Then, they consider the past and future dharmas, as well as unconditioned dharmas and non-associated compositional factors, to be merely imputed. They assert that the atoms and momentary consciousness of the present are indivisible and truly existent. Even the eye-consciousness arising from the eye does not actually see form; what appears to be seen is the appearance of form in the eye-consciousness, which is known as the form-image, and is recognized by consciousness. Furthermore, they believe that the appearance of the image is due to the existence of external objects such as form, which generate the image. The Mind-Only school, however, believes that although objects such as form appear to exist externally, they are merely the appearance of the internal apprehending consciousness itself, and do not exist externally, just like the forms in a dream. Therefore, although external objects do not exist, the apprehended aspect appears to exist, and the reason why the apprehending consciousness appears as the form-image is that the apprehending consciousness sees itself. Thus, the truly existent cognizing consciousness that appears as an external object is considered to be merely the reversal of the nature of consciousness, which is the wisdom of non-duality of the apprehended and the apprehender. Therefore, they claim that their own school has refuted the apprehended and the apprehender. However, since they separate the nature of the apprehender from the cognizing consciousness and divide it into the cognizing part that appears as the object, they merely acknowledge that the apprehended and the apprehender are not different entities. The Great Madhyamaka school, which has reached the pinnacle of the four philosophical schools, believes that the five aggregates such as form, the eight consciousnesses that are the nature of mind, the objects of associated compositional factors and conditioned dharmas, as well as unconditioned dharmas such as space, and all dharmas that are imputed as non-entities, are all conventional truth, and that the selflessness of these is ultimate truth. Although these two are different only in name, they cannot be said to be either one or different in essence, and they proclaim that they transcend all conceptual elaborations of existence and non-existence, being and non-being. As the *Distinguishing the Middle from the Extremes* says: "The unreal conceptualization exists, In this, the two do not exist, Emptiness exists in this, In this, this also does not exist. Not empty, not non-empty, Therefore everything is explained, Because of existence, because of non-existence, because of existence, This is called the Middle Way." This means that the knowledge that appears in various ways is merely false conceptualization, which exists conventionally. And for the apprehended and apprehender aspects that appear, because they are merely imputed by thought, they do not exist even conventionally, therefore they are liberated from the two extremes. Like this, conceptualization

Merely having habitual tendencies, one is liberated from the extremes of existence and annihilation. Since it transcends the imputation of grasper and grasped and dependent phenomena, it is liberated from the extremes of permanence and existence. Although in that state, the nature of emptiness exists as the nature of reality, the established phenomena of the nature divided by the two truths do not exist in the knowable. In this regard, the Ornament of Sutras says: "Suchness is in all, without difference, yet pure. Suchness is the nature of the Sugata; therefore, all beings possess its essence." That is to say, since it abides in sentient beings in the manner of an essence, it is necessary to abandon the two obscurations through the power of the truth of the path. Since it abides in the Buddha in the manner of direct perception, it is impossible to abandon the two obscurations in the realm of phenomena. Therefore, in order to abandon the obscurations from the perspective of the individual's mind, it is determined that in conventional truth, the imputed is also non-existent, the dependent empowerment exists only as conventional truth, and the perfectly established is free from all elaboration. For this purpose, the ways of asserting the tenets of self-emptiness and other-emptiness, and the different ways of establishing them, when the wisdom that establishes the tenets is exhausted, the naturally pure manner is described in the Question of the Dharani自在王: "Since it is exhausted from the beginning, therefore it is called exhausted." Thirdly, in this land of snow, due to the power of the activities of the Buddhas, there are eight different traditions of the practice lineage and transmission. Among them, for the one called Yoga自在者Karuna, there are fifteen instructions of the Indian dakinis. In the terminology of the completion stage teachings, it is said: "Benefit and harm, abandonment and realization are not accomplished; this is the nature of ultimate truth." For this treatise, in order to avoid the extremes of addition and subtraction, it is named "Words on the Unchanging Nature of Reality." How to avoid it? Although the Tathagata does not speak in a dualistic way, since he has great compassion and skillful means, he tames sentient beings with various vehicles and established tenets that are in accordance with their faculties, intelligence, inclinations, and dispositions. Ultimately, these also converge and flow into the single certainty of suchness. Just as it is said in the sutras: "Great rivers flow into the ocean, flow in, and merge." For those who are not obscured by consciousness, who are easy to tame, easy to train, and easy to accumulate merit
