不为执着所束缚，如虫脱茧般的无量宫殿的执着显现，此修行室是瑜伽士的庄严。父亲自生莲花生大士赐予我。具精进之友们，于此处修行。外在身体要害是任运成就的鸟巢，内在是石灶陶罐的眷属，干柴烈火的仆人们，无需分开聚集和严格限制，根本上不生起分别念和执着，随意放置的长袍，此近处是瑜伽士的庄严。舍弃诸事赐予我。忙碌之友们，请如是行持。内在构造如身体的宫殿，于天界心中是觉知的瑜伽士，外在不依赖名相的闲暇，显空双运任运成就，无需分离三者和污垢，根本上是不可分离的奇妙，此本尊是瑜伽士的庄严。此乃持明成就者所赐予的闲暇。具利根之友们，请如是行持。从外在清净显现的乡村中，食物相合，提供助缘的施主，无需分别考虑利益和侍奉，根本上是凭借强烈的回向和发愿来联系。无依怙的食物布施的圆满者，此施主是瑜伽士的庄严。父亲根本三界海赐予我。您等清净显现者，请如是行持。如小狗般惹人怜爱，如白莲花般美丽的鸟儿，即使分开也无需衡量言语的回应，根本上不生起满足、愤怒和憎恨，作为消遣的无思鸟，此友伴是瑜伽士的庄严。以慈悲的布施之手慷慨赐予。具菩提心之友们，请如是行持。于清净法界灯的宫殿中，现量觉性的嬉戏者，凭借通达道命勤奋要点，不会被外在业风所动摇，根本上不会迷失于实相和分别念，此见修行是瑜伽士的庄严。以甚深口耳传承赐予我。具业缘之友们，请如是行持。从内心舍弃对村庄嬉戏的执着，避免与众多人群交往，忘却一生中大部分的琐事，当下的觉性是平凡的，无需分别执着的算计。

Not bound by attachment, the appearance of the immeasurable palace like a silkworm emerging from its cocoon, this hermitage is the adornment of a yogi. Father, the self-born Padmasambhava, bestowed it upon me. Diligent friends, meditate here. The outer body's essential point is a spontaneously accomplished bird's nest, inside are the attendants of the stone stove and clay pot, the servants of dry wood and blazing fire, without needing to separate gathering and strict restrictions, fundamentally not giving rise to discriminating thoughts and attachments, the long robe placed casually, this nearby place is the adornment of a yogi. Abandoning affairs, it was bestowed upon me. Busy friends, please act like this. The inner structure is like a palace of the body, in the realm of the gods, the yogi who knows the mind, outwardly not relying on the leisure of names and forms, the union of appearance and emptiness is spontaneously accomplished, without needing to separate the three and impurities, fundamentally it is a wonderful inseparability, this yidam is the adornment of a yogi. This is the leisure bestowed by the accomplished vidyadhara. Sharp-witted friends, please act like this. From the outer pure appearance of villages and towns, the benefactor who provides food and favorable conditions, without needing to separately consider benefits and service, fundamentally it is connected by strong dedication and aspiration. The perfecter of food offerings for the unprotected, this benefactor is the adornment of a yogi. Father, the ocean of the three roots, bestowed it upon me. You pure appearance ones, please act like this. As lovable as a puppy, a bird as beautiful as a white lotus, even if separated, there is no need to measure the response of words, fundamentally not giving rise to satisfaction, anger, and hatred, the thoughtless bird of solace, this companion is the adornment of a yogi. Generously bestowed with the compassionate hand of giving. Bodhicitta-possessing friends, please act like this. In the palace of the pure realm of light, the player of manifest awareness, through the power of mastering the essential points of the life force of the path, it cannot be moved by the outer winds of karma, fundamentally it will not stray into reality and discriminating thoughts, this view and practice is the adornment of a yogi. Bestowed upon me by the profound oral transmission of the path. Friends with karmic connections, please act like this. From the heart, abandon attachment to playing in the village, avoid associating with large crowds, forget most of the trivial matters of life, the present awareness is ordinary, without needing to separately grasp calculations.

需要啊！探求任何所欲之智者，至今仍不逾矩。无执着乃瑜伽士之庄严，以坚定之三誓赐予我。欲求解脱之友伴，亦当如是行。怙主莲生金刚于法界垂视，慈父恩重上师传授意传，慈母空行海消除诸障碍。无需众多分别之行，究竟三身自力圆满者，行住坐卧乃瑜伽士之庄严，以无别之俱后赐予我。具修持之友伴，亦当如是行。此八喻八义之歌诀，于邬金吉祥之岩洞中，因强烈厌倦之缘起而闭关，独自安住感受快乐之觉受时，体验于广大乐空之中。父亲乃邬金刹土之大智者，儿子无教言之钦哲光芒，词句于心中显现而书写成文，作为修持意义之劝勉而安立，愿具清净显现之友伴皆欢喜。于此等时期，与第二佛陀全知语王之智慧身三次会面并加持，欢喜聚集于普贤王如来之法轮中，请问良善上师邬金法王，甚深加持离戏意传承降临。见修行果本然成就之三身，此真快乐！无修无整超越心识本自解脱，此真逍遥！请问良善本尊莲花生心髓，甚深生起次第与显空双运相会。自心显现圆满成天身，真快乐！异熟持明此生获得，此真快乐！请问良善空行金刚瑜伽母，甚深事业意之秘密藏开启。无需学习名相词句，真快乐！显现声响成为符号与典籍，此真快乐！请问良善传承加持义传承，赐予四灌顶之觉受如瓶满注。自具觉性能力，此真快乐！见修行之名相耗尽，此真快乐！请问甚深意义灌顶无垢光，具缘者顿悟解脱同时生起，无需苦行折磨，随心所欲，真快乐！

It is needed! A wise person who seeks whatever they desire, still does not overstep the bounds. Non-attachment is the adornment of a yogi, grant it to me with the firm three vows. Friends who desire liberation, should also act like this. Protector Lotus-born Vajra gazes from the expanse, kind father, precious guru, transmits the mind lineage, kind mother, dakini ocean, dispels all obstacles. There is no need for many separate actions, the ultimate three bodies are complete with their own abilities, walking, sitting, lying down, this is the adornment of a yogi, grant it to me with inseparable co-emergence. Friends with meditation experience, should also act like this. This song of eight metaphors and eight meanings, in the auspicious rock cave of Oddiyana, due to the arising of intense weariness, I closed myself in retreat, feeling the joy of staying alone, experiencing the great bliss and emptiness. The father is a great scholar of the land of Oddiyana, the son is the light of Khyentse without teachings, words arose in my mind and were written down, established as an encouragement to practice the meaning, may all friends with pure appearances be pleased. In these times, I met the wisdom body of the Second Buddha, Omniscient Ngakgi Wangpo, three times and received blessings, rejoicing to gather in the Dharma wheel of Samantabhadra, I asked the good guru, Orgyen Dharma King, and the profound blessing of the mind lineage, free from elaboration, descended. View, meditation, action, and result, the spontaneously accomplished three bodies, this is truly joyful! No practice, no effort, beyond mind, naturally liberated, this is truly free! I asked the good yidam, Padma Nyingtik, and the profound generation stage met with the union of appearance and emptiness. My own mind manifested and perfected as a deity body, truly joyful! Ripening and liberation, may the awareness holder attain this life, this is truly joyful! I asked the good dakini, Vajrayogini, and the profound activity, the secret treasury of the mind, was opened. No need to study nominal words and phrases, truly joyful! Appearances and sounds become symbols and scriptures, this is truly joyful! I asked the good lineage, the blessing meaning lineage, and the experience of the four empowerments was granted like a full vase. The power of awareness is within oneself, truly joyful! The nominal terms of view, meditation, and action are exhausted, this is truly joyful! I asked the profound meaning empowerment, Stainless Light, and for those with karmic connections, realization and liberation arose simultaneously, no need for asceticism and suffering, whatever you desire, truly joyful!
