The ground that is spoken of is also in the tantra of this very Heart Essence: "From the heart connected to the eye, the self-born great secret channel, possessing a crystal tube." This is very much in accordance with the meaning, and the word "self-born" indicates that there is a light channel not produced by causes and conditions, and based on this interdependence, the empty thigle lamp, like the plumage of a peacock, etc., the manner in which the four kinds of lamps appear is self-arisen. These are the four lamps: the empty thigle lamp, the awareness-dhātu lamp, the self-arisen wisdom lamp, and the distant-reaching water lamp. They reside in all sentient beings. So it is said. Even in the small support of the distant-reaching, mountains and houses and other large things appear, which arise from the subtle parts of the wind. Ultimately, from the four elements, along with the wind, the parts of the wisdom wind ripen into the four lamps. Relying on the nature of these, the power of the four appearances is perfected, and having sent it to the place of exhaustion, in the manner of blocking and binding, in the Precious Treasury of Words and Meanings, it says: "The first appearance of Tögal must arise first. Do not cling during meditation. Later it must be exhausted, because awareness combined with wind must seize its own ground. The parts of the wind must be purified. From the increase of the parts of awareness, it must again be exhausted into the inner space." This meaning is difficult to realize, and I myself realized it after a long time through the kindness of the lama. So it is said. Here, these special appearances of the clear light of the Great Perfection of Self-Nature, in many great tantra sections such as the Mañjuśrīmāyājāla, are also taught with hidden words, but some with blind arrogance, imagining something not established in the nature of awareness, thinking that it is a dharma produced by the all-producing, are deluded. Just as the nature of the moon inherently possesses the characteristic of waxing and waning, the nature of awareness also inherently possesses the characteristic of the three kāyas. Once it is established in this way, when the qualities of the sambhogakāya are perfected in the appearance of the path, it is also exemplified by the full moon until the appearance reaches its limit. The moon of emptiness setting in space is an analogy for the dharmatā being exhausted to the ultimate end, and the dharmakāya remaining in its own place. The second has four:

Instructions on the three key points. Viewing the clear light through the three key points. Bestowing empowerment of the power of awareness and introducing it on the level of awareness. Concluding with reliance on the limit. The first also has three subdivisions, the first, if the key point of the dependent body is not subdued, then the key point of the channels cannot be subdued. If the key point of the channels is not subdued, then the two, wind and awareness, cannot be subdued as key points. If that is not subdued, the clear light will not be manifest, therefore the key point of the body is extremely precious, as it says in the Pearl Rosary: The key point of the body is threefold: Like the posture of a lion and an elephant, and like a hermit, one should abide. Thus, among the three postures shown, the sitting posture of the Dharmakaya, like a lion, is: By assuming a majestic posture, with the soles of the two feet placed together in front, the moving wind is suppressed. By straightening the body, the wind flows comfortably. By bending the head slightly towards the neck, conceptual thoughts are greatly stopped. With the two fingers bent inwards, By placing them in the center where the two soles of the feet meet, changes are balanced. The Omniscient One thinks that some people put their soles on the ground and sit in a squatting position, placing the palms of their hands on the ground on both the right and left sides. But it seems that the meaning is not fully understood. This needs to be examined. The sitting posture of the Sambhogakaya, like a reclining elephant, is: By joining the knees and chest, comfort, warmth, and essence are increased. By placing the two elbows on the ground, the male and female winds are balanced into a neutral state. By supporting the Adam's apple with the palms, the coarse wind is stopped. By pushing the toes of the feet outwards and contracting them, dullness and excitement are balanced. The sitting posture of the Nirmanakaya, like a hermit, is: By sitting in a squatting position, the channels and winds are balanced. By placing the soles of the feet on the ground, the power of water is suppressed. By straightening the spine, wind and mind flow in accordance with the nature of reality. By joining the knees and chest, the fire wind blazes into wisdom. By slightly contracting the anus and bringing it close to the spine, thoughts are cut off. If the hands are crossed like eyes and covered on the knees, hot diseases are cured. If the armpits are touched, cold diseases are cured. By placing the two elbows on the knees and bending the fingers, lifting the perineum balances heat and cold. Thus, all the sitting postures None should be too constrained or bent, but should be relaxed and at ease, which is an important key point for preventing obstacles. Other than this, enlightenment and the unchanging vajra cannot be realized.
