He also held dharma assemblies including those on the first and fifteenth of each month. In an inconceivable way, he made such aspirations become the nourishment for the Dharma and all sentient beings. At that time, this diligent master dreamed in a very good dream that countless crowds emerged from the land near Lhasa, and all of them ascended into the sky at an astonishing speed. When asked what this was, they replied, "We are making offerings to Jowo Rinpoche in this way in order to go to the Brahma world." He also had such dreams. Some also discussed this, saying: Previously, the catalog paper rolls buried by Dharma King Songtsen Gampo in Kawa Shinglo Chen, the Dakini prophesied to Jowo Master Glorious Atisha, and after being taken from the treasure, there were three paper rolls, namely, "Moonlight" written by the ministers, "White Silk Light" written by the women, and the king's own "Great Testament of Kakholma." Among them, the king's own testament contains many prophecies, saying that in the future, there will appear such a saint who strives for the cause of the Dharma and makes offerings to Jowo Rinpoche. Among them, it prophesied the manner in which the kings of his own lineage would appear, and after prophesying the appearance of the great translator Rinsang, it would prophesy the great translator Rngok. After that, his good sayings would decline, and the wrong view that not keeping anything in mind is the best path would prevail, thereby belittling the mundane. In the meantime, it was prophesied that Dagpo Lhaje and his disciples would repair Lhasa and provide generous service. Later, in later times, those who are proficient in reason will cause the above-mentioned wrong views to decline slightly. And it was prophesied that a Bhikshu Bodhisattva Vajradhara would restore the face of Jowo and offer excellent offerings, and this is none other than Master Tsongkhapa. As it is said in the testament: Thereafter, especially grandly perform service, the Bhikshu Bodhisattva is born in the east, holds secret mantras and is a great yogi, a great saint who relies on the essence, will also restore the face and perform excellent service. Those who perform grand service to this are noble beings.

It is just training. That's what it says. As for "also changed the face," it means that Jowo Rinpoche's (Venerable Atisha's) previous face did not have a headdress, and later it was changed to have a headdress. Also, because there were many people coming to visit, he was slightly displeased. Therefore, someone had requested to build a secluded monastery early on. At that time, various patrons and disciples of the patrons all said that they would offer old monasteries, or be responsible for building new monasteries, and there were many requests, and it was not known which one was better. After praying to Jowo Rinpoche, by observing the signs of lights and dreams, it was found that among all of them, Drok Riwoche (འབྲོག་རི་བོ་ཆེ, meaning "Great Pasture Mountain," located in Qushui County, Lhasa City today) was the best. After the prayer was completed, the Venerable One personally stepped on it (blessed it). After that, he first resided in Sera Choding. He taught the "Fundamental Wisdom Treatise," "Discipline Chapter," "Fifty Verses on the Practice of the Guru," "Samantabhadra's Accomplishment Method," and "Stages of the Path" and other exoteric and esoteric Buddhist teachings to about six hundred holders of the scriptures. After that, due to the earnest request of the attendant Rinpoche Sonam Sangpo, the Venerable One led about two hundred teachers and disciples to Puchen of Sangri in the latter spring. Attendant Rinpoche Sonam Sangpo and Khenchen Gyaltsen were the main ones, and many monks from Telpa Mountain and many other holders of the scriptures gathered together, and he taught them many Buddhist teachings such as the "Stages of the Path." Most of the monks, led by the scholar Khenpo and the Vinaya Master, went to Drok Riwoche (འབྲོག་རི་བོ་ཆེ) and established the Gelugpa's Auspicious Victory Continent. All the patrons from all directions and the nearby monastic and lay communities raised funds with infinite joy and happiness, and in that year, more than seventy houses, led by the sleeping quarters, were completed, and more than one hundred were laid the foundation. Moreover, in almost every house, as stated in the "Vinaya Sutra," first the foundation was observed, and after the observation, it was reported to the Sangha, and then the Sangha gave permission, appointed craftsmen, cut down the miscellaneous trees that grew from the edge of lifting stones, and built walls that did not exceed the size of the house, etc., cherishing these rituals like treasures, and even the rituals of construction alone could promote Buddhism.
