After hearing this, someone said that they would provide service to Tshalpa. Lama Lha khang pa completely pacified his jealousy and sent about twenty loads of grain and butter and other food, saying, "You have invited a good lama, and I should assist in establishing the Dharma wheel, but I do not have the ability to do so." The idle talk of those ignorant people was thus interrupted. He said, "I myself have also developed a new respect for the old lama." When the time for activity arrived, countless disciples gathered. He did great deeds for the benefit of beings. He was very respectful to the lama, serving him with the three kinds of joy, and when leaving the lama's presence, he never walked without placing his head on the lama's feet. He made countless offerings of Dharma and material goods, starting with the elaborate, medium, and concise golden rituals, and leading with seventeen elaborate ritual ceremonies. Because blessings entered, he realized his intention as it was. Realization and liberation occurred simultaneously, and he was able to walk unhindered on all land, stones, mountains, and rocks, and was surrounded by non-humans. There are many stories about him possessing clairvoyance. When he was residing at Dalung Monastery in Zaphu, his body merged into a rock, and he walked unhindered on the walls of Srinpo Ri, and so on, possessing many miracles. He traveled to all regions and places in this snowy land, placing many beings on the path to liberation. In the work of propagating the Dharma, he built supports for body, speech, and mind, repaired what was broken, and provided resources for others to build, and so on, he knew how to practice the meaning of the six perfections. He served all the translators and panditas who came from India. He lifted from the feet of the great spiritual friends who held the Tripitaka. He never focused his mind on worldly affairs, but only practiced meditation. He became the benefactor of all poor and destitute sentient beings, thus especially awakening the Mahayana lineage. Therefore, he gathered all people of different languages from India, China, Nepal, and other places. He served the Vajra Throne of Magadha three times. He served the two Jowo Shakyamuni statues, the only ornaments of Jambudvipa, four times. He did four repairs of the Jowo statues. Later, there were countless virtuous spiritual friends who were able to carry on the activity. Pages 401 to 530. Therefore, he became an undisputed great person in this snowy land.

was a virtuous person. With such perfect deeds, he benefited others directly and indirectly. He built the Jokhang Temple in Lhasa, and at the completion ceremony, some of the retinue with bad karma fought and drank alcohol, which made him sad. At the age of fifty-six, in the Earth Female Sheep year (uncertain), he passed away at Sangpu Monastery's Jarawa Galok Temple. His body was placed in a stupa and stayed at Zang-uk Monastery for four months. After that, the king, officials, and disciples thought that a temple should be built on the throne, and when the body was invited to Getang Kya Temple, the earth shook violently, and lotus trees grew from the water offerings, among other miraculous signs. The next day, when the body was cremated, sounds, lights, rainbows, stupa letters, and countless other auspicious signs appeared. That temple is now only a ruin. Although Shikpo had many disciples, the heart sons were: Tatön Jöye, Maha Lhunpo, Khenpo Jönam, Wüba Jösö, Sangtön Hor Drak, and Nyertön Lama. The most important of these was Tatön Jöye, whose father was named Tatön Jöbum, the lord of Yoru Tö, who had many retinues and lands. He became weary of samsara and fled with four servants. He came before Gyawa Chuworiwa, the heart son of Lhaje Lanni Nyatsawa. The five masters and servants entered the Dharma at the same time. He was proficient in the common teachings of the Nyingma school, especially the Dzogchen tradition, treatises, and instructions. He studied Lamdré and Mahamudra in front of Phagmo Drupa. From Lama Tsar Tön of Wü Tö, he learned the Doha of the Mahamudra Gang tradition. From Zangri Drore, he learned the teachings of Rechungpa. From Nangtön Gönpo, he learned Vajrakilaya and other teachings. In short, he listened to non-sectarian teachings from many lamas. Gyawa Chuworiwa and Phagmo Drupa were considered the root gurus. He practiced at Chuwori, gathering many disciples. Tatön Jöye was his son, born in the Water Female Sheep year. Four years later, his younger brother Jösö was born. Jösö came to Shikpo's side from a young age and was loved by him. Before the age of twelve, Jöye studied Chakrasamvara and Vajrakilaya Amrita Drop teachings from Lama Martön. He performed a long retreat for two years. Together with his father
