Therefore, one commits an offense of wrong-doing towards sentient beings. Fourth, regarding the transgression of improper conduct, there are four aspects. The fundamental branch is that the instructions of the Buddha, the Sangha, or their representatives are in accordance with the Dharma. In thought, the perception is not confused, the motivation is disrespectful, and there is no intention to repent or purify. In action, suddenly speaking idle words, etc., one engages in actions that contradict the instructions that are in accordance with the Dharma. Ultimately, the transgression is completed when one completely violates the instructions. Transgressing the instructions of the Khenpo and Acharya, as well as transgressing the instructions of the Sangha that are not in accordance with the Dharma, or lacking repentance and purification, or lacking any one of the aspects of disrespect, thereby violating the instructions that are in accordance with the Dharma, all constitute an offense of wrong-doing. In order to purify the cause of the ritual, one performs it incorrectly. Regarding the transgression of drinking intoxicants, there are four aspects. The fundamental branch is any intoxicant, whether it is grain alcohol, or the mash, dregs, or juice of mixed alcohol. It possesses the obvious degree of swallowing. In thought, the perception is not confused, the motivation is to drink. In action, one begins to drink. Ultimately, one swallows it into the throat. Fermented alcohol and roots, etc., that have not been calculated and cause intoxication, as well as porridge, etc., that do not cause intoxication but have the smell and taste of intoxicants, and intoxicants that are not swallowed but held in the cheeks, and threads, etc., on the body, all constitute offenses of wrong-doing. There is no offense for a sick person holding it in the cheeks or wrapping threads on the body, etc., and even if life is at stake, it is not permissible to swallow. Fifth, regarding performing incorrect rituals at special times, the first of which is the transgression of entering a village at an inappropriate time, there are four aspects. The fundamental branch is that the place to which one goes is the residence of a householder who possesses the characteristics, and it is established as the characteristic of a residence. It is able to accommodate the four postures. One particularly practices the Dharma of residing in a village. The place from which one goes is where the vows of the five groups are pure, the views are the same, and there is a place to speak where one can understand each other. The basis is abiding, the road has been spoken of, there are no obstacles, and it is not a time for accomplishing special matters. The time is from noon until dawn in one's own continent. In thought, the perception is that it is an inappropriate time, and one knows this with certainty or with any kind of doubt. The motivation is to want to enter the village without speaking. In action, one begins to go.

Om. The ultimate fixed place or beyond the vicinity. Determining that it is time but it is not, or hesitatingly going to the village, and saying to go to the east side of a house in a village, but committing the offense of going to the west side of the house. Second, regarding the downfall of going to the village, the first of which is the downfall of going to the village in the afternoon, there are four points, the basic part of which is the place and time to go are the same as before, but it refers to four households and so on. The thought is that there is no mistaken cognition, the motivation is wanting to go to the fourth household and so on. The action is that there is no obstacle, nor is it being summoned by others, but starting to go. Ultimately, although it is said to the abiding bhikshu, once the fixed place or vicinity of the fourth household and so on is exceeded, it becomes a downfall. Second, regarding the downfall of going to the village in the morning, there are four points, the basic part of which is the place to go is the same as before, but add that the place called "fourth household" is three households or more. The time is the time in the morning, inviting the Sangha with one's own name, it is the time for food that is suitable and meets the standard of suitable time. The thought is that there is no mistaken cognition, the motivation is wanting to go to three households and so on. The action is that without obstacles, without telling the benefactor not to miss the time of distributing food because of my future, one starts to go. Ultimately, it is exceeding the fixed place or vicinity of the door of the third household. Third, regarding the downfall of going to the royal palace at night, there are four points, the basic part of which is the place to go is the residence of either the king or the concubine, which can accommodate four behaviors. It is established as the self-nature of the residence. The time is from after the red light in the west has disappeared until before the last ray of dawn has appeared. The basis is that there is neither the king's summons, nor obstacles, nor a special need to subdue those to be tamed. The thought is to recognize that it is not dawn, or to hesitate. The motivation is wanting to go. The action is that after the day has passed, one starts to reside or enter at night. Ultimately, if there is no enclosure, it is the vicinity outside, if there is an enclosure and the door is not closed, it is inside the enclosure, if the door is closed and separated, it is the fixed place, if it is not separated, it is exceeding any of the boundaries measured twice the fixed place.
