No. That is also in that place, for the occasion of performing rituals, what is not prescribed is named as destruction, because it is permissible by nature. Merely destroying cannot destroy, otherwise it will become a fault for both oneself and others. Saying this is because all prohibitions come from the rule of being prohibited by nature, and all permissions are permitted by nature. Thirdly, there are two: because of having the causes of obstacles for oneself and others, there is no transgression. Firstly, there are two: because of having the obstacles of the main and non-main, there is no transgression. Firstly, there are three: for the sake of the obstacles of morality, practice, and life, there is no transgression. The way in which there is no transgression for those purposes is: all precepts except alcohol are permitted to avoid the obstacle of life. In the Miscellaneous it says: "All precepts except alcohol can protect the sick." Logically, too, it is because it is more important to abandon that (life) than to keep the precepts. It is not uncertain, because all precepts need to rely on prohibition. For the sake of the obstacle of morality, it also becomes crucial, because that obstacle is greater than the obstacle of life. It is like the end of walking without a water filter. The obstacle of practice is the hindrance to arising in any of the five paths, and to avoid that, it will also be permitted, because purifying morality itself is for that purpose, because when an Arhat is attained, it will be proclaimed that the work of ordination has been done. The former ones say so. However, the meaning of not allowing human flesh to the sick should be examined. The first two are the actual meaning and what arises incidentally. The first has two: its nature and the way it becomes without transgression. The first is: if only precepts are kept, then from defeat related to sin to what should be restrained will arise, and if it is relaxed, those will not arise. The second is: within the scope of transgression of oneself and others up to what should be restrained, all precepts except alcohol, even below defeat, can be permitted, because the previously mentioned scriptures and reasoning are also because all the bases of precepts are established through direct and indirect means for the purpose of avoiding oneself and others. Like the bamboo forest. For example, just as obvious buying and selling will be abandoned.
