Therefore, or together with that, knowing that the owner is human or non-human and stealing is an evil deed, because it is less than the branch of a gross offense. If another steals, it becomes real, then what will happen to one's own? If one's own item is complete in value and there is recognition there, stealing with a stealing mind, or having another steal, or sending, is also a gross offense. Here in the ṭīkā (藏文,梵文天城体:ṭīkā,梵文罗马拟音:ṭīkā,汉语字面意思:commentary) it says, recognizing that one's own thing is possessed by another is also a gross offense, recognizing oneself and recognizing that it is not possessed, because it is similar to a downfall. Similarly, recognizing that what is not possessed is not possessed, or recognizing that it is possessed, is also a gross offense. Its meaning is, stealing one's own autonomous item by recognizing it as one's own is as taught. Stealing by recognizing it as another's, for the item being possessed and not possessed by another, recognizing it there and recognizing it as other, seems to be the four gross offenses of stealing. For one's own item, recognizing other sentient beings as non-human, stealing is a gross offense. The scripture is: the stealing of a bird is not human. If you think, etc. For the item of other sentient beings, recognizing it as the item of human sentient beings, and recognizing it as not possessed, is also a gross offense. If one steals what one owns, if it is taught that it is a defeat, then what will happen with just the mind of being separated from the owner? One's own, etc. are: binding, tearing, moving, killing, etc. are all included. Here, even if there are not two branches of stealing or, if there are branches of not giving, complete value, possessed by humans, and recognizing there, sending is also said to be a gross offense. If done that way, it is clear that the gross offense of item loss requires a measure of value. Here in the ṭīkā (藏文,梵文天城体:ṭīkā,梵文罗马拟音:ṭīkā,汉语字面意思:commentary) it says, in terms of a gross offense, if the branch is much less than verbal, it is an evil deed. Just as possessing with any continuum, recognizing it as any, if separating less than a mashaqa etc. is an evil deed, similarly, for what is possessed by a human continuum, recognizing that it is possessed by the continuum of other sentient beings and separating it, even less than in terms of a gross offense is an evil deed. Similarly, non-human.

If one considers property belonging to a lineage as not belonging to a human lineage and separates it, it is only a minor offense. Just as in other cases, one commits a transgression due to a thieving mind, here, one commits a transgression due to the thought of separation. If one considers something that does not belong to a lineage as belonging to it, or if one thinks it does not belong to it, there is no transgression, because there is no intention to separate. Thus it is said. Among these, 'not belonging to a lineage' means having no owner at all, and 'thinking it belongs' means being dominated by mistaken perception. In this case, if there is no thieving mind to possess it for oneself or others, then merely separating the property itself seems to be without fault, which needs to be examined. If it is said that separating with a harmful mind is a major offense, then what happens if separating with another mind? It is compassion, etc. If it is said that a defeating action is a major offense, then if one withdraws in the middle before the defeat, in order to dispel the doubt that it will not become a major offense. In that house, there are many women and few men. If one has committed the final act of previous rapes, etc., then later, in order to send back the thieves. Even if the remedy of sending back has been done, the thief's initial attempt has not stopped, it is still a major offense. If it is said that the action is a major offense and the action of the action is a minor offense, then now, in order to show the difference in the objects of these two, before stealing the property, the actions of getting up from the seat, grabbing the skirt, etc., are the actions of a major offense, which are minor offenses, and from stealing to not hiding from one place to another is a major offense. In the case of having a lot of property, as long as the thought of stealing has not changed, there is only one major offense, and even if the thought of sending back arises, if one still steals, it is another major offense. If it is said that all actions are minor offenses, then just as the actions of getting up from the seat, etc., are one minor offense, is it the same in all cases? If a monk enters the road and hands over the Dharma robes of the Khenpo, Acharya, etc., if he wants to steal, then gradually reducing the steps, each step is the action of the action, which is a different minor offense, and lifting the foot to walk from an inconspicuous place is a major offense.
