It becomes the fourth, and the bodhicitta will greatly degenerate, even faster than an arrow. The sixth is to slander the accomplished schools, even mountains, one should not give secrets to immature people. From the aggregates, afflictions arise and turn into dragons, and again the ninth is to not believe in pure Dharma. Giving happiness with illusory love and freedom from names, etc., the thought is biased and intense. Speaking of the faults of pure beings is more severe than the sun, even more severe than abandoning vows. One will surely slander all women, one will surely become fallen, for those who abide in the Vajrayana. Thus it is said. Those who abide in the Vajrayana are those who indicate the basis for generating those downfalls, that is, those who have been empowered and taken vows. The holder of the rabbit is a name, it is the first root downfall of displeasing the guru. Here the guru is one's own Vajra Acharya. Moreover, it is not permissible to be angry for one's own benefit, it is for the benefit of others. The way is, if that disciple displeases the guru by engaging in impure behavior, it is said to be a root downfall. Darika says that knowing the guru is sacred, and knowing that he is unhappy, and the actions of body and speech caused by afflictions, and not for the benefit of others, but the idea of taking one's own interests as the most important, and the lack of the idea of repentance again, if these six are complete, it is said to be a root downfall. The other is the second downfall, which is to disobey the teachings of that sacred guru. That is, not listening to teachings. This refers to doing ten non-virtuous deeds behind the guru's back. For situations that are not obvious, Darika says that it is connected with the previous six, that is, knowing that he is unhappy, violating the teachings of the Dharma specifically entrusted to oneself and engaging in evil deeds. Therefore, the former is that even if the guru did not teach oneself, but one engages in evil deeds, for that, for the benefit of the disciples, knowing that the guru is unhappy, but disregarding it and engaging in evil deeds oneself. And this is that the guru is not unhappy, but one disregards violating and disagreeing with the guru's teachings and engages in evil deeds. Although it is not clearly stated when there is no idea of repentance again, it must refer to the lack of the idea of repentance from the beginning of doing that thing until the moment it is completely finished. Being angry with a brother refers to being angry with someone who has a Vajra brother and discipline.

It is just like that, although the extensive commentary was not spoken, in the actual close practice it says, "Speaking with extreme anger to a sibling, this is the third." Therefore, this appears similar to what was said before. Darika explains that on top of the previous six transgressions, being a vajra sibling, that is, possessing seven conditions, and breaking the sibling's command out of hatred. According to this explanation, the first two are replaced by "recognizing as a supreme friend" and "breaking their command." Darika only explained about siblings gathered by one lama, but did not explain how they were gathered. Abandoning loving-kindness, the small one is like drawing a line on water, even if separated for a moment, it will immediately return. The medium one is like drawing a line on sand, the wind will immediately blow it away. The large one is like the earth cracking, the summer water will make it whole again. The very large one is like a whetstone breaking apart, never to return, abandoning loving-kindness like this is said to be a root downfall, and without stating the measure of time, Darika explains it as not generating loving-kindness again within a day. The mind of enlightenment is semen, thinking that there is no suchness, and that the union of bliss and emptiness of the first two can achieve Buddhahood, this is said to be a root downfall, it seems that it needs to be induced by this thought, and cause the seed to degenerate. But Darika explains that if one possesses the knowledge of the unchanging nature of bliss, and the thought of accepting only the changing bliss, and clinging to it, and not for the sake of secret initiation and for the benefit of others, and for the four situations such as rilu, it is a root downfall. The sixth is said in the commentary: "The established tenet is the perfection of wisdom and the category of mantra, that is, the chapter of suchness. Whatever is slandered against it is the sixth." Regarding the way of slander, Darika explains that the tenet is the vehicle of the perfection of wisdom, and thinking that it is different from the category of mantra is a root downfall, that is, considering the suchness of the vehicle of mantra and the perfection of wisdom as high and low and slandering it. That is, towards the vehicle of the perfection of wisdom that is inseparable from the vehicle of mantra, speaking slanderous words while harboring hatred, and not for the benefit of others, and clinging to it, and without regret, the five complete is a root downfall, other than that.
