It is merely striking with a weapon that does not endanger life. If the downfall committed through preparation and actual deed is the same thing, then it would be too much to infer that objects of different things cannot exist. It is also not valid to eliminate it with just one remedy, because it is abandoned with just one forbearance of knowing the Dharma in suffering. If through the suffering abandoned by seeing, then the ten subtle afflictions would also be too much to infer as the same thing. The reason for saying that a peg is a large and stout object is to eliminate the requirement that it also needs to be stout here. If one hides it from one place to another, it is called stealing. Saying that this is a general situation, wanting to treat it as a special case, therefore, the ultimate distinction is explained through "after doing that" and so on. Regarding the ultimate situation here, healing the wound is moving the location, but it is not the thought of obtaining, because the commentary says, "If it is moved to a place," and both the large and small commentaries also explain it that way, and even in the Fiftieth Verse it says, "Whatever arises from one's own place." In particular, the commentary on "Before the Vows" says, "The order is not like this, but actions are distinguished by the difference of thoughts, and downfalls are distinguished by the difference of actions," thus the action is established. Moreover, the thought of obtaining is not used for not giving and taking, and for not abandoning the act of thinking. They say that. To this, some say, "That is not reasonable, because it contradicts the scriptures. The commentary says, 'If the eyes do not see, even if it comes to the feet, it will not fail, because there is no established thought.' And there is the thought of collecting and 'collecting,' but there is no thought of 'stealing.'" The thought of those two not relying on preparation is not established, because it is said that there is a downfall of preparation, and for taking what does not belong to oneself. Therefore, it relies on the ultimate situation, and also because it is distinguished by thought, and the commentary on the request also says that if it does not fall below, it is not just separating from the limb, because it does not abide in the established form. And in the chapter on "Many Wisdoms" it also says that for situations where separation is not needed, it will not fall, because there is no establishment. If those are the reasons for abiding and being the ultimate situation, but not the limbs, because harming sentient beings and so on are the reasons for generating the downfall of stealing. Just like it is not a limb, the reason is all the moving of location

All things need to be promised with the intention of accomplishment. Do not just argue about the literal meaning. If it is acceptable in most cases, then stealing livestock and other inconspicuous things, all of these will lead to defeat. If you think so, it contradicts the explanation. Although the reason is a branch, it is not contradictory, just like the wound has not healed. The contradiction with reason lies in the fact that if "transfer" is understood as separating an object from where it is, then this does not apply to stealing land and houses. If "transfer" is understood as transferring from a place where hope has not been cut off to a place where it has been cut off, then obtaining intention also becomes transfer, which is not contradictory. Stealing clothes, etc., is ultimately explained in terms of obtaining intention, so taking without giving is also the same. If "the distinction of thought," etc., is understood as meaning, then this contradicts the connection of this treatise and will also become opportunistic. If it does not include two actions, then it will harm the commitment to action and motivation. If it is considered final, it is not contradictory, just as the finality of lying is attributed to understanding the meaning. Therefore, the final is the intention of accomplishment or the intention of obtaining, and it must be accomplished by oneself. Some people say that even if it arises in others, it is effective, because in the case of secret mantra stealing, seeing the moon will lead to failure. It is refuted that by understanding the ins and outs of the path, it is explained that stealing requires one's own acquisition, and that the faults of others will not be transferred to others, and that seeing the moon refers to collusion, so it is unreasonable. However, if there is no deliberation like thought and action in agreement, a stove is needed, just as it is said, "the ins and outs of the path" and "multiple wisdom." If it exists, even if one's own intention to obtain has not arisen, it seems that it is okay if a friend arises, just as it is said in the case of secret mantra stealing. So, among so many different views, what should be the finality of taking without giving? From the fundamental "stealing" to "there it is considered land," the branches of defeat are explained. Its meaning is that the commentary says that merely possessing the five branches such as taking without giving will lead to defeat, so it must exist, otherwise it will not lead to defeat. The form of final existence is that it must be combined with "stealing one by one such as taking without giving," otherwise it will become without word connection. Therefore, the final is stealing. Its meaning is
