The root of Ga was done by Srampa Bonzhongpa, who regarded the Lama as the actual Buddha. There, he practiced for many years, and saw the faces of the forty-two peaceful deities and the fifty blood-drinking deities. In particular, he saw the mandala of the authentic deity as if meeting face to face, and conversed with them. He employed the eight Gauris and other spirits as servants. Non-human beings listened to whatever tasks were assigned. Then, the Lama said, "I see all the land, stones, rocks of Owl Valley as the mandala of peaceful and wrathful deities. In particular, I constantly see the southern mountain of Wen Sermo as the five Buddhas, so build a peaceful temple." Having said that, he began preparations. After examining the site, he subdued the evil earth enemies. On the southern mountain, at the cliff resembling a black scorpion crawling downwards, he built a statue of Zuurpoche Palchenpo (Great Powerful One). A footprint also appeared where the right foot was placed. There, he built a stupa with hundreds of thousands of Heruka images, and in the four directions and the center, five locations, he also built a stupa each with four peaks and five hidden peaks. He covered and sealed with copper the spring where the Naga Dungkyong resided. On top of it, he laid the foundation of the temple. It is said that originally, the intention was to make the size of the temple equal to the Lhakhang (temple) of Nyangto Tsi, but the stonemasons slightly reduced it. Similarly, most of the craftsmen were fond of engaging in non-virtuous activities, all the wood was uneven, of varying lengths, and so on, they only thought of how to cut corners. Nevertheless, for the generosity of a Bodhisattva who is accustomed to giving like this, miserly and stingy thoughts could not bind him, so he regarded wealth and possessions as like dreams and illusions. One large pillar was cut badly and could not be straightened. By stepping on it with his foot, he showed the sign of accomplishment of equalizing the length. A vajra mark is also affixed to it. Similarly, for those pillars that had become crooked, by stepping on them with his foot, they became straight like arrows. Because of witnessing immeasurable compassion and power such as subduing evil and patience, the craftsmen again felt great remorse. After the temple was completed, with the remaining wood, he built an extraordinary porch without walls, supported only by four pillars, which was known as the "Gate of Repentance and Atonement," and later it was converted into a protector deity hall. Thus, the four pillars at the top of the temple, with Vairochana as the chief, illuminating everything, served as the main deity of the peaceful mandala. At the eight pillars of the upper cloister, are the gatekeepers...

Two seven. On the north and south sides of the two rock protrusions are the Great Mother (Buddha Mother) and Dipankara Buddha, surrounded by four offering deities. In the Protector Hall are Lekden (Auspicious God), Palden Lhamo (Glorious Goddess), Brahma, and Indra, all sculpted as relief images. In the upper cloister, at the site of eight pillars, are murals of the lineage of lamas. In the circumambulation hall are twenty-three mandalas, including the Hundred-Petaled Lotus. In the lower cloister, at the site of twenty pillars, are the Thousand Buddhas, the Buddhas of the Ten Directions, Amitayus surrounded by close disciples, and the Seven Buddhas. Twelve Acts, Bodhisattva Dharma Supreme, Tara Saving from the Eight Fears, the Three Lords of the Family, the field layout of Malaya, the Wheel of Existence, etc., are all made into murals. After the completion of the rough construction, now my temple up to the roof is painted with gold. It was said to extract gold from the Gold Mine Mountain, and then he began to contemplate. At midnight, the local deity Tsen appeared as a black horse. He bowed and circumambulated Zurpoche, saying that if the temple up to the roof is painted with gold, our gold will be exhausted. So he said to offer some universal deities, and it was done accordingly. At the time of the consecration, the two venerable ones, Zur the Great and Small, entered from the crown of Kunrig Namsang (All-Knowing Illuminator) and emerged from the heart. Entering from the heart and emerging from the crown, etc., they displayed inexhaustible miraculous displays, and the craftsmen developed faith from the bottom of their hearts, saying that the lama's temple is like Mount Meru, the support of a stupa. Modeled after the Blue Stupa of Samye Monastery, a Tashi Gomang (Auspicious Many-Doored) Temple was built and offered with devotion to the north. The lama's name took root at the monastery site, hence it is commonly known as Pal Uk Ja Lung (Glorious Owl Bird Place). It is said that the construction began during the time of Lhaje Zurpoche, Zur chungpa initiated it, and Zur Shakya Sengge developed it, which is a description of the great deeds done by this lineage for the teachings of the Nyingma Vajrayana. After that, extensive activities of teaching, listening, and other altruistic deeds were carried out. Once, the master and disciples performed a year-long retreat at Yangwen Sermo, and the butter ran out, so there were no offering lamps. So the spring water was blessed for seven days, turning it into butter, and an inexhaustible supply of butter could be drawn. There, the initial lecturers focused mainly on explaining, so the initial Tsana had little knowledge of activities. They were all on the Dharma seat.
