No. The Dharma that is taught is the Buddha's teachings or instructions, as well as any subsequent explanations. The basis is not having obtained a human Dharma master, and not praying to a worthy recipient, and not being designated as a preacher, or even if designated, not possessing the qualifications. In terms of intention, the cognition is not confused, and the motivation is to preach. The action is to begin preaching with speech that possesses five characteristics, and ultimately to understand the meaning. The qualifications of a suitable preacher are that they have been fully ordained for twenty years without interruption, and have the same view, possess three terms, abide in an ordinary state of body, abide in the nature of the earth, a Bhikshu who speaks of wisdom and liberation and knows the three pitakas, and can recite any of the Pratimoksha or the eight heavy Dharmas and the eight root downfalls, and can say "strive to be mindful," possessing any of these conditions is sufficient, and for these conditions, there is no need to specifically emphasize discipline and stability, and for the condition of wisdom, if one possesses the former, one should not abandon the latter. If any of these conditions are missing, even if designated, it is inevitable to commit a downfall. Second, regarding the downfall of teaching Dharma after sunset, there are four points: The basic element is that the object of teaching and the Dharma being taught are the same as before. The place is accompanied by the danger of fear. The time is not the time for teaching Dharma at night, but between sunset and dawn. The cognition is to be certain that the sun has set or to be hesitant, and the remaining elements are the same as before. If one teaches thinking that the sun has not set but is certain that it has set or is hesitant, one commits a minor offense. Third, regarding the downfall of accusing the Dharma teacher for the sake of a little food, there are four points: The basic element is that the object of accusation is not to wrongly preach to a Bhikshu who possesses six qualities. The object of knowledge is to possess five terms, to abide in an ordinary state of body, and to be different from oneself. In terms of intention, the cognition and motivation are to want to accuse, knowing that one is not teaching Dharma for the sake of a little food and clothing, but deliberately accusing them of doing so. The action is through language that possesses five characteristics. Ultimately understanding the meaning. Second, regarding clothing, the first of which is regarding the downfall of making clothes, there are four points: The basic element is

The object for whom the robe is made is a Bhikshuni who possesses the eight dharmas. The robe that is made is suitable for making robes and is of the right size, belongs to that Bhikshuni herself, and has not been previously tailored in a way that damages the size. The understanding in thought is that one is certain that the Bhikshuni is not a close relative, or one is doubtful. The motivation is the desire to make it, the action is to start making it in that way, and the final result is the complete completion of the tailoring. If one knows that she is a close relative but treats her as not being one, or if one is doubtful and makes it, one commits a downfall. Secondly, the downfall of giving a robe has four parts, of which the fundamental branch is that the object to whom the robe is given is, in addition to being a Bhikshuni who possesses the eight dharmas, not included in the category of offering robes to the Sangha, nor is she a lost, well-spoken, or intimate person, but rather someone whose wealth is different from one's own. The item is suitable for making robes, is of the right size, and is one's own. The basis is not for the purpose of exchanging what is suitable for what is not. The understanding in thought is the same as before, and the motivation is the desire to give. The action is to start doing it in that way, and the final result is that it reaches the object's hand. If the understanding is mistaken, one also commits a downfall, which is also the same as before. Thirdly, from the basis of the path, there are two, the first of which is the downfall of walking on the road together with a Bhikshuni, which has four parts, of which the fundamental branch is that the object with whom one walks is, in addition to a Bhikshuni who possesses the seven dharmas, not a close relative, not mutually dependent, and not actually moving away. The path to where one goes is dependent on the ground, not exceeding one Yojana, and not a place with fear. The time is one day. In thought, there is no mistaken understanding, and the motivation is the desire to walk on the same path, the action is to start walking, and the final result is exceeding one Yojana. "For every half Yojana, one commits a downfall." The precepts are that when entering the road, one should behave like a Brahmachari, abandon the sick on the road, and not respect her, and when a Bhikshuni is sick on the road, one should not help her with respect by holding her head, and when going to a village, one should leave without leaving a sick attendant who shares the same precepts and views as oneself, and so on. Bhikshus and Bhikshunis may carry food for the road and give and take from each other. Secondly, the downfall of entering a boat has four parts, of which the fundamental object and
