礼敬！礼敬于现证菩提之身！三世诸佛所成办，二资圆满功德至究竟，礼敬于身与智慧之聚。如是念诵，心中忆念其名义，以此能清净身体的罪障，弥补身之誓言的亏损。第二，观修金刚萨埵：阿！自身如常，于头顶上，白莲月轮之座中，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）中生出上师金刚萨埵，白色明亮圆满报身，手持金刚铃，拥抱明妃，祈请您救护，清净罪业，以猛烈的后悔心忏悔，以后即使丧命也不再犯。您心间满月之上，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，周围咒语围绕，念诵咒语，激励自相续，从父佛母乐空交融之际，降下甘露菩提心之云，如樟脑粉般滴落，祈请您清净我与三界有情之业及烦恼痛苦之因，病魔罪障过患堕罪垢染，无余清净。嗡 班匝萨埵萨玛雅等，百字明一次念诵一百零八遍，清净语之障碍，弥补语之誓言的亏损。之后，对金刚萨埵，以虔诚恭敬之心，悲伤落泪，以此鲁札的哀鸣忏悔： ஹோ！大悲世尊金刚萨埵，无垢海螺色，极其妙好之身，清净光明，照耀如百万日月，勇士光芒，照亮千世界，被称为三有之地基导师，三界众生唯一的亲友，慈怙主，祈请您垂念！我从无始以来，迷失正道，流浪于轮回之处，往昔因行邪道造罪业而犯错，对所造罪业深感后悔，一时因猛烈业力所迫，沉溺于轮回痛苦之海，嗔恨之火焚烧自相续，愚痴黑暗遮蔽智慧，意识沉溺于贪欲之海边，傲慢高山压迫堕入恶趣，嫉妒狂风吹袭沉溺于轮回，以我执之结紧紧束缚，堕入如火坑般的欲望深渊，痛苦！

Homage! Homage to the body of manifest enlightenment! Accomplished by all Buddhas of the three times, Perfecting the qualities of the two accumulations, Homage to the assembly of body and wisdom. Reciting thus, contemplate the meaning of the name in your mind, By this, purify the sins and obscurations of the body, Fulfill the broken vows of the body. Secondly, meditate on Vajrasattva: Ah! Oneself as ordinary, on the crown of the head, In the center of a white lotus moon seat, From Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) arises the Guru Vajrasattva, White and radiant, the body of perfect enjoyment, Holding vajra and bell, embracing the consort, I beseech you for refuge, purify sins, Confess with intense remorse, Henceforth, even at the cost of life, I will refrain. Above the full moon in your heart, The syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), surrounded by mantras, Reciting the mantra, stimulating the lineage, From the union of bliss and emptiness of the father and mother, A cloud of nectar bodhicitta descends, Dripping like camphor powder, May you purify the karma, afflictions, and suffering of myself and all sentient beings of the three realms, Diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, faults, downfalls, and stains, Without exception. Oṃ Vajrasattva Samaya, etc., Reciting the hundred-syllable mantra one hundred and eight times, Purifies the obscurations of speech, Fulfills the broken vows of speech. Afterwards, to Vajrasattva, With devotion and longing, shedding tears, Confess with this lament of Rudra: Ho! Great compassionate Lord Vajrasattva, Immaculate conch-colored, supremely beautiful form, Pure and radiant, shining like a million suns and moons, Heroic rays of light, illuminating a thousand worlds, Known as the teacher who is the foundation of the three realms, The sole friend of all beings in the three realms, Loving protector, compassionate deity, please consider me! From beginningless time, I have lost the right path, Wandering in the realm of existence, In the past, I erred by taking the wrong path and committing sins, I regret and repent for whatever sinful deeds I have committed, For a moment, overpowered by the force of intense karma, I was submerged in the ocean of suffering in samsara, The fire of hatred burned my own being, The darkness of ignorance blinded my wisdom, Consciousness drowned by the shore of the ocean of desire, The mountain of intense pride pressed me into the lower realms, The whirlwind of jealousy swept me into samsara, Bound tightly by the knot of self-grasping, I fell into the abyss of desire like a pit of fire, Suffering!

祈祷者说：如果意义的来源已经超越了痛苦，业力的强大力量和烦恼的巨大力量，导致我取了血肉之躯并在轮回中漂泊，陷入难以忍受的痛苦的存在的监狱。 如此难以忍受的剧烈痛苦，所有罪行都源于我自己的业力。 大慈悲者，请切断业力的延续，请遣退烦恼和业力的狂风。 无明的错误业力如此强大，以至于我永远迷失在无知的黑暗中，难道智慧之灯的光芒不会照耀吗？ 罪行的业果如此难以忍受，难道大慈悲者不会施展事业吗？ 我已坠入颠倒的悬崖，难道您的大慈悲不会迅速伸出援手抓住我吗？ 我因难以忍受的三毒之病而受苦，难道您不会用巧妙的大慈悲之药来医治我吗？ 业力的果报，痛苦之火在燃烧，难道您不会降下大慈悲的清凉雨水吗？ 我已沉入痛苦轮回的泥潭，难道您不会用巧妙的大慈悲之钩来拉我上来吗？ 在三界轮回的处境中努力之后，当何时我才能获得自己的果实？ 圣者的大慈悲，我还能期望什么呢？ 如果我任由自己的业力摆布，那么我还能向谁祈求大慈悲呢？ 勇士啊，您拥有大慈悲的力量，如果过去世的业力仍然强大，请不要漠不关心、懈怠，请从内心深处关注我，慈悲的胜者之神！ 如此说道，菩萨承诺赐予庇护，在与我合为一体的状态中，平等安住并净化障碍的要点。 这能完全净化罪业，甚至能从根源上摧毁无间罪。 萨玛雅。 第三，观之空性忏悔禅修：啊！ 轮回与涅槃的作者，菩提心（藏文：བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས，梵文天城体：बोधचित्त，梵文罗马拟音：bodhicitta，汉语字面意思：菩提心）。 无基无根的大圆满之义，对于不可言说、超越思维的伟大者，没有违犯和忏悔的堪布。 本来守护的唯一明点，完全解脱取舍的广大，自生任运的法身。 如此证悟即是忏悔之王。 如此说道，心专注于法界。 嗡啊吽啥萨玛。 从空性中念诵六字真言，所有罪业都是世俗的，像擦拭镜子上的污垢一样。 净化意障，圆满誓言。 萨玛雅。 第四，深层忏悔总忏悔： ஹோ！ 请垂听导师金刚持！

The supplicant says: If the source of meaning has already passed beyond suffering, the powerful force of karma and the great strength of afflictions, causing me to take a body of flesh and blood and wander in samsara, trapped in the prison of existence with unbearable suffering. Such unbearable, intense suffering, all misdeeds arise from my own karma. Great Compassionate One, please cut the continuum of karma, please turn back the winds of affliction and karma. The mistaken karma of ignorance is so powerful that I am forever lost in the darkness of unknowing, won't the rays of the lamp of wisdom shine forth? The ripening of misdeeds is so unbearable, won't the Great Compassionate One perform activities? I have fallen into the precipice of perversion, won't your compassion quickly reach out and grab me? I am tormented by the unbearable disease of the three poisons, won't you heal me with the skillful medicine of compassion? The ripening of karma, the fire of suffering is blazing, won't you send down a continuous rain of cool compassion? I have sunk into the mud of suffering samsara, won't you draw me out with the skillful hook of compassion? Having toiled in the realms of the three realms of samsara, when will I obtain my own fruit? Great compassion of the Noble One, what else can I hope for? If I leave myself to be controlled by my own karma, to whom can I turn for great compassion? Hero, you possess the power of great compassion, if the karma of past connections is still strong, please do not be indifferent or lazy, but look upon me from the depths of your heart, compassionate Lord of the Victors! Thus speaking, the bodhisattva promises to grant refuge, in a state of being mixed as one with me, the key point of equally abiding and purifying obscurations. This completely purifies misdeeds, and even uproots the root of the five heinous crimes. Samaya. Third, the view of emptiness, confession, meditation: Ah! The creator of samsara and nirvana, Bodhicitta (藏文：བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས，梵文天城体：बोधचित्त，梵文罗马拟音：bodhicitta，汉语字面意思：菩提心). The meaning of the Great Perfection, without basis or root, for the Great One who is inexpressible and beyond mind, there is no violator or confessor. The single thigle originally protected, the great expanse of completely liberating acceptance and rejection, the Dharmakaya that is self-arisen and spontaneously present. Realizing it in this way is the king of confession. Thus speaking, the mind is focused on the dharmadhatu. Om Ah Hum Sha Sa Ma. Reciting the six-syllable mantra from within emptiness, all sins are illusory, like wiping away dirt from a mirror. Purify the obscurations of the mind and fulfill the samaya. Samaya. Fourth, the profound confession, general confession: Ho! Listen, Teacher Vajradhara!
