To dispel doubts, it is said to be a living being. "Etc." includes land and things that are separated by the nose, etc. Therefore, if it can be moved at will like the different sides of forty-one ribs, then moving it is considered stealing. In the case of land, etc., covered by grass, etc., because the land, etc., is the foundation, it is the place. To dispel the doubt that the covering is not the place, it is said to be a bedding. The growth of grass and forests, etc., is similar to stealing just by moving the placed object. Therefore, growth is also considered stealing only when it arises from the place, not just by pulling it out from the root, but if the whole thing is taken away, it counts. If a *shogam* (a type of plant) is in its own place, how can it become stealing? Therefore, it is said to be *shogam*. Moving the *shogam* outward from its place, or temporarily moving it away, should be judged in conjunction with local customs. If a person has the ability to walk, light, etc., how can it become stealing? Therefore, it is said to be a person. How is it determined that a tied animal is stolen? Therefore, it is said to be livestock, such as taking out a wild animal that has fallen into a trap, or a fish that has been caught in a net. Tying refers to tying livestock that walks among livestock to a stake, etc. In this situation, if the owner and shepherd follow as usual, then it is stealing from them; if the two of them are lying down, then it is stealing from that place; if the two of them are not there, and it is not visible from the herd, then it is stealing, because that is the livestock walking on its own. It needs to be pulled by force. If a sound is made to drive it away, then it is not considered stealing until it reaches a place without precautions or before it is controlled. The same applies to people and so on. Regarding praise, if there are many thieves, even if only one person sees it, at that time it is as if everyone has seen it. Just as only the treasure is indicated, other acts of theft should also be inferred in this way. Therefore, it is said that for combining all the discussed schemes in this way, it is enough if a definite idea arises from any one of them. Following as usual is walking as usual. Offering internally is offering robes, etc. Leaning is walking while leaning outward. Moving away refers to the owner of the object moving far away from the front and leaning outward. Vast refers to coming from a valley to a plain, and when there is obvious leisure.
