Many offerings of Mani and donations were made, and vows to abandon evil and practice virtue were also taken. As a result, village rituals and secular entertainments were able to flourish in the valley of Utsang Chötré. Are the glorious Tulku and the Abbot and teachers all well? In western Mönkhar, many monks, led by Gungwa Chöje, gathered and received excellent guidance. Based on the mandala of colored powders in the assembly hall, a ten-day practice offering was established. Dorje Drakpa's retreat was grand, including the retreat residence and offerings. He said that oral instructions, biographies, and collections of stories were needed, which are related to the auspicious connection of blessing the mindstream. The circumstances of the perfect performance of the peaceful and wrathful deity rituals of Gyutrül at Tikchok Ling, and the arrival of faithful Chöpel and others with gifts of lineage, were reported. Corrections were made to the visualization instructions of the generation stage and the hand gestures, etc. Although the annual offering of about thirty loads of butter was often interrupted due to transportation difficulties, it never truly stopped because all the monks were very devoted. Starting this year, the sheep redeemed with grain will be added to the existing thirty freed sheep to support the conditions for the victorious practice offering. In the past, because the teachings of the Omniscient One were not propagated, people only performed the throwing of tormas and the chanting of Cham dances, without deeply understanding the essence of the old schools. Khenpo Shrīnātha appears to have the characteristics of a person who can be tamed, and therefore he strives greatly for the truth. Thinking only of the Dharma, we spent about thirty sang of gold to acquire the Seven Treasures, the Three Chariot Treatises, the Root and Commentary of the Secret Essence Tantra, and the Root and Commentary of the Treasury of Qualities from Derge, and donated them to the monastery. We benefited others through five kinds of mass tea offerings, and four things including subsequent rejoicing and praise. The faithful Drongtsé mother and son presented a valuable gift to the son of the lineage, and dedicated the merit they made in supporting the illusory practice offering to perfect enlightenment. Even monks are forbidden to touch gold and silver. If one regards gold and silver as precious treasures, then one's thoughts and actions are no different from those of greedy householders. To those who offer to us, gold and dung are the same in the face of equanimity. In the subsequent attainment, I bear the burden of the sins of others.

Because I was thinking of placing it again, so again, from the cost of manufacturing about five hundred tusangs of Han silver, Gyalwa Mipham Gonpo's regent Tsa-chak Rinpoche helped to build it, offering gold, a copper seat, decorations, coral necklaces, and the wages and food for about fifteen craftsmen along with their helpers, firewood costs, and offerings to various officials, etc., totaling about one thousand one hundred tusangs of silver. Relying on monks, it was invited to Samye Monastery, and I personally performed the consecration. At Samye Chimphu, a fire puja was offered, and a thousand-offering ceremony was held. At Drakmar Keutsang, a hundred-offering ceremony was held, and a tsok offering was made. A stupa cover was offered, made of rainbow-like beautiful silk, with flesh-colored patterns sewn with colored silk threads. Offerings were made to the upper and lower monasteries. The monastery invited Ananta Tsultrim to Spuk, and dedicated thankas, monks, and robes and cushions worth one hundred loads as offerings for a hundred thousand offerings. In short, those who are knowledgeable, although temporarily afflicted by sudden events and have no free time, are easily tamed and cultivated fields of Dharma! After that, I stayed at Tamdrinling for ten days, and with about fifteen assistants, in the manner of the gathering of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, performed daily consecrations with actual preparations. On the day of the Descent from Heaven Festival, a procession of ordained monks greeted with yellow garlands, and the Maitreya Dharma Wheel was invited from a wooden cart to the Barkhor, and placed in the middle room. Offered a white banner decorated with three layers of rainbow patterns, and a butter lamp cover for the lion playing pavilion in the center of the main temple, and a rainbow-colored tomb pattern decorated with four ornaments, a sky banner with a total of thirteen pieces of cloth. Both inside and outside, a thousand offerings were made, and extensive consecration and fire pujas were performed. Prayers and flowers were offered to all monasteries. Food was distributed to all monks, and tea, tsampa, and a tangka each were distributed to all the people. The blessings of Naropa Khechari were given to some monks. The father and son of the Kalon came specially with the butter lamps for the monthly offering, and together offered and prayed to all the sacred objects. Starting from the Bodhisattva Pitaka, teachings on aspiration and entry were given solely for the benefit of sentient beings.
