I prostrate with great reverence at the feet of the venerable Lama, who possesses great compassion without objectification. The practice of the two accumulations is like a great wave, climbing to the peak of the eastern mountain, the brave prince ascends the moon of eloquence, possessing the glory of causing the Utpala of the Buddha's teachings to bloom, the venerable Lama is the king who dispels the darkness of the heart. Possessing the glory of the speech of the wise and melodious one, the drum of fame is beaten by the beauties of the directions, all virtuous scholars bow their heads, I also prostrate at your feet. Well tamed by the supreme asceticism that is not inferior, all the scriptures that can withstand the finest discernment, are separated in detail and are unparalleled, it is wonderful to be pleased to accomplish one thing. The qualities of that protector are like a great ocean, how vast and boundless is its depth? Even the mighty ones are suspended in the middle, how can I possibly measure a little? However, here, the fire of strong faith, holds the boiling water of the heart. To relieve these sufferings, with the tip of the proud whisk, I will take a drop of water and dance. For this reason, in other worlds as well, such a protector will never be abandoned, living on the nectar of his good words, with the rope of respectful hope for one's own benefit, my heart is truly drawn, the assembly of white swans with knowledge and faith, for the sake of greatly increasing the immeasurable qualities of the milk ocean, I strive here. The sound of the Sala tree rain clouds increasing, the spring goddess wears a necklace of flowers, the young peacock shows playful games, these are all wonderful things in the world. The minds of the wise are shaken, the actions of the noble saints, are wonderfully proclaimed.

之语。 善缘耳之甘露宣， 诸佛之心亦悦然。 少年之身决出离， 重大意义勤精进。 诸佛欢喜获胜位， 此乃奇谈之开端。 是故我之具德上师， 圣教薄伽梵之宗风大德。 对于一切世间，亦是无因而极易亲近之性情者。 长久以来已至菩萨广大行持之彼岸。 怙主文殊童子之心光开启智慧之莲，以具清净之眼目视知一切所知之轮。 以共同与不共同之证悟功德珍宝之积聚，圆满充满心之宝库之大士，此位难以称名者， 无数劫之前已圆满十地，于不净之世间界中， 于某些化现为转轮王， 于某些化现为 地方之国王， 于某些化现为帝释天与梵天之身相， 如是化现菩萨在家与出家之相等等，无量应调伏之身相，犹如空中之月轮，于地上种种不同之器皿中，一时顿现自身之影像一般，不费劬劳而示现。 对于我等而言， 示现与我等同类之善知识之相，成办利乐。 应当如是领会，确定无疑。 对此，我等亦听闻应生信解之历史依据之言论。 虽是如此，然此道理乃是多数庸俗之人难以思量之处，又因我等是信心与思维能力薄弱者，观见我等之自性与根器如何，故此大士亦不亲口承认此事。 因此，此处无法言说。 虽是如此，此

Words of . By proclaiming the nectar of good fortune to the ears, the minds of all Buddhas will also be pleased. The manner of renouncing while still young, and taking on hardships in the place of great significance, attaining the supreme state that pleases the Buddhas, these are the beginnings of wondrous tales. Therefore, my glorious and venerable lama, the great follower of the Buddha, the Bhagavan, who is effortlessly pleasing to all beings, having long since reached the other shore of the vast practices of the Bodhisattvas, whose lotus of intelligence is opened by the rays of light from the heart of the Lord Manjushri, possessing pure eyes that see the entirety of the circle of knowledge, whose mind-treasury is completely filled with the collection of precious qualities of common and uncommon realizations, this great being, difficult to name, has perfected the ten bhumis countless eons ago, and also in the impure realms of the world, sometimes manifesting as a universal monarch, sometimes as a king of a region, sometimes as the forms of Indra and Brahma, and likewise manifesting as Bodhisattvas, householders, and renunciates, and so on, countless forms of bodies that are suitable for taming, just as the moon in the sky simultaneously shows its reflection in various different containers of water on the earth, without any effort. To us, he has shown the form of a virtuous friend who takes birth as our own kind, thus accomplishing benefit and happiness. It should be understood in this way, without any doubt. Regarding this, we have also heard the words of historical evidence that should inspire faith and understanding. Although it is so, this principle is difficult for most ordinary people to contemplate, and because we are those with weak faith and thinking ability, seeing what our nature and capacity are like, this great being also does not personally acknowledge this matter. 以近取菩萨道之学处，成办利益之行持，其殊胜功德之边际，我等未获地自在者，虽不能衡量其少分，然且暂依于对下劣所化亦共同显现之行持，以自身所领悟之解脱部分，以非仅一次拨动信仰之手指之作意，串联成言说之鲜花花鬘，令具善缘者之耳欢喜。如是，如是听闻：此大士最初示现诞生之事业之地域，乃多康下部之地，名为夏宗喀，昔日属雪域之主拉赞布等之管辖之地域。此地以其殊胜之土地功德，为老者们口口相传，其父名为达拉卡切鲁崩给，以勇敢坚毅、聪慧果敢、富裕正直等令他人悦意之法所庄严；其母乃女性之身少有狡诈，心性极为善良，名为辛莫阿秋，此地之人皆如是说。父母育有六子，此大士乃第四子，其种姓为麦。仅与尊者种姓相同者，亦有数千人，七代未断之姻亲关系亦极为兴盛。彼等之中，先后出家受具足戒者甚多，皆行为端正，且具广阔智慧之眼。如是称之。是故，此大菩萨乃如是种族、血统、家世圆满者。此即此尊何时从母胎降生之时，其头如伞盖，额头宽广，眉毛细长，鼻梁高挺。

Taking the conduct of learning the Bodhisattva path as a close example, the extent of the excellent qualities of accomplishing meaningful and beneficial actions, we who have not attained mastery over the earth, although we cannot measure even a small part of it, yet relying on the actions that appear common even to inferior disciples, with the intention of moving the fingers of faith not just once, stringing together a garland of flowers of speech, let us delight the ears of those fortunate beings. Thus, it is heard that the place where this great being first manifested the act of being born was in the lower part of Do Kham, known as Shar Tsongkhapa, which in ancient times belonged to the domain of the lords of the snowy land, the Lhatsenpos. This place, with its excellent qualities of the land, is proclaimed by the elders through oral transmission. His father was named Dara Khache Lhubum Ge, adorned with qualities pleasing to others, such as being brave and steadfast, intelligent and courageous, wealthy and upright. His mother, in the form of a woman, had little deceit and was of an extremely good nature, named Shingmo Achö, as the people of that region all say. These parents had six sons, and this great being was the fourth. His clan is Mal. Those who belong to the same clan as the尊者 alone number in the thousands, and the kinship through seven unbroken generations is also very extensive. Among them, many have taken ordination and vows of complete renunciation, all of whom are of impeccable conduct and possess eyes of vast wisdom. Thus it is said. Therefore, this great Bodhisattva is one who is complete in such lineage, ancestry, and family. That is, when this尊者 was born from his mother's womb, his head was like an umbrella, his forehead was broad, his eyebrows were long, and the bridge of his nose was high.
