In order to nourish faith, knowing the indivisible true nature of the heart essence, I pray as a support for arousing devout remembrance. In conjunction with the Chotrul Düchen (Festival of Miracles) on the first day of the new Earth Sheep year, vast offerings are made to the precious remains for seven days. From eight monks to a gathering of a hundred monks, with Mahakala as the main deity, the Dharma protectors are single-mindedly engaged in pure activities to pacify temporary obstacles and hindrances. Although the great Dharma Lord Vajradhara resides in the supreme state of Dharmakaya, free from all selfish purposes, just as the moon in the sky has no thought of entering the water, yet it effortlessly manifests a second reflection in the water with inexhaustible power. Through the excellent power of aspiration and vows, truthful and unfailing, may he again become the protector of us, the disciples who are difficult to tame, and the supreme companion who manifests as Ling and the army. May the illusion of the youthful form appear swiftly, opening the door to blessings and prayers, and preparations are made accordingly. If one were to examine this great Vajradhara, with thoughts and actions like seeking an opportune moment, as if searching for a demoness, it would be seen as a cause for disturbing the mind. He would say that there is no such thing as a false human Dharma guru, and would only pretend not to know. However, in the ultimate sense, there is no obstruction to his manifest wisdom. Long ago, the woodwork for the eleven-pillar stupa, the Dharma wheel ornament, the door lintel plaque, the Great King Dhritarashtra in front of the lion throne, and on the other three sides, the Jewel Flame, the Wheel, the crossed Vajra, the corner pillars, and the plaques of the Earth Holder and other components were made of excellent gold and copper materials. After detailed source review, the dimensions and shapes were particularly excellent, and permission was granted to place them in the land of Han. This is because he can see the three times without obstruction. In order to assemble the complete stupa again, if many people who are not skilled in craftsmanship were to work together, the craftsmanship would appear incomplete and the mind would appear impatient. Therefore, (it was decided to use) the white (materials) of Drikung.

Since the arrival of two skilled craftsmen who were hired, the workshop was established from the auspicious day of the twenty-fifth of the second month. In order to improve the craft level without any errors, there was cooperation in woodworking, and the shape of the vase was improved. As decoration, there are more than a dozen corals of extremely pure quality from the necklace of the Queen of Dege (Sde-dge), and the gold-handled inlaid crest of the patron Pu-shud, as well as a ruby the size of a Chinese ounce. Palding's (dPal-sdings) Jetsunma (rJe-btsun-ma) presented peculiar fish bladder conch-shaped items, and various small pieces of turquoise and coral. The meditation master presented ten Kashmir (kha-che) spice glass silver coins of good color. The Queen Mother presented a pair of American dollar gold plates of extremely pure quality. There are also the unfailing shrinking eyes of aquatic plants, and turquoise, coral, spice glass, etc. that were offered to the master himself with faith, temporarily selecting pure items from all items that have not gathered other virtuous karmic results, as well as the larger valuables among my parents' jewelry, etc., for making suitable inlay holes. On top of the existing inlays, etc., make the half-net of the vase, the waist tie, the land-protecting halo inlay of the lotus lion throne of the vase seat, and the bright lotuses, etc., for the sake of beauty, made of soft copper and plated with a thick layer of pure gold, as well as silver and other utensils, all because this master never does the usual trade, agriculture, etc. to accumulate and hoard things, but immediately uses everything in his hands to build statues, offer sacrifices, and various kinds of offerings in places such as Chokhor (Chos-'khor) Samye (bsam-yas), which is well known. Nevertheless, at this time, none of the silver coins we bear need to be obtained with effort, but relying on the wealth obtained effortlessly by the master, we can use it freely as if it were mud and stones, compared to those lamas and tulkus who build gold and silver stupas for universal parinirvana, exaggerating the amount of gold and silver as much as possible, we have not been levied the tax of the master's parinirvana, this is only the kindness of you alone! At the founding ceremony of the workshop, a grand celebration was held, and the whole day was very grand. Hadas and tea were presented to the two foremen. Two strings of silver coins were given to the chief foreman, and six silver coins to the junior foreman. The same was given to Gangton (sgang-ston) as well.

After completing the preliminary work such as offering white cloth, silk fabrics were presented to the two leaders, along with high-quality Dolpo wool and well-dyed woolen garments. In addition, benefactors such as Püshü, Palri Laja, Siddha Wang Wagindra, Tsang Paldingpa, and others of high, middle, and low status made donations and provided craftsmanship in large numbers. During that time, the two artisans were also excused from work for the sake of games, songs, and dances, so they did not have to endure fatigue. The artisans' daily living expenses were also taken care of, as they were treated as objects of service, with hospitality including accommodation, and were completed within the two-month work period. In the center of the main hall of Padma Öling, on the upper floor, murals were painted as wall decorations, depicting the lineage of Vairocana and Tsolje himself. On the fifteenth day of Saga Dawa (Sagittarius month), on an auspicious day with good planetary conjunctions, in the painted mandala, the mandala of the Great Glorious Gathering Ocean was invited and practiced, the site for practice was determined, and boundary markers were erected. For three days, in consultation with the artisans, consecration was offered. The general framework for the consecration offering was to receive the Indian scriptures according to the standards of the three studies, like the masters Nagarjuna and Jetari, as heard from the Great Vajradhara, the Lord of Dharma himself. In the treasury of the Yakshas, there were empowered copper statues of Yakshas, male and female, with mandalas for consecration and practice, and many kinds of wisdom stones. In particular, to pacify disease, weapons, and famine, to increase life, wealth, and prosperity, to subdue the four activities, and to destroy the power of curses and evil words, some instructions similar to wish-fulfilling jewels were demonstrated. Starting from the treasure chest, the essence of the five great consecrations and the deities of the four tantras, especially the essence of the guru, amounting to billions, were placed in order without confusion. The main object was the precious relics adorned with the complete Sambhogakaya ornaments, holding the vajra and bell crossed in the hands, which were the continuous practice of the lineage gurus, and placed in a beautifully shaped kapala bowl specially made of copper, filled with fragrant medicinal powders such as the six excellent substances. On the life-tree were inscribed the names and mantras of the lineage gurus made of refined gold.
