This does not contradict what has been said, and it is in accordance with the general intent of the teachings. As it is said in the Prajñāpāramitā, "The Wisdom of the Buddha is the Great Vehicle." What objection is there to this? Therefore, the view of non-elaboration must also perfect all the stages of the path within wisdom itself. And the path of no-more-learning is the fruit, because it is placed at the summit of the path. To this, it should be said: Our holy guru, who has crossed to the other shore of the ocean of tenets established by self and others, the all-knowing speech master of glorious Samye (built in 767 or 779 AD), the number of vehicles is not absolutely fixed, because there are countless classifications and summaries, which were made by the Vajradharas of the past and the learned masters who attained great accomplishment. Those who are narrow-minded and short-sighted in wisdom, clinging to one view, are alarmed by the number of vehicles and the countless classifications of tenets, saying that they are untrue, just as cattle and buffaloes think that because we animals have horns, humans and gods must also have horns. Therefore, the ways of the vehicles are that the classifications of names, words, and meanings are infinite, and the ways of traversing the path, the grounds, and the ways of establishing samādhi are immeasurable, because the all-knowing one knows and speaks of everything. From the paths that can be traversed and the paths that cannot be traversed, those with effort and those without effort, those liberated in one lifetime and those liberated in a kalpa, and so on, until the Dharma that accords with the thought of whatever form of accomplishment one likes and believes in is taught. Therefore, one should abandon those who are alarmed and frightened by the ocean of Dharma principles and develop wrong views, and enter by seeking the truth, which is the sacred instruction. Thus it is. Just by this, the inverted slanders will not be pacified. Furthermore, Ngok (འགོས) listed the Secret Essence Tantra as having four faults, and only used "not famous in India" as evidence, while Palzin (དཔལ་འཛིན) put forward arguments based on errors in the meaning of words, which are mostly like children imitating old men speculating on the three vows separately. The meaning of the distinctions is only a partial examination of the Nyingma school, so the answer to this has been said above.

It is exactly so. Most of the errors in words and meanings occur only in the mouths of new scholars. If it is indeed reasonable in meaning, then the people of the snowy land should rise up from the Buddha's teachings. Also, regarding Chag, the royal palace of Zhiba Ö, and what is said to be made by Lha Lama, and the case of taking Ngok's 'Gzema' as a sheep's head, if someone says, 'This made by so-and-so is tainted with false Dharma,' but there is no evidence to prove that the Dharma has errors in words and meanings, and they only declare it with power and crazy arrogance, it is completely nonsense. Like this, if someone follows after what dogs and others have eaten, and then falsely accuses that there are errors and mistakes here, and thinks that they have also joined the ranks of the wise, and say such words, this has also happened. To these people, I will say this: Just as the teacher, the Sugata, said, the scriptures are excellent in meaning, excellent in words, not mixed, and completely perfect, even the tenth-ground Bodhisattvas cannot collect them all, let alone other scholars, accomplished ones, and monks? Therefore, in the commentary on the Guhyasamaja Tantra, Padmasambhava said: 'Most teachers say this: The glorious Guhyasamaja, is the collector of the tantras made by the brave Lokanatha. By the grace of the guru's feet, the collector of the glorious Guhyasamaja, others do not exist, only I alone declare. The author of the tantra is Thugs Rdo rje.' Because the Buddha himself thinks that it is collected by him. The tantras spoken by the Buddha in Akanishta, it is impossible for them to appear in Tibet itself, and if they really appear, those who are known as experts in the content of the scriptures and tantras will also study them. But we have an unimaginable understanding that is different from this, because publicly proclaiming it may lead to serious faults, so here we take the middle way. These early translated tantras were all jointly reviewed by the great translators and panditas, underwent arduous practice in India, taken from the abodes of accomplished ones and the secret treasures of dakinis, and compiled after being measured by the scale of the three examinations. If you insist that these were made in Tibet, we will be even more happy.
