If. Like a minor precept. Concealment and reversal, the minor prohibition is not established, because the desire to conceal from women is strong, it will lead to disregard for transgressions, and it violates the precepts of nuns of one's own lineage, because it causes great harm to one's own lineage. So, is the prohibition of concealment of the major precept also? It is not certain, some are close to occurring, and some become the cause of other downfalls, in various ways. So, is it contradictory that the category of major precepts is not necessarily allowed, and the appearance of a major prohibition? There is no fault, because what causes allowance is that the necessity of prohibition related to that action also becomes great. The third has two, its nature and how it is allowed. The first is, if one violates a precept and abandons it, the five paths will arise in the continuum as appropriate, but if one guards it, it is not so. The second is, all single precepts except alcohol are allowed, because all of them are established for the purpose of generating all paths in the continuum, either directly or indirectly. Some say, whether to allow or not, the necessity of prohibition is not important, only the established is most important. That is not right, because the necessity of prohibition also abides in others, and the established also becomes other, and in order, so it is said. The third also has two as before, the first is, if one guards certain precepts, one will surely die, but if one does not guard them, it is not so. The second is, all precepts except cutting are allowed, the reason is as before, the reasoning is, the obstacle to life, the prohibition of not guarding the two, the latter is greater. The second has three, the obstacles of body, virtue, and enjoyment, those body life and discipline and the manner of practice do not repeat, because the former two touch, but the latter two do not touch. Those three also have two, by nature, if one guards certain precepts, it is harmful to the body, the practice of virtue declines, one cannot obtain merit, and being robbed, etc., is harmful to enjoyment, but if one does not guard them, it is not so. The manner of allowance is, the three compete with the necessity of prohibition in size. If the necessity of prohibition of those three is great, then allow, if the necessity of prohibition of the established is great, then do not allow, therefore there is no certainty of allowing all established. The meaning of the three, body, etc.

Regarding permission, for example, allowing a sick person to lie down, singing for the purpose of offering to the Three Jewels, and being allowed to touch precious jewels when threatened by thieves. In order to protect others from obstacles, in the case of blamelessness, there are two types: primary and non-primary. In the first case, the nature of the three obstacles such as precepts is as before, except that "from the continuum of others" is its special feature. The way of granting permission is: when not violating one's own three main precepts, everything except alcohol can be permitted, because protecting against obstacles itself requires more prohibition. Regarding the three main precepts, some say: if violated, it is not allowed, because it is more necessary to prohibit. Therefore, in the root and commentary it says: "If it does not harm oneself," and "If it is able to protect oneself and others." The reason is also the same, because in the initial action, protecting oneself is primary. རྒྱ་ says: For the sake of another's life, even if one does not violate one's own three main precepts, it is not necessarily permissible to allow everything, because there are statements such as "having compassion," and in the 《Mother Differentiation》 it says: Giving ordination to women with three faults is said as a remainder. They say so. This is unreasonable, because all prohibitions depend on the need to prohibit, and protecting the prohibitions without violating one's own three main precepts is more important than avoiding obstacles. Furthermore, in one's own case, the way of permitting the three main precepts is similar, therefore, for others, it is also the same to allow for the second purpose, and it can also be allowed for life, because the reasons inside the three are the same, and if there is a difference in the reasons, it will be contradictory. Saying that this is a sin is because it is done with the mind of stealing, so it cannot be used as a basis for not giving a single prohibition, and saying that giving ordination is as a remainder, is also that even if one is ordained, one does not avoid obstacles, and it is considered that this is causing damage to Buddhism, which is the view in 《Mother Differentiation》. Some say: The reason is also the same, because it is said that the lotus garland woman took refuge, and if it is not so, then allowing touch and not allowing this would be contradictory, because being a remainder is the same. The latter reason they say is unreasonable, because allowing touch does not have the motivation of a remainder. In the case of the third obstacle controlled by others, if one does not violate one's own three main precepts, then an example of permission is: in order for the powerful to see the truth.
