Here it is said that if women were to ordain, like young men, it would cause great harm if they were placed among the monks. Therefore, one should generate great respect for the thought of wanting to ordain. Like this, if the practice of all the trainings is relaxed, it will become a misdeed, so one must not be lax, especially for ordination, as it says in the commentary. Some people object to this, saying that if that were the case, since it is the same, all the fundamental dharmas would have to be mentioned. They forbid the ordination of different shapes of names and similar colors, because it would become a cause of defeat. Saying that establishing one's own system is unreasonable, because the meaning of what was done earlier is also the same. It is unchanging that one must learn all the fundamental dharmas of ordination, because there is a prohibition that becomes the cause of the first defeat in this and other fundamental dharmas, because they are completely different. In "Bhikkhuni," it truly shows that even if one already has a friend, one should not trust there. Taking what is not given has four aspects, and in the statement of distinction there are four aspects, and the basis has two aspects, namely the object of theft and the thing to be stolen. The first is, being a person, different from oneself in terms of substance, these are two. The second is, in that place at that time, with one action, relative to the thief and the one who steals, possessing four karshapanas completely, that place is the scope of power, is already owned, not the power of a person, these are three. Thinking has two aspects, namely, cognition is not mistaken, without abandoning more than two aspects, and intention belongs to others, even if not given, wanting to be permanently separated for one's own livelihood, without interruption. Action is, for that thought, oneself or the one who is entrusted, accomplished in body and speech. Ultimately, the thought of obtaining arises because of that cause, it is said. The meaning of the words has two aspects, in the classification of defeats, briefly showing what would become a defeat of taking what is not given? A monk, for the sake of stealing, stealing by doing the work himself alone, or stealing by those who are entrusted by himself and steal the property of others. Not only one's own body and speech, stealing by the one who is commanded, or by the one who is entrusted. Stealing is being commanded

It is done by oneself with the body. Causing to steal is: ordering, saying, "Go and steal yourself," "Go and have it stolen." There is no difference even if it is stolen by the order of an order. What is stolen? Is causing to steal, and ordering, also becoming that transgression? It is said, "Not given," because even with giving, taking with a stealing mind is possible, so it must be distinguished. What is the measure? It is called a masha. What kind of mind is it? With a stealing mind. Is it possessed by the continuum of a non-human being? It is said, "By a human." Up to this point, combine the first two root texts. Regarding an object held by a human, with the cognition that it is held by another being, does it become the transgression of stealing? Because it is included in that which is possessed by the continuum of a human. Thus, the defeat of taking what is not given has five limbs: not given, five mashas, etc., a stealing mind, possessed by the continuum of a human, recognizing it there. If any limb is incomplete, it will only become a rebuke. In the detailed explanation, there are three characteristics of the limbs. There are three general meanings of the characteristics of the owner: the characteristic, the division, and, when measuring, what is the main meaning. In the first, some consider it to have three: having control over the object, being possessed by thought, and not being dedicated to others. Some consider it to have four, adding that the lineage is not transferred. Others say that if those are merely the characteristics of the owner, then the first alone is sufficient, and the rest are meaningless. If it is the characteristic of an owner who can cause defeat, then it is too extreme for animals and non-humans. Furthermore, the third need not be mentioned, because it is included in the first. Therefore, it is having control over what is pure and claiming it as one's own. The basis of the second division is merely the owner. The gate of division is four from the perspective of different characteristics: becoming an owner through thought and action, becoming an owner through the nature of the place, becoming an owner through lineage, and becoming an owner through the power of the Buddha's command. The first has three: the giver gives and the receiver claims it as their own, the giver completely gives up and merely becomes the owner, and for what has no owner, merely becoming the owner through the receiver's thought and action.
