祈请安住： 吽！为利有情而精进修持，以智慧与慈悲垂念于我，祈请您于无二之义的最胜成就处，清晰且稳固地安住于我身。嗡 噜噜 噜噜 吽 炯 吽 嘎雅 瓦嘎 चित्त底叉 班匝。（藏文：ཨོཾ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀྐ་ཙིཏྟ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ，梵文天城体：ओँ रुलु रुलु हुम् भ्यो हुम् काय वाक्क चित्त तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ kāya vākka citta tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：嗡 噜噜 噜噜 吽 炯 吽 身 语 意 安住 金刚。） 其次是供养，分为顶礼和供养两种。无论进行哪一种，都应观想自己是从坛城主尊化现出的单面双臂黑汝嘎，安住于坛城东门，与一切有情和行为融为一体，并乐于投入到这些行为中。首先是顶礼： 吽！您已彻悟无我、离边的胜义谛，虽于慈爱与悲悯中无有敌友之分，然为调伏顽劣，不逾越时节，我向怖畏黑汝嘎顶礼！ 忿怒母自在常侍于身侧，从连接方便与智慧的坛城中，涌现出空行母们难以忍受的燃烧云团，我向调伏顽劣之母顶礼！ 身如虚空，于任何处皆无阻碍，能随心所欲地变化身形的大幻化母，如慈母般以慈爱的方式助益，我向内外空行母众顶礼！ 阿底布火！ 扎底布火！ 其次是十三种供养，首先是手印供养： 吽！莲花轮，象征解脱。中央的莲花轮，是忿怒尊的手印：右白指示指，左红中蓝面。各自的手印姿势，九尖五尖底惹在右。铃、海螺、红色的世间在左。外轮，大吉祥智慧方便左旋之印。智慧莲花轮，胜妙界母的手印是：单面莲花轮，双手身色蓝。右自手以智慧依于方便。左手海螺红色依于主尊。克罗地舍瓦热界之印。燃烧莲花轮，于莲花座上安住后，请享用供品莲花轮，赐予誓言、圆满与成就。四部忿怒尊的手印中，佛部黑汝嘎的手印是：右白左黄中烟色面。轮、金刚、底惹在右。铃、海螺红色、 三叉戟在左。大吉祥佛方便之印。宝生黑汝嘎的手印是：右蓝左红中黄面。

To request to be present: Hūṃ! For the sake of sentient beings, cultivate supreme diligence, and with wisdom and compassion, consider me. I beseech you to dwell clearly and firmly within me, in the supreme state of accomplishment of the non-dual meaning. Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ kāya vākka citta tiṣṭha vajra. (藏文：ཨོཾ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀྐ་ཙིཏྟ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ，梵文天城体：ओँ रुलु रुलु हुम् भ्यो हुम् काय वाक्क चित्त तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ kāya vākka citta tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：Om Rulu Rulu Hum Bhyo Hum Body Speech Mind Abide Vajra.) Secondly, regarding offerings, there are two aspects: prostrations and offerings. Whichever of the two is being performed, one should visualize oneself as a Heruka with one face and two arms, emanated from the main deity of the mandala, residing at the eastern gate of the mandala, becoming unified with all sentient beings and actions, and delighting in engaging in these activities. First, the prostrations: Hūṃ! You have fully realized the selfless, unbiased ultimate truth, and although you have no enemies or friends in love and compassion, you do not transgress the time for subduing the wicked. I prostrate to the terrifying Heruka! The wrathful, powerful goddess constantly abides by your side, and from the mandala connecting skillful means and wisdom, clouds of unbearable, blazing Ḍākinīs arise. I prostrate to the mother who subdues the wicked! The great illusory mother, whose body is like the sky, unobstructed anywhere, and who can transform into any form as desired, assists with loving kindness like a loving sister. I prostrate to the assembly of outer and inner Ḍākinīs! Ati pu ho! Prati pu ho! Secondly, regarding the thirteen types of offerings, first is the offering of mudras: Hūṃ! A lotus wheel, symbolizing liberation. The central lotus wheel is the mudra of the wrathful deities: the right hand white, pointing the index finger; the left hand red, the face blue in the middle. Each of their mudra postures: nine-pointed, five-pointed, tira on the right. Bell, conch, red world on the left. Outer wheel, the glorious great wisdom skillful means turning to the left. Wisdom lotus wheel, the mudra of the excellent realm mother is: a single-faced lotus wheel, two hands, body color blue. The right hand itself relies on skillful means of wisdom. The left hand conch, red, relies on the main deity. Krodheśvarī, the mudra of the realm. Burning lotus wheel, having arisen on the lotus seat, please partake of the offering lotus wheel, grant vows, fulfillment, and accomplishments. Among the mudras of the four families of wrathful deities, the mudra of Buddha Heruka is: the right hand white, the left hand yellow, the face smoky in the middle. Wheel, vajra, tira on the right. Bell, conch, red, triśūla on the left. The mudra of the glorious great Buddha skillful means. The mudra of Ratna Heruka is: the right hand blue, the left hand red, the face yellow in the middle.
