the independent coarse offense is called "pleasant." Regarding this, some consider it a coarse offense of incomplete value, some say that there is no separately established substance, so there is no defeat offense, some say it is an ultimately incomplete coarse offense, and some say that it is not the nature of a coarse offense because there is no stealing mind. However, the view of the Ṭīkā is that in other instances it is said that there is no offense if there is no stealing mind, and here, in order to show the coarse offense of not giving, there is a stealing mind. The fact that an incomplete object becomes a coarse offense, although not mentioned here, has already been established before. Therefore, even if the object is complete, there is no defeat offense, because it is seized by the power of false imputation. Therefore, it is a coarse offense, and it is also the actual deed, just like the preparation. Because it is said so. Therefore, it is unreasonable to say that the essence of stealing is not complete because the intention to permanently separate is incomplete. It is also the same with imputation. Among the two mentioned above, the first is that some people, when debating, respond in order to eliminate the other person's opportunity to speak by killing with disparagement, and this will become the actual deed itself. The second is that some people, at the very moment of imputation, due to the dominance of thought, the idea that it is one's own arises. However, since it is associated with doubt about the nature of the offense, it becomes the nature of the actual deed, but it does not become the actual deed. For example, thinking, "This is mine," or thinking, "It has not been completely taken," or thinking, "Given by Indra, etc., to me," or imputing in such a way. This imputation is associated with the offense of the idea of others having completely taken it, etc., therefore it is the nature of the actual deed. For the object of this sutra, there is no hesitation like the idea for this object, because it is an object of whatever is acceptable. After determining that this is with offense, one also engages in it in that way. Therefore, it is only in other objects. One should seek the intention stated in the Ṭīkā. Instruction.

The meaning of "e" is: thinking there is no good or bad, wanting to steal, thinking like this is also, when choosing, having a real basic form, which is coarse. This refers to the coarseness shown for the sake of stealing in other situations, to show that it will become another coarseness different from that, even if chosen and separated, or not separated, it is still coarse. Therefore, choosing is also a kind of coarseness, and when hiding after choosing for the sake of stealing, it will also become another coarseness. The place of falling is "decoration" and so on. Hiding means: resolving not to give. When does stealing occur? Or, hesitating whether to return it, at that time, even if it is moved from the original place and the item is complete, it is still coarse, not a defeat, because it is not certain whether it is stealing. Thus it is said. There are two kinds of choosing: the master does not know, the attendant hides it himself, this has been explained before. The attendant is in front of the master, the master hides it himself, merely hiding is not considered stealing, moving it from the original place is considered stealing, so it is called choosing. The so-called "other itself" means: wanting to hide before, but denying it later, that hiding, interrupted by the denial, so hiding is a preparatory act, it is the coarseness of the real form. Denying before, wanting to hide later, that denial, interrupted by the hiding, so it is said to be a preparatory act, this is not a misdeed, because the sutra quoted as the basis here says it is coarse. The distinction of many branches is: man, this has been explained before. The final situation is "forcible seizure" and so on. Forcible seizure means stealing by force. Arrears means taking things away without giving. The scripture here is: Bhikshus have many kinds of stealing, the attendant has six kinds: stealing by forcible seizure, stealing by illusion, stealing by concealment, stealing by returning, stealing by arrears, stealing the Dharma. The Bhikshu, the World Honored One, taught these six kinds of stealing, which of them will lead to falling to the end? Attendant, except for stealing the Dharma, all others will fall to the end. Thus it is said. Among them, stealing the Dharma means: holding the Sutra Pitaka and other Dharmas, because there is no intention to steal, there is no falling. Stealing by illusion means:
