Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ) is blue. Its rays stimulate the mindstreams of all the Tathāgatas, and the deities of the Vajra Mandala of the Mind come forth, filling the sky, and dissolve into Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ). The minds of all the Tathāgatas become inseparable from me. From the complete transformation of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ) arises the blue Achala, sealed by Vajradhara. Touching the heart with the Vajra Mudra: Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Mahācitta Vajra Svabhāva Ātmako'haṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་མ་ཧཱ་ཙིཏྟ་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व तथागत महाचित्त वज्र स्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata mahācitta vajra svabhāva ātmako'ham, Literal Chinese Meaning: Oṃ, the essence of the Vajra of the great mind of all Tathāgatas, is myself). Third, the branches of activity are six: Inviting the wisdom beings from within meditation, offering with the nature of generosity, confessing with the essence of patience, stimulating accomplishment with the nature of diligence, making vows with the essence of discipline, and reciting with the nature of wisdom. The first of these also has three parts: First, stimulating with the Vajra song: Remembering the wisdom of the Buddhas, the nature of the sixteen emptinesses, selflessness and non-selflessness, and the meaning of yoga that destroys the extremes of existence and non-existence. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ), emptiness, very deep, the power of existence and non-existence yoga, like the sky, abides near the samaya. Please consider, Sugatas, who make happiness go forth. Vajrasattva, you are my auspicious glory. Second: Stimulating with the rays of light from the hearts of all the deities, the gate of liberation, emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, that is, from the state of self-nature, the Buddhas of the ten directions and four times, without remainder or deficiency, thinking of awakening in the wheel of the three seats of the illusion net, accompanied by incense and music. Great sovereign of the mandala of the directions and times, from the mandala of the unapprehended mind, invite all the mandala deities. In the self-appearing, inseparable mandala, the characteristic of entering is equal union. Those who have gone forth from all directions and times, the mandala of approach is completely perfect, the supreme samaya of nearness. Oṃ Ehyahi Bhagavan Mahākaruṇika Dṛśya Hoḥ Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་བྷ་ག་ཝཱན་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་རུ་ཎི་ཀ་དྲྀ་ཤྱ་ཧོཿཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ ए ह्ये हि भगवन् महाकारुणिक दृष्य होः जः हूँ बं होः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ e hye hi bhagavan mahākāruṇika dṛśya hoḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Oṃ Come Come Lord Great Compassionate Appear Hoḥ Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ). Thus, mix the samaya being and the wisdom being into one. Third: By throwing the flower of the awareness Sugata-garbha, the wheel of the mandala of the five aggregates, eighteen elements, and eight consciousnesses, into the pure dharmadhatu, think of the inseparable self-nature merging. Oṃ Vajra Samaya Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र समय ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra samaya oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Oṃ, Vajra Samaya, Oṃ).
