A small matter, without meaning. If one day, the activities of hearing, thinking, and teaching the Dharma become impossible, then go to a monastery near a village and seek your livelihood through means such as offering tormas, bathing rituals, and transferring consciousness for the deceased. Now, this is a great obstacle to hearing and thinking. In this way, one retreats from the state of Vajradhara with much effort. For one person, there is not even a little common ground for the hearing and thinking of mantra and characteristics. Furthermore, if someone claims to be a secret mantra Vajrayana practitioner, then not enjoying intoxicating drinks and untimely food, etc., will lead to downfall and violate vows. By widely spreading such evil words, those who are very attached to desires become very happy because it aligns with their own wishes. Relying on such power, once they enter the conduct of secret mantra, they abandon the monastic vows like discarding a root. They boast of being guides for many disciples, and even if they are respected by great figures, they still wear the saffron robe, and a large entourage of sons, daughters, and wives visibly descends. They themselves are not ashamed, and no one blames them. Even so, they unhesitatingly fulfill the ordination and full ordination of those under their jurisdiction. Therefore, they diligently engage in evil actions that specifically undermine the Buddha's teachings, and it becomes prevalent that enjoying desires is not a fault for secret mantra practitioners. They deceive the world with such words. Similarly, for secret mantra, rational analysis should be abandoned. By proclaiming such foolish words in gatherings, those who claim to be secret mantra practitioners without any knowledge of the Tripitaka are pleased because foolishness aligns with themselves. In this way, it becomes very strange, and logical analysis cannot be applied to secret mantra. Relying solely on these words as refuge is a system that even degrades non-Buddhist philosophies. The meaning obtained after contemplation by fools who do not incline their minds to scripture and reason, the essential points of the secret mantra path that come from the guru's oral instructions.

That's the end of it. After proclaiming this, most people trust this way without doing any analysis or research. Therefore, the ultimate key points of the path explained by the great accomplished ones, the intent of the Tantra, are left without even a name. Also, some people go to secluded monasteries, wanting to rely on secluded places to focus on meditation, they will say this: What is said in the Vinaya, such as abstaining from intoxicating drinks and afternoon meals, etc., is for the Shravaka Vehicle, for the lower vehicle, for those who are interested in inferiority. For the higher vehicle and those who know the nature of their own mind, such bondage is not needed. Saying this, not only do they not take the conduct of proper ordination seriously, but some even deliberately abandon the signs such as the robes and skirts. Similarly, because of focusing on inner meditation, reading and listening to scriptures and commentaries etc. should be abandoned. Because those will only limit the external breadth, and when thinking about the nature of the inner mind, it will become a cause of distraction. Even without those, one can realize the nature from the Guru's oral instructions. Similarly, abandoning the practice of meditating on the mandala wheel, reciting special Dharani mantras, prostrations, offerings, and other contrived virtuous deeds, one should only meditate on the meaning of the unconstructed nature. To meditate on the meaning of the nature, there is no need to seek a definite understanding that conforms to reason, it is enough to not think about anything and keep the ordinary consciousness in its natural state. Meditators say this in unison. In this way, the Buddha established the Vinaya as the foundation, determined the nature through hearing and thinking, and kept it in mind with meditation-born wisdom, striving to prevent this order of the three trainings from confusing the order. Thinking that mantra and Paramita, listening and meditation, etc. are as contradictory as hot and cold, they refute them. Everyone also from the bottom of their hearts
