Also, being indestructible, it is as solid as the foundation of the earth. The nature of mind is bright and sharp, like the burning flame. All samsara and nirvana abide in the mind, like Mount Meru. The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment gather in the mind, like a palace. The alaya consciousness is uninterrupted, like a round navel. The corners of the afflicted mind are sharp, like the four sides of a celestial garment. The consciousness of mind unfolds, like a stable. The five sense consciousnesses enter everywhere, like the four gates with bull's eyes. In the causal state, the obscurations to be purified of the three channels, bindus, and winds, here manifest as the mandala of the outer, inner, and other, represented by the three symbols, meanings, and signs, thereby seeing the reality that the wisdom of meaning is not to be sought outside. Secondly, if the assembly of deities, the supports residing in that palace, are also regarded as wrathful and self-natured, similar to samsara, then they are like Rudra and Rakshasas, and are no different from the state of samsara. As it is said in the tantra: If the deity does not depart from the base, it is not the phurba of true meaning. The deity bound by grasping has a base and root. Because it has become fixed, it is not the wisdom of non-action. The phurba of meaning is without a base, it is only a manifestation. It is not grasped as self-nature. Therefore, the pure form that is stable, representing the appearance of the form body from the realm of the dharmakaya through symbols and signs, should be viewed in this way, as it is said in the explanatory tantra: Three heads, six arms, with vajra wings. The three heads are the heads of the three liberations. The central blue color indicates that the dharmakaya is immutable, and the sign of cutting off the root of hatred. The right white color indicates that the dharmakaya is without fault, and that the afflictions are purified within. The left red color indicates the attachment of compassion and skillful means, and the sign of cutting off the root of desire. The nine eyes indicate the destruction of the nine grounds of samsara, and the possession of the nine vehicles. The twelve fangs indicate the cutting off of the root of the twelve ayatanas, and the red color of the flesh-eating and fierce fangs. The three nostrils indicate the spontaneous accomplishment of the three kayas, and the cutting off of the root of the three poisons. The three faces indicate:
