Making a pattering sound from the hole, Orche seemed to be a keeper of vows. He said that the instructions would be beneficial. There, he gave a practice method of Red Yamari (gShin rje dmar po) to a mantra practitioner named Lochung, and as a result, he harvested eight khals of beans. By protecting it in milk and curds for about a day, he found enough provisions for practice. There, in order to request the blessing of the Vajra Bridge, without gathering the accumulation of offerings, the master said to give the blessing now, and that obstacles would come later. In Gangbar, he went to ask a friend for the price of a ewe that had been entrusted earlier, and received a skirt of Machig. He separated and sold its parts. Relying on the residue of chang and five 'bre' of torma, he said to use it for the cost of lamps during the day, and then fully bestowed the four empowerments of the path of liberation, giving all the instructions. Afterwards, he also requested the blessing about four times, and sent offerings of barley and gold, etc., five times. After a while, he said that all appearances are of the nature of falsehood, and with his hand he struck a water stone, and it sank up to his elbow. Again, he leaned his body backwards, sliding on the rock like mud, leaving a trace. From the upper part of the small cave, he cut down many fir pillars with an axe, saying that it was the wood for the cave of Jomo's temple. From such a master, he obtained all the Vajra Bridge teachings, and also obtained Jo bo rje's (Atisha's) Lamrim guidance on the Perfection of Wisdom, etc. Similarly, from Yumo he obtained the Six Yogas, from Khampa Lungpa he obtained the Eight Cemetery Practices, from the disciple of Neu Zurpa he obtained the Three Contemplation Classes, from Shodbu Lotsawa he obtained the Small Commentary, from Geshe Drolgom he requested the Six Dharmas of Naropa, and in turn explained the Vajra Bridge. He requested the Lamp Illumination and Backrest from Nyundang, the Three Nectar Drops from Dzabor, the Three Sections of Yoga Tantra from Lungchung in the hermitage, the Doha Instructions from Lungdam Chenpo, the Chöd practice from Labdrön, the Seven Sections from Gyalwa Soton, the Fifteen Kriya Yoga Dharmas of Bariwa from Nupshang Chen, and various instructions from Dingri Kungga, etc., obtaining very many. From Dagpo Lhaje (Gampopa) he requested the Six Dharmas and the Union Practice, and he was very pleased by comparing the experiences of realization. He practiced in the monastic college of Chennga Naljor, and was therefore known as an ascetic. His friends were also acharyas with tiger skin shawls.

And, together with Lama Ugyenpa, Lama Thukapa, Lama Drekjor, Shangdro Nyönpa, and other yogic masters of Dechen. He stayed naked in Tsang for five years. Furthermore, because he greatly trampled on appearances, he slept in cold snowdrifts in winter, in the middle of rivers in summer, and jumped into uncertain deep ravines, banged his head, struck his body with weapons, etc. It was impossible not to do intense ascetic practices, so he was known as the warrior Dzeng Chung. He bestowed the Great Seal upon Somang Tsen, transforming illusory appearances into wisdom. He bestowed the Four Syllables and Dzogchen upon the nun of the small hermitage, and upon Dünmo Gyale Cham, transforming them into great liberation, and ultimately their bodies vanished without remainder. Similarly, by teaching the Vajra Bridge to a faithful patron and a determined Khampa, the lake of Jomo Nakazermo, and the sky and the death method of the dakinis at Khampa Kongpo Tsorong, their bodies vanished without remainder. By merely bestowing instructions upon Repa Gomtak, Shoré, Gyaré, Lungré, etc., bliss and warmth blazed. Similarly, many attained realization and liberation simply by teaching the nature of reality. Dzeng Dharma Bodhi himself said: About four translators came to me. Many monks, great practitioners, yogis, yoginis, and self-righteous people came. Very few practiced properly. In Dakpo, there were about eleven fishermen who practiced diligently. First, they were certain at the time of death, they had no instructions at the time of death, and rainbows appeared on their corpses. He said that if one practices my instructions like a Nepalese person doing Nepalese business, or like parents raising an orphan, for five or six years, the body will vanish without remainder, and there will certainly be no human body left behind. Because he freely possessed oceanic magical displays, sometimes his body dissolved into rainbow light, and sometimes he walked without his feet touching the ground. Because appearance and mind were blended into one, he traveled to distant places in an instant. Because he effortlessly possessed clairvoyance such as knowing the minds of others, he could predict all future events. With his pure divine eye, he saw that the son of Jomo Sönam Dorje Kyi was falling from the roof in the middle of the night while sleeping, and was about to fall to the ground below. Because there was no day or night in his perception, he could easily see a needle that had fallen into the chaff at night.
