་ལྔ། །ལུང་བསྟན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཨུ་པ་རཱ་ཛ་དང༌། །དྲང་སྲོང་བྷ་ཤི་པྲ་བྷ་ཧསྟི་ལ། །སྨན་མཆོད༴ སརྦ༴ རྒྱལ་དབང་པདྨ་ཀཱ་ར་གཉགས་ལོ་དང༌། །སོག་པོ་ལྷ་དཔལ་གནུབས་ ཆེན་སྲས་སློབ་བརྒྱུད། །ཤེས་རབ་མཆོག་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་འབྱུང་གནས་ལ། །སྨན་མཆོད༴ སརྦ༴ གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཟུར་ཆེན་ཟུར་ཆུང་ཀ་ཆེན་བཞི། །གསང་བདག་སྒྲོ་ཕུག་པཎ་ཆེན་རོང་པའི་ཞབས། །ཤཱཀྱ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཤཱཀ་འབྱུང་རྡོ་རྗེ་འོད། །སྨན་མཆོད༴ སརྦ༴ པུརྞེ་དྷྭ་ཛ་ཆོས་སེང་བུདྡྷཱ་ཤྲཱི། །བསོད་ནམས་མགོན་པོ་སྒྲོལ་ཆེན་དགེ་འདུན་འབུམ། །ཤཱཀྱ་བཤེས་གཉེན་བྲ་བོ་ཆོས་འབུམ་ལ། །སྨན་མཆོད༴ སརྦ༴ རཏྣ་བྷ་དྲ་རྡོ་རྗེ་དཔལ་བཟང་པོ། །དན་འབག་གཞོན་ནུ་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་དྲི་མེད་འོད། །གཏད་རྒྱ་ལུང་རྫོགས་འཇིགས་མེད་གླིང་པ་ལ། །སྨན་མཆོད༴ སརྦ༴ མངོན་རྫོགས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁྲག་འཐུང་ཡབ་ཡུམ་བཅུ། །གཽ་རཱི་ཕྲ་མེན་གདོང་མོ་དབང་ཕྱུག་སོགས། །ལྔ་བཅུ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་འབར་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ། །སྨན་མཆོད༴ སརྦ༴ མདོར་ན་རབ་འབྱམས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་སྡེ། །གནས་ཡུལ་ཌཱཀྐི་དམ་ཅན་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་དང༌། །ཞིང་སྐྱོང་གཞིས་བདག་དཀར་ཕྱོགས་སྐྱོང་བའི་ཚོགས། །དུས་གསུམ་ཕ་མ་འགྲོ་བ་རིགས་དྲུག་ལ། །སྨན་མཆོད་འབུལ་ལོ་མཐུ་དབང་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་མ་ཧཱ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི། ཞེས་གུ་ཧྱ་ལག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་གཏོར་བས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཟེགས་ མ་མཁའ་ལ་སྤྲིན་བཞིན་དུ་ཆགས་པ་ལས་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆར་ཆེན་པོ་བབས་ཏེ་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཉེས་ཤིང་ཚིམས་པར་བསམས་པ་མཐར་དངོས་གྲུབ་བླང་བ་ནི་རང་གི་ལྕེ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཡིག་དང༌། སྨན་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གསུམ་བསྒོམས་ཏེ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྕེ་ཡི་དམ་ཚིག་ལ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཅན་གྱི་འབྲུ་གསུམ་སྒོམ། །བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ་དང་སྦྱར་བའི་སྨན། །མྱངས་ན་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར། །ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཀཱ་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་ཨོཾ། ཝཀྐ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱཿཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ། ཞེས་རིམ་པར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་བླངས་ནས་ལྕེ་ལ་བཞག་པས་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་བསམ་མོ། །དྲུག་པ་གཏོར་མའི་མཆོད་པ་ནི། ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ། བླ་མེད་མཆོག་གི་མཆོད་པ་དམ་པ་འདི། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ཡི་འོད་ཟེར་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲོ། །འདོད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྔ་ཡིས་རབ་བརྒྱན་ཏེ། །དམ་ཚིག་བཞིན་ལས་ཅི་བདེར་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་མ་ཧཱ་བཛྲ། ཨི་དཾ། དྷཱུ་པེ། པུཥྤེ། དཱི་པཾ། གནྡྷེ། བ་ལིཾ་ཏ། པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཧོཿ ཤྲཱི་མཱ་ན་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་

五、授记金刚邬波拉杂，正士巴希扎巴哈斯德拉，药供……萨瓦…… 嘉瓦贝玛嘎拉聂罗，索波拉贝努钦之子学统，谢饶秋和益西炯内，药供……萨瓦…… 成就者祖钦、祖琼、嘎钦四位，秘密主卓普、班钦荣巴之足，释迦炯内、释迦炯多吉沃，药供……萨瓦…… 布涅达瓦匝、确森、布达西日，索南贡布、卓钦格敦崩，释迦协年扎沃确崩拉，药供……萨瓦…… 仁那巴扎、多吉华桑波，丹巴炯努、衮钦哲麦沃，达嘉隆佐吉麦林巴拉，药供……萨瓦…… 圆满正觉血饮父尊母尊十位，郭日扎门、东摩旺秋等，五十八位光芒之坛城，药供……萨瓦…… 简言之，浩瀚坛城海众，处所空行母、誓言者、护法，以及土地神、地主、白方护持众，三时父母六道众生，奉献药供，祈赐威力、权能、成就。萨瓦 达塔嘎达 玛哈 班杂 阿弥日达 卡让 卡嘿。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 如是，以秘密手印抛掷，观想智慧甘露如云般聚集于空中，降下甘露大雨，令诸天众皆欢喜满足，最终获得成就。于自身舌上观想吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），于药物之上观想嗡啊吽三字（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओम्，आः，हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽），念诵：嗡啊吽，金刚舌之誓言，观想金刚之三字，与五甘露和合之药，若能尝之，则得成就。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 嘎雅 悉地 嗡，瓦嘎 悉地 阿，则达 悉地 吽。如是依次念诵并取用，置于舌上，观想获得身语意之成就。第六，朵玛之供养：嗡吽，无上殊胜之供养，此殊胜供品，五智之光芒遍照，以五欲妙欲严饰，如誓言般，随心所欲享用。匝 吽 班 霍，希日 嘿热嘎 玛哈 班杂，伊当，度贝，布贝，德邦，根德，巴林达，扎德叉 霍，希日 玛那 卡 卡 卡 嘿 卡

Five. To the prophesied Dorje Upāraja, to the ascetic Bhashi Prabha Hasti, medicine offering... Sarva... Gyalwang Pema Kara Nyaklo, Sogpo Lhapa, the descendants of Nubchen's son, to Sherab Chok and Yeshe Jungne, medicine offering... Sarva... The four great accomplished Zurchen, Zurchung, and Kachen, the secret lord Drophuk, the feet of Panchen Rongpa, Shakya Jungne, Shakya Jung Dorje Ö, medicine offering... Sarva... Purne Dhvaja, Chösing, Buddha Shrī, Sönam Gonpo, Drolchen Gedun Bum, to Shakya Shenyen Drawo Chöbum, medicine offering... Sarva... Ratna Bhadra, Dorje Pal Zangpo, Danbak Zhönnu, Künkhyen Drime Ö, to Dagya Lungdzok Jikme Lingpa, medicine offering... Sarva... Manifestly complete king, the ten wrathful Heruka father and mother, Gaurī Phramen, Dongmo Wangchuk, etc., to the mandala of fifty-eight blazing ones, medicine offering... Sarva... In short, the vast ocean of mandalas, the Dakinis of the place, the oath-bound Dharma protectors, and the field protectors, landowners, the hosts of white-sided protectors, to the parents of the three times, the six classes of beings, I offer medicine, grant power, dominion, and accomplishment. Sarva Tathāgata Mahā Pañca Amrita Kharam Khāhi. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Thus, by tossing with the secret hand mudra, visualize the essence of wisdom nectar gathering in the sky like clouds, and a great rain of nectar falling, pleasing and satisfying all the deities. Finally, to take accomplishment, visualize the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) on your own tongue, and the three syllables Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओम्，आः，हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽) on the medicine. Recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, the samaya of the vajra tongue, meditate on the three syllables of the vajra holder, the medicine combined with the five nectars, if you taste it, you will attain accomplishment. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Kāya Siddhi Oṃ, Vakka Siddhi Āḥ, Citta Siddhi Hūṃ. Recite these in order and take it, placing it on the tongue, and think that you have attained the accomplishment of body, speech, and mind. Sixth, the offering of the torma: Oṃ Hūṃ, this supreme and excellent offering, the light of the five wisdoms radiates everywhere, adorned with the five desirable qualities, according to the samaya, please partake as you wish. Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ, Shrī Heruka Mahā Vajra, Idam, Dhūpe, Puṣpe, Dīpaṃ, Gandhe, Baliṃta, Pratīccha Hoḥ, Shrī Māna Kha Kha Kha Khāhi Khā.
