It also means that "clothes are continuous and always available." It shows that what was obtained before was not blessed, and it was held until the tenth day. If the Dharma robe obtained is blessed during those ten days, it indicates that the blessing was done on what was newly obtained on the tenth day. If it is separated from the end of the tenth day, then due to the power of the robe, both exceeding ten days and separating for one day must be abandoned. There are two types of separation. Incidentally, the three precepts related to the cushion come from the Minor Section of the Sutras. The cushion is blessed. The time when it is not obtained is the time of returning due to obstacles. If you leave with the thought of coming later, it is okay to stay there if you don't return it. When borrowing a cushion, you only need to spread it, and there is no need to take out the previous blessing, so there is no fault of separation. The connection with large cloth and sewn robes involves four and three sutras. If both large cloth and sewn robes are left without monks and door bolts, it is a transgression; if one of them is missing, it is a minor transgression; if the sewn robe gets rained on, it is a transgression. If there is a sturdy bridge over the river for the large cloth, there is no fault even if it is not carried, and it seems that it can be compared to carrying a sewn robe. Even if the sewn robe does not have both a monk and a door bolt, but it is said that it is permissible to seek the unfulfilled, can the large cloth also be compared? In the sutra "with monks," if the place of placement does not have a guarding monk and a shielding door bolt, and there is no rain on the way to carry it, except for two special cases, one should not walk without a sewn robe. According to this statement, if alms are given and there is a solid support, it is permissible to walk without a sewn robe in the absence of monks, etc., and it is necessary to think so, which is not permissible, because the fault of not having a monk and a door bolt is no different whether the two are the case or not. Therefore, it should be done as the author of the commentary says. If there are no monks, etc. in the place of placement, and there is no rain on the road, it is not permissible to walk without carrying a sewn robe, regardless of whether the two special cases are the case or not. This is the meaning of "if there is no such condition." So, if there are monks and door bolts in the place of placement, the sewn

If one wonders whether it is permissible to go without the (monk's skirt), even if those two conditions are present, it is not permissible to go without the monk's skirt except for two special cases. Through the two special cases, it is permissible to go without the monk's skirt at that time. Even if there is such a condition, one should not go anywhere without the monk's skirt without permission and without laying down a mat. Thus, a special provision is made for having such a condition. Then, how should we understand the commentary that says, "If there are monks and so on, then there is no fault in going without the monk's skirt"? This refers to the absence of rain and so on, and the presence of monks and so on. The former refers to the presence of rain and so on, and the presence of monks and so on. Otherwise, how can there be no contradiction? Thus, if there are no monks and so on, it is not permissible to put down (the monk's skirt); if there is rain and so on, it is not permissible to carry (the monk's skirt). If both are present, what should one do? One should weigh the severity of the two prohibitions. Then, if one has the conditions of rain and so on, one can put down the monk's skirt, and one must go to another village, and one cannot return on the same day, what should one do when one sees this situation? If one will not reach the destination, then one should extract the blessing of the Dharma garment monk's skirt and bless it, which is a ritual or form, that is, a method. What should one bless? Not only the clothes of monks, but even the clothes of lay people, or not only one's own, but even borrowed clothes can be blessed. This treatise wants to express that if one leaves because one wants to return, but does not return, one should extract the blessing of the monk's skirt with one's mind, and then merely give it to others, which is not (the intention of the treatise). When going, if there is a prohibition against putting it down, one must carry it even if one wants to return; if there is no prohibition, and there is no prohibition against carrying it, one must carry it. If one returns, one does not need the thought of returning. Therefore, in the commentary it says, "Because of the conditions of rain and so on, one goes to another village without the monk's skirt, and one cannot return on the same day, what should one do at that time?" Here it says "go" and "cannot return," not "cannot." The root verse says "will not reach," not "has not reached." Just like the explanation of the mat, whether one has the thought of returning or not, it is not stated, so one is going to another place.
