, which is nine perfections. The item is suitable cloth, belonging to that Bhikshuni, and related to it, which is called five perfections. Its suitability means being able to sew a robe. Offering cloth to the Sangha does not belong to this category. Being good at speaking, not being fully ordained, and having complete Dharma robes, this is called four perfections. In a certain place, if someone intends to offer cloth to a Bhikshu, then add the word "and", if accepting cloth that is not intended to be offered, it does not belong to this kind of downfall. Great faith means offering with the intention of seeking merit. Being good at speaking means preaching the Dharma. Being fully ordained means not being either of the above two situations, but ordaining others. Complete Dharma robes means lacking any of the items allowed by the Bhagavan. If accepted, is there no downfall? This needs to be examined. Similar to the previous thought, the motivation is wanting to accept without offering. The action is accepting without speaking, and it is not allowed to use expressions other than language, so starting to accept with the characteristics of language. The so-called ultimate limb, and the saying "first observe its extent", refers to having a definite idea about this. The so-called Bhikshuni, refers to exchanging rather than enjoying. For the object of begging for cloth, it refers to a householder who has two kinds of monastic vows and matches any kind of sign. The body is ordinary, possessing five names, being different in nature and substance, not being a relative, and not giving freely before begging, this is called six perfections. The following three, as well as searching for a bowl, two kinds of textiles, and searching for large pieces of cloth, can all be compared accordingly. Giving freely before begging means, if it must be done that it is not given without begging, then the second situation is that there was a desire to give before, but the offering is uncertain, if begging, it is considered a downfall, so for this situation, it should be added that it is not prepared specifically for oneself, or prepared but uncertain. This is mainly a downfall from the perspective of the support, so it is a downfall from the perspective of the support, because of having complete clothes. Even having complete Kasaya three robes is not allowed, because it is permissible to beg for daily necessities that are lacking, but this situation is not allowed.

In short. These and the following three, also add those without a solid foundation. The objects of begging are: suitable clothes, having measurements, belonging to the donor himself, these are called four qualifications. For these, one should examine the addition of the limb of recognition. Ultimately, it seems reasonable to say that for these, the thought of attainment arises. Suitable means, is it okay with thread? Having measurements means: In the commentary, without making distinctions of color etc., when begging in general, even if one obtains anything, it is a downfall of abandonment. And, in the root it says: value and color, and, whichever is begged from the cubit measurement. Thus, if there is no specific motivation for begging, one cubit or more is the main practice. The same applies to value and color. With specific motivation, five cubits, and, five karshapanas, when begging for clothes, there is no downfall for obtaining more than those, so it is necessary to obtain what was begged for. Then, if the value and cubit measurement become smaller, it may be allowed, but how does it become if one obtains something else that is larger? The commentary says that there is no downfall for others here. This should be understood as being different, not that there is no downfall for obtaining more in one continuation. It is said that different clothes, and, one continuation or different times of obtaining and one continuation, should be examined which one it is. If one begs for everything and does not obtain cloth, and, if one does not beg for cloth, thinking that one will obtain a large piece of cloth and a small piece, even if one obtains it by begging, there is no fault, it is said. Its nature is that the material of the thread of the same kind is wool. What is suitable for begging is blessing, that is, whichever of the thirteen utensils is missing, beg for that one, in short, for whichever, the objects of the bhikkhu's utensils If the busy one is not that one, there is no fault in begging. That is as the doer, the bhikkhu is the actor, not the Dharma garment, because it is not there. The place and object here are the same as before, however the measurement is, begging for one cubit more than double, or, because they do not give. Regarding the support, some say that there are no three blessed ones, and some say that there are none at all, the latter is not correct, and the former should also be examined. The commentary says: Like the thirteen utensils, anything that is missing is suitable for begging, so that is the doer.
