Also, Gya Yeshe Gonpo of Yeten Monastery, relying on both Kyi and Glen Chögyal, was known to be skilled in both Sutra and Mayajala. His nephew, named Dorje Gyaltsen, went to Sangpu as a young man and thoroughly studied Pramanavarttika. Then, from his uncle Gya Yeshe Gonpo, he learned Sutra and Mayajala well, and composed commentaries based on the commentary Spar Khab, as well as empowerment rituals and so on. He taught his own nephew, Lama Tsultrim Gyalwa, from whom Ridongpa Sherab Gyaltsen heard. It is said that when this person taught in Dakpo to the nobles, officials, and mantra practitioners, it flourished in the Dakpo region for a time. Sher Gyal's disciple was Zhangkharwa Sonam Zangpo, and his disciple was Khenpo Tashi Gyatso. Gö Zhönnu heard from this person the teaching and transmission of Dorje Gyaltsenpa's Heart Commentary, as well as Phurba Lhanak and so on. Furthermore, the tradition known as the Kham tradition is, in general, the extensive commentary on the Guhyagarbha Tantra, composed by the scholar Nyewo Senge, also originated from Kham, and it is known to be a teaching tradition transmitted from Vairochana. In particular, the Katok tradition of Dro Phukpa's lineage is that Zur Sangdak Shakya Senge's disciple, a great accomplished master named Tsangton Drowai Gonpo, and during the time of his disciple Katampa Deshek or Sherab Senge, the source of the teachings was established. Another name for him is also Pöpa Taye, and this person was a maternal cousin of Phagmo Drupa, and their birthplace was also the same. In previous lives, he is remembered as the first of the seven daughters of Kṛkī, and the sthavira Bharadvaja (藏文:བྷ་ར་དྷྭ་ཛ,梵文天城体:भारद्वाज,梵文罗马音:Bharadvāja,汉语字面意思:婆罗堕遮), most of the heretical sthaviras who later became Buddhists, the Dharma King of Varanasi, the translator Rma Rinchen Chok, and so on, in many rebirths. In particular, in his most recent rebirth, a yogi named Nepali Bhadanta became the guru of the Mi-nyak king. Due to extreme devotion, he passed on the rosary thread from his head to all the people in the Mi-nyak region, and it was highly valued. Once, he went to see the outer ocean, and while he was dwelling by the seashore with a tent pitched, untimely waves arose and urged him to pass away. Later, the king invited his relics and made offerings, as well as the mountains of western India.

In a huge rock, near a sage named Gagaati, he became a parrot and learned the vidya-mantras, becoming powerful. On the east side lived a white-sided Naga, and on the west side lived a powerful black-skinned Naga. The black-skinned Naga waged war on the white side, and the sky was covered with hail and dark clouds. The earth was filled with creatures such as frogs and snakes. The white Naga sought refuge in the parrot. There, the parrot's vidya-mantras defeated the power of the black side. The power of the white side increased, causing the country's grain and essence to increase. In India, he debated with and defeated the heretical Shivas, became the teacher Shanti Deva, and preached the Bodhisattvacaryāvatāra among the panditas, remembering many lifetimes. In a previous life as a king, a minister caused discord, leading to his tongue being cut off. He said that he now had difficulty speaking and placed great emphasis on karma. Moreover, his name originated from his birthplace, the venerable Tsangtonpa, who always saw the pure land of Akshobhya and received prophecies. He also remembered previous figures such as the translator Yeshe Chok and the Indian Chagyana. A Dharma protector who served like a servant, initially a friend and later a teacher, from whom the teachings of Sutra and Illusion developed in Kathok. There, near Pompore on the banks of the Drichu River (Yangtze River), a cruel non-human openly harmed beings, residing on a rock. When the time came to subdue it, the rock was bound with Dharma robes. Tsangton led, and Kadampa drove it with iron chains, transporting it far away, leaving clear handprint marks on the rock that are still visible today. Then, a monastery was established on land resembling the letter "ཀ" (ka), hence the name Kathok. The foundation of the monastery was based on the discipline of subduing, so the monastery was pure and good. The teachings on conduct, such as the Bodhisattvacaryāvatāra, flourished, thus being included in the path of the Mahayana. Both mantra and philosophy flourished, and in particular, the root of the teachings of Sutra, Illusion, and Mind remained. Phagmo Drupa also saw infinite pure visions and heard many teachings. His disciple Jamyang Bum, the venerable, was a disciple of the master Jalandhari, conduct...
