Therefore. (If the excellent thing is stolen). The so-called excellent thing is said to indicate that from here to "compassion," it is shown to be under the power of grossness. Although there are four things such as not giving, stealing the excellent thing that has not been devalued, or instigating theft, and sending others to steal, will also become a gross offense. Regarding this, in some commentaries, it is considered that if three or two limbs are incomplete, it is considered a misdeed, such as: an object completely possessed by a non-human being, recognizing it, or considering it to be possessed by a human being, and stealing the excellent thing are misdeeds, because the limbs are incomplete. Similarly, an object not completely possessed by any owner, as well as an excellent thing, as well as an object completely possessed by a non-human being, and not recognizing it, are only misdeeds. If there is no intention to steal, there is no downfall, because that is the main limb, and the rest are its branches. Therefore, not having three or two limbs is counted from the five limbs of the defeat, not from the five limbs of the gross offense, because it is not allowed for the excellent thing to be incomplete. In that case, recognizing and stealing the excellent thing from an object possessed by a non-human being is a misdeed of not having two limbs, and knowing that it is possessed by a human being and stealing the excellent thing is not having three limbs. An object not possessed by any owner and an object possessed by a non-human being do not belong to the same basis, so combine "Stama" and the excellent thing, and combine the latter and not recognizing, each becoming a misdeed. It is not contradictory that the object possessed by a non-human being was previously said to be a misdeed, because here even sugar wine is a misdeed of two incompleteness due to cognitive error. Eliminating by possession is called the owner, which refers to having control over things, but if there is no possession in the mind, stealing will constitute a gross offense. For example, if a Buddhist offers property to the Sangha to take care of the sick, and the person taking care of the sick steals it, it will be considered a gross offense, because there is no thought of possession for the Sangha offered, so it will not constitute a root downfall. What if there is a treasure that has neither understood the meaning nor an owner? Just like an unpleasant sound, if there is no intention to steal, there will be no possession, so there will be no downfall, and if it is taken with the intention to steal, it will constitute a gross offense. Because the owner did not understand the meaning, the treasure itself did not
