In the phrase "corresponding to what is not a part," "other" refers to nirvana. What does not correspond to it are the four pārājika offenses. When discussing what is common to both, it is mentioned as "not indicating," that is, if a bhikṣu accuses a bhikṣuṇī of being a hermaphrodite's leaking place, or a bhikṣuṇī accuses a bhikṣu of being a hermaphrodite's leaking place, it is a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense; if it is another situation, it is a śeṣa offense. This is indeed a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, because it is explained in the root commentary, and because it is an accusation in the name of a pārājika offense. If it is said like that, then it contradicts "the truth of the matter is like this" and "the thought is that itself," and it contradicts "especially practicing the pārājika offense" in meaning, and it would also lead to the fault of "the pārājika offense of not wearing a round lower garment." After refuting, one's own view is that it is a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense that is designated as a duḥkṛta, because the offense of accusing is a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, and the saṃghāvaśeṣa offense is the heaviest, it is an accusation caused by discord and bleeding, and there is only a duḥkṛta, and because in the inquiry it is said that the accusation of a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense is a duḥkṛta. Otherwise, accusing a pārājika offense would also lead to a pārājika offense, which would be too much. Some say that accusing with a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense does not become a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, but is condemned in the great saṃgha. Like this, practicing on what is not indicated, accusing with the saṃghāvaśeṣa offense of a pārājika offense, a śeṣa offense of a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense arises. Saying this contradicts "the accusation caused by bleeding is a duḥkṛta." The anantariya of bleeding is the saṃghāvaśeṣa offense belonging to the pārājika offense of killing. The anantariya of causing discord in the saṃgha is the saṃghāvaśeṣa offense belonging to discord, this statement needs to be examined. Regarding "after thinking," in the commentary it says, "Saying after thinking. If one takes sides in that way, it is a duḥkṛta." The word "etc." here is to indicate the meaning of other ways. In the inquiry it says, "The bhikṣu rises from the saṃgha and says, 'I said it after thinking,'" and "From all beings it will become a duḥkṛta," the meaning of this statement should be sought. In the commentary it says, "Even a little bit, those ways should be known, that is, I saw so-and-so bhikṣuṇī engaging in impure conduct with a hermaphrodite, practicing the dharma of sexual intercourse."
