There is no difference in the two types of downfall, interrupted and uninterrupted touch, because in all cases it is no different from physical touch. This is to supplement the explanation. The phrase "in all cases" means that neither of these two situations is the case; even without evil intentions, one should not touch a bhikkhuni, etc. Saying "with compassion" is sufficient, but why mention "water"? Although it is true, it is to point out the object of "mother," etc. Regarding "should rely on," even without a universally attached mind, there is no fault in touching with other minds such as compassion. That's it. "With a pure mind" applies to both the object and the support. What appears from the Request Sutra is that adding intention after gentleness, etc., is to eliminate the touch that desires to experience the difference in touch, that is, the universally attached touch. If it is not with the intention of tasting related to sexual activity, then saying "coarse" needs to be studied. Among the three types of touch in special conduct, touching with compassion is to liberate mothers and water, as well as cliffs, etc., from suffering. Touching with compassion has no afflicted mind and is a special conduct, therefore there is no downfall. Touching by seeing through recognizing relatives is like mothers, etc. Here, some say that touch requires non-relatives, which is to eliminate this. If that were the case, it would also extend to previous actions. Saying this is reasonable. Therefore, both this and the following two situations refer to touch without attachment. Touching by previously experiencing universal joy is called previous conduct. Both of these situations, even if there was no evil intention before, it is appropriate to say that touching bhikkhunis and women is not allowed. What appears from the Vinaya is food, etc. The two phrases "foot" and "its indication" indicate attainment solely through indulgent touch, and it seems that the former also needs to be touched with that intention. "Etc." indicates pushing the ribs, etc. The support includes both with and without women, such as beds, etc. Similar to special conduct is that for a woman who has fallen while standing, if she can stand up on her own, then help her up; if she cannot stand up, there is no fault.

A woman offering to a monk, etc., doing three things unwillingly is not a downfall. The one who is grabbed is the woman, and she and those below doing things unwillingly have no downfall. Attachment to the pleasure of speaking, there are three remaining parts of sexual language. What arises from the differentiation is: For the object of speech, there is the meaning of a woman's name, it can be relied upon, it has four terms, the body is ordinary, and one has not obtained miraculous powers, these are five. It is said the same for the ones below. What should be said is: In that place and time, it is said to be clearly known by sexual language. Regarding the understanding of the meaning of the woman mentioned earlier, if one speaks of sexual intercourse in a two-by-two manner, that is the remainder of it. How does one speak with sound? With a sound that has the meaning of what is to be said, any two-by-two of the sounds called "རྒྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning)" and "རྣ་རུ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning)". Like the meaning of རྒྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning), the sound like the one called "ཉལ་པོ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning)" is also the meaning of རྒྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) etc. In the commentary, it says: Here, it is appropriate to omit one word "meaning", by the meaning of རྒྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) etc. What is said as "he said" means that for sounds like the one called "ཉལ་པོ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning)", which are not clearly known for sexual intercourse, the intention is similar. There are two sounds that make sexual intercourse understood: direct and indirect. For the first, there is a distinction here. For the second, if the meaning of རྒྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) etc. is in that place and time, and one speaks with attachment there, it is direct. If there is no attachment, for example, if one says "meeting" and "sleeping" etc., it is gross. Attachment and non-attachment are there, and fame and non-fame are also there. If that woman is foolish, even if the indirect words coincide with sexual intercourse, it will not become direct, because there is no attachment to the meaning of རྒྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) etc. Likewise, it is also said in the scripture: "Please meet with me", it is said to be gross, because there is no place to directly enter the meaning of རྒྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) etc. For example, like the meaning of a father and son meeting. Here in the commentary, showing the sound of "ཉལ་པོ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning)" and especially engaging in sexual activity as direct, is considering the situation where sexual intercourse is clearly known in place and time. Stating without the words that make the meaning of རྒྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) etc., and the woman hears it and it coincides, saying it is direct, is considering one's own meaning.
