我不会感觉到痛苦的流动。知道所有秘密的温暖体验都如幻觉一般，不依赖于努力、成就、原因和条件，而是通过认识到一切法皆从法界中成佛，体验会清晰地显现为智慧。外在的征象有光、声音、气味、微笑的影像、自燃的灯、在空中跳跃的班杂、身体的舒适和喜悦的涌现等等。 内在的征象有比以前更大的慈悲、更小的执着、远离偏见、重视誓言、对上师和道友的关爱、不期待好的结果、不怀疑轮回、不害怕魔鬼等等，这些都会大量涌现，但对这些也不应有喜悦或沮丧。同样，由于掌握了顶端，内在的五种烦恼不会在外境中产生，外在五大的危害也不会影响身体等等，这些是心和显现混合的征象。由于能够将忍耐和显现转化为行动，从沙中取金，从旱地取水，从煤炭中培育树木等等，这些是获得对显现和心的控制的征象会显现。即使身体没有改变，但心已经成熟为天神的形象，因此被称为成熟的种姓持有者。正如《幻化网续》所说：“如镜子和镜面，获得手印而不触及，形体圆满且有力量者，即是彼。”镜子是身体，镜面是心，是获得手印的意义。 如果此人在未获得殊胜成就之前去世，那么在中阴（bardo）中会获得大手印，就像雕刻的碗和擦擦（tsatsa）一样。因为已经舍弃了成熟的身体，并且心已经成熟为天神的形象。正如《次第》所说：“十六个月的修持，如果未转变为金刚身，由于力量小、因缘和愿力薄弱，会留下产生分别念的剩余身体，意识会前往金刚持的处所。”因此，通过强大的禅定力量获得殊胜成就后，可以直接控制寿命。正如续部所说：“获得控制寿命的持明者，六个月、十二个月、十六个月，获得自在种姓的殊胜者。” 第二，在趋近的支分中，展示见道。正如续部所说：“圆满供养轮，按照趋近的仪轨进行。”

I will not feel the flow of suffering. Knowing that all secret experiences of warmth are like illusions, not depending on effort, accomplishment, causes, and conditions, but by realizing that all dharmas are enlightened from the dharmadhatu, the experience will clearly appear as wisdom. Outer signs include light, sound, smell, smiling images, self-igniting lamps, bhantas jumping in the sky, bodily comfort, and the emergence of joy, and so on. Inner signs include greater compassion than before, less attachment, being free from bias, valuing vows, caring for the guru and fellow practitioners, not expecting good results, not doubting samsara, not fearing demons, and so on, which will arise in abundance, but one should not have joy or depression about these either. Similarly, because of mastering the peak, the five inner afflictions will not arise in external objects, and the harm of the five outer elements will not affect the body, etc., these are signs of the mixing of mind and appearance. Because of being able to transform patience and appearance into action, taking gold from sand, taking water from dry land, cultivating trees from coal, etc., these are signs of gaining control over appearance and mind will manifest. Even if the body has not changed, the mind has matured into the form of a deity, therefore it is called the holder of the ripened lineage. As the Mayajala Tantra says: "Like a mirror and a mirror surface, obtaining the mudra without touching, the one with complete form and power, that is it." The mirror is the body, the mirror surface is the mind, which is the meaning of obtaining the mudra. If this person dies before attaining the supreme accomplishment, then in the bardo, the Mahamudra will be attained, like a carved bowl and a tsatsa. Because the ripened body has been abandoned and the mind has matured into the form of a deity. As the Krama says: "Sixteen months of practice, if not transformed into a vajra body, because of small power, weak causes and aspirations, the remaining body that produces conceptual thoughts will be left, and consciousness will go to the place of Vajradhara." Therefore, after obtaining the supreme accomplishment through powerful meditative strength, one can directly control life. As the tantra says: "Obtaining the vidyadhara who controls life, six months, twelve months, sixteen months, obtaining the supreme one of the sovereign lineage." Second, in the limb of approaching, showing the path of seeing. As the tantra says: "Completing the mandala offering, proceeding according to the ritual of approaching."

因此，从大秘密的唯一传承到手印的开展，无论如何修习，都要将明晰、稳固、法性、大乐的意义融入其中，这样修持就能显现菩提七支的功德。心生见道，就能获得五神通和四神变等。 可以直接从化身那里听法，并且因为证悟了事物自身的体性，所以能圆满最殊胜的佛法。将不清净的身体转化为金刚身，因为没有生死的缘故，所以称为掌握寿命的种姓。如仪轨中所说：“通达义见究竟时，修持八聚之成就，身界生处诸垢灭，转成金刚寿命族，于见之法而涅槃，不舍此身证佛地，远离诸怖圆神变。”如果按照相似的方式去做，就像莲花生大师在马拉提卡洞（Maratika Cave）与曼达拉瓦一起进行修持，依靠近取行而获得无生死一样。第三，在修持的支分中，展示了圆满修道的道路。经中说：“修持精进于修道，本尊身彩大手印。”意思是说，自性的不谬之等持的本体，虽然与诸佛相同，但在后得位有差别，应勤修法性平等。在身坛城的所依上，从不动的禅定中，成就各种神变。因此，身坛城的自性显现为彩虹一般。清净九地之心垢，以无相的智慧光明身，圆满了八正道的法，因此也成就了在圆满报身上听闻意义和符号的法。经中说：“自身即是胜者手印，串习显现之本尊，具足相好庄严饰，大手印之种姓。”这里面，从第二地到第五地之间，称为金刚种姓，因为以金刚般的证悟摧毁自地的障碍。第六地主要修持般若波罗蜜多，因为转法轮，所以称为法轮种姓。

Therefore, from the single lineage of great secret to the unfolding of mudras, no matter how one practices, one must integrate the meanings of clarity, stability, dharmata, and great bliss into the practice, so that the qualities of the seven branches of enlightenment will be manifested. When the mind arises in the path of seeing, one will obtain the five superknowledges and the four miracles, etc. One can directly listen to the Dharma from the emanation body, and because one realizes the self-nature of things, one can perfect the most supreme Dharma. Transforming the impure body into a vajra body, because there is no birth or death, it is called the lineage that controls life. As it is said in the ritual: "When the meaning of seeing is completely understood, the accomplishment of practicing the eight aggregates, the impurities of the body, realm, and place of birth are destroyed, transformed into a vajra life lineage, nirvana in the Dharma of seeing, without abandoning this body, attaining the Buddha land, free from all fears, complete with miracles." If one does it in a similar way, it is like Padmasambhava in the Maratika Cave with Mandarava, relying on the practice of close attainment to achieve no birth and death. Third, in the branch of practice, the path of complete practice is shown. The sutra says: "Practice diligently on the path of meditation, the deity's body is a rainbow, the great mudra." It means that the essence of the unwavering samadhi of self-nature, although the same as the Buddhas, has differences in the post-attainment, and one should diligently practice the equality of dharmata. On the basis of the body mandala, from the immovable samadhi, various miracles are accomplished. Therefore, the self-nature of the body mandala appears like a rainbow. Purifying the defilements of the nine grounds of the mind, with the form of the non-conceptual wisdom light, perfecting the Dharma of the eightfold noble path, therefore, one also achieves listening to the Dharma of meaning and symbols in the complete enjoyment body. The sutra says: "One's own body is the mudra of the victor, the deity manifested by habituation, possessing marks and examples, ornaments, the lineage of the great mudra." Among them, from the second to the fifth bhumi, it is called the vajra lineage, because the obscurations of one's own ground are destroyed by the vajra-like realization. The sixth bhumi mainly practices the Prajnaparamita, and because it turns the wheel of Dharma, it is called the wheel lineage.
