And, knowing that sinful thoughts are also very heavy, therefore at that time it was said loudly. After talking about unpleasant things, those who do not listen are treated harshly. The distinguisher is: intervening in division before exhortation, and helping the division, and knowingly doing the act of being expelled, and saying that they want to go, etc., and the root of faults belonging to the monks, and in accordance with the Dharma related to the Sugata's Sutras, and speaking in accordance with the Vinaya, if one makes oneself not to be mentioned, then everything will become a misdeed. Like this, all four situations are explained in the same way. Then, for the first two remaining situations, if intervening before exhortation is a misdeed, then as a special case of intervening, being expelled, why is it only shown in the two remaining situations below? Because the intervention of intervening, as stated in the Ṭīkā, is the intervention after exhortation. It is the intervention of not giving up even after exhortation. And the two situations of division and following division are that as long as one participates in that action, exhortation is established, and for the two situations below, in the absence of talking and remembering, even if five exhortations are made, the intervention of not giving up only has misdeeds, so there is no error. For the situation of being expelled and not talking about remembering, one should not exhort until before the exhortation. Talking is: talking about one side, remembering is: completely remembering. The remainder is: in what situation does the basis arise? If one does not give up the end of the exhortation of the work, that is, at the end of the third statement of the work. For each of the characteristics, in the four situations, the first is: if one does not give up what meaning? It will become the remainder of the Sangha's division, that is, instigation, which is harming others. Where is one instigating? In the place of division. Who is dividing? The Sangha, in short, in the place of the Sangha's division, if one does not give up the end of the third statement of one's own taming, it is the remainder of division. It is inappropriate to think that this is the same as the division of the wheel. For the person who should be divided, is an ordinary being, fulfilling more than eight, suitable for supplementing, these three, and the divider, from the Dharma, is the illegal aspect.

It is said that there are two that should be supplemented. If one does not abandon it, it will become a remainder that follows the side, which means following the companion of the one who breaks the harmony of the Sangha. If one does not abandon it as before, as if striving, it is a remainder. Here, it is said that on top of a monk who possesses six qualities, there are seven who join as friends of the nature of breaking harmony. If one does not abandon it, it will become a remainder that destroys the family, which refers to a monk who destroys the family. Towards the Sangha that expels oneself, with evil thoughts, desire, hatred, ignorance, and the power of fear, one falsely says that this Sangha has requested to expel my actions in this way. If one does not abandon it as before, it is a remainder. Here, the object to be expelled is one or more householders who do not possess the signs and vows of ordination. The object with which one expels is violating the precepts of defilement or proclaiming the faults of others. The object upon which one establishes slander is, on top of possessing six qualities, gathering and enjoying, and following the Dharma in expelling oneself. The object to be known is possessing five names, having an ordinary body, and being different from one's own nature. The basis is said to be connected with striving to expel. If one does not abandon it, it will become an unpleasant remainder, which refers to a monk who disciplines the one who points out faults with superior precepts, and says while discussing: No monk should speak to me about any precepts. In this way, regarding one's own precepts, all monks should not speak. If one does not abandon this action, it is a remainder. If a monk and the prohibited training ground should not speak in a specified manner, it is an evil deed. The object to be abandoned is all that dwells in the ten directions. The object to be known is, on top of possessing six qualities, the one who accuses me, said to be six. The basis is attachment to the memory of what was accused. Homage to the All-Knowing One. The third section is about offenses. For some offenses, it is not enough to merely confess, but one must abandon possessions. There are two types of abandonment offenses: common and uncommon. Among the first type, there are five. The common one related to time is the four Sutras.
