礼匝维。善护网络施与等，贤劫十六勇士及，般若度母具光芒，大孔雀明王及明妃，顶髻黑白拉丽塔，吉祥天女忿怒母，各自眷属财续等，供养所有持明母。献上清净精华之供品，以及六根所喜之九种物，普贤供云作供养。忏悔违犯誓言诸过失，祈愿长寿无病增福德，所愿成办心愿皆满足，赐予成就四业之悉地。行续瑜伽无上部，四续部之诸尊众，经幻心三共同修，饮血嘎巴月密滴，栋垂骏马作乐等，金刚橛等众本尊。八大共聚成就法，乐密喜金刚及阎魔敌，外内他三时轮法，四座佛颅及，佛陀共同瑜伽摩诃瑜伽，猪母与瑜伽母，狮面空行母黑怒母，尸林母与断首母，祈请父续母续诸尊众。献上清净精华之供品，以及六根所喜之九种物，普贤供云作供养。忏悔违犯誓言诸过失，祈愿长寿无病增福德，所愿成办心愿皆满足，赐予成就四业之悉地。从寂静大乐之自性中，为护持佛法而显现，大黑天兄妹及，四臂六臂吉祥黑，男相命主乌鸦面，骑虎宾及持钩刀，骑狮鹫护法九怙主，四面怙主七十尊，金刚善及罗睺罗，夜叉红黑狮面母，各自明妃眷属众。献上清净精华之供品，以及六根所喜之九种物，普贤供云作供养。忏悔违犯誓言诸过失，祈愿长寿无病增福德，所愿成办心愿皆满足，赐予成就四业之悉地。黑怒母独发母，埃嘎札智六姐妹，十四侍女及百万眷，欲界自在兵器母，具面四时之天女及。

The Great Peacock and the Vidyadhari, the white and black Ushnishas, Lalita, the goddess Shri and the Wrathful One. Each with their retinue, the stream of wealth, etc. To all the goddesses of dharanis, I offer pure and excellent offerings, and the nine substances pleasing to the six senses. I offer them as clouds of Samantabhadra. I confess any transgressions, errors, or breaches of vows. May we increase longevity, health, and prosperity. May our wishes be fulfilled and our hopes satisfied. Grant us the siddhi to accomplish the four activities. Kriya, Charya, and Anuttarayoga, the deities of the four tantras, and the joint practice of Sutra, Illusion, and Mind. The blood-drinking Kapala, the secret drop of the moon, Dongtrul, the supreme horse, playing, etc., Vajrakilaya and so on. The eight great assemblies of all-encompassing sadhanas. Bliss Secret, Hevajra, and Yamantaka. Outer, inner, and other Kalachakra. The four seats, Buddha's skull, and Buddha's joint yoga Mahayoga. The Sow and the Yogini. The Lion-faced Dakini, the Black Wrathful One. The Cemetery Mother and the Headless Mother.
