ར་བྱ། །དགེ་དང་ཉམས་རྟོགས་འགྲིབ་གྱུར་པའི། །ལོག་འཚོ་ལྔ་ལ་བདར་བར་བྱ། །ཤ་ནི་སྡིག་པའི་ཟས་ཡིན་པས། །གསད་པའི་འཇིགས་པ་དྲན་པར་བྱ། །མདོར་ན་མང་དུ་སྨོས་ཅི་དགོས། །རྟག་ཏུ་འཆི་བ་དྲན་བྱ་ཞིང༌། །དུག་ལྔའི་རྣམ་རྟོག་ཅི་ཤར་ཡང༌། །ཤེས་བཞིན་དྲན་པས་ཁྲེལ་འདེབས་ཤིང༌། །ལུང་མ་བསྟན་གྱི་རྣམ་རྟོག་ཀུན། །ལྷག་མཐོང་རིག་པས་སྤ་བཀོང་ན། །སྟོང་ཉིད་སྙིད་རྗེའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཅན། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོར་སྟོབས་འབར་བས། །ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་དུ། །འགྲོ་འགྱུར་འདི་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད། །དེ་སྐད་སྨྲས་པས་ལྷའི་བྱ་ཚོགས། །ཁྱིམ་གྱིས་སྤྲོ་བ་རབ་ཏུ་ཉམས། །ཐུབ་ཆོད་ནུས་པ་མན་ཆད་ནས། །འཇག་མའི་སྲིན་བུ་ཡན་ཆོད་དུ། །ཀུན་ལ་འཚེ་བའི་བློ་སྤངས་ནས། །དམ་པའི་དཀའ་ཐུབ་མཆོག་ལ་སྤྱོད། །བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེ་བ་དང༌། །མཁས་ཤིང་ནུས་པ་བརྟན་པ་ནི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཁྱད་ཆོས་ཏེ། །གང་ལས་ཆོས་ནི་རྣམ་ཤེས་པ། །དེ་ལ་བྱས་པ་ཤེས་པའི་དྲིན། །ཡང་ནས་ཡང་དུ་གཟོ་བ་ནི། ཡ་རབས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡིན། དེ་སྐད་ཟེར་ནས་ལྷའི་བྱ་ཚོགས། །ནགས་ཁྲོད་མཆོག་ལ་དེངས་པར་གྱུར། །རི་བོང་ཤིན་ཏུ་བརྟན་པའི་རྟོགས་པ་བརྗོད་པ་བྲག་རིའི་མགུལ་ རྒྱན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། དཔལ་གྱི་བསམ་ཡས་མཆིམས་ཕུའི་བྲག་དམར་རིང་མོ་ཅན་གྱི་ནགས་ཁྲོད་དུ། རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་པོ་དྲི་མེད་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་ལས་སྣང་སྲིད་བརྡ་རྒྱུད་ཆེན་བོར་ཤར་བའི་རྫོགས་ཆེན་པ་རང་བྱུང་རྡོ་རྗེས་སོ། །གཏམ་ཚོགས་ལེའུ་ང་གཉིས་པའོ།། །། གཏམ་ཚོགས་ལེའུ་ང་གསུམ་པ། འདུ་འཛི་ལ་སྐྱོ་བའི་གཏམ་ཏོག་གི་བློ་གྲོས། འདུ་འཛི་ལ་སྐྱོ་བའི་གཏམ། ཏོག་གི་བློ་གྲོས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། ཞི་བ་དམ་པའི་དབྱིངས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བདག་ཅག་གི་སྟོན་ཤཱཀ་ཐུབ་དེ། །གཙུག་ཏོར་སྤངས་ནས་སིནྡྷཱུའི་མཚོར། །འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྣམ་ཐར་ཅན། །སྙིང་གི་དབུས་ན་འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད། མི་ལུས་ཐོབ་བ་དགའ་ལགས་ཏེ། བྱིས་པའི་དུས་ན་བསམ་མེད་འབྱམས། ལང་ཚོའི་དུས་ན་འཁྲུལ་པས་བྲིད། །ངེས་འབྱུང་སྐྱེ་བ་ཕྱིས་ལ་ཁད། །བསྟན་ལ་ཞུགས་ཀྱང་ལས་མཐའ་ལོག །རྟགས་ཙམ་འཛིན་པའི་བཞུགས་གྲལ་ཆུད། །འཇིགས་སྐྱོབ་ལེགས་སྨོན་ཆོས་སུ་འཁྲུལ། ད་གཟོད་བསམ་ཚེ་སྐྱོ་བ་ལ། །དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་ཀྱིས་མ་ཟིན་པས། སྡེ་སྣོད་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གཞུང་ལ་རྨོངས། ལྟར་སྣང་གདམས་ཕྲན་ཆོས་སུ་འཁྲུལ། ཀུན་མཁྱེན་མཇལ་བ་ཕྱིས་ལ་ཁད། གྲ་ས་འགྲིམ་པའི་སྒེག་ཆོས་ཀྱིས། །འཆམས་དབྱངས་རོལ་མོ་གཏོར་རྒྱག་དང

停止吧！对于善和证悟退失衰减的，要辨别五种邪命。肉是罪恶的食物，要忆念杀害的恐惧。总之何必多说呢？要时常忆念死亡，无论生起五毒的分别念，都要以正知正念加以呵责，对于不记别的分别念，若以胜观智慧加以压制，具有空性和慈悲的精髓，以大智慧之力而炽燃，前往一切智智的城市，对此没有怀疑。如是说后，天上的鸟群，对家庭的欢愉大为厌倦。从能够忍耐苦行者以下，到芦苇中的小虫以上，舍弃对一切众生的损害之心，行持殊胜的圣者苦行。慈爱和悲心广大，贤善且能力稳固，是菩萨的特点，从何处能完全理解佛法呢？对于他要知道恩情，再三地报答，是贤良之人的功德。如是说后，天上的鸟群，前往殊胜的森林。讲述兔子非常稳固的证悟之《岩山的颈饰》

Stop! For those whose virtue and realization have declined, discern the five wrong livelihoods. Meat is sinful food, remember the fear of killing. In short, what need is there to say more? Always remember death, and whenever the thoughts of the five poisons arise, rebuke them with mindfulness and awareness. If you suppress the unspecified thoughts with superior insight, possessing the essence of emptiness and compassion, blazing with the power of great wisdom, you will go to the city of omniscience, there is no doubt about it. After saying this, the flocks of heavenly birds, greatly weary of the joys of home. From those who can endure asceticism down to the smallest insects in the reeds, abandoning the intention to harm all beings, they practice the supreme asceticism of the noble ones. Great love and compassion, being wise and steadfast in ability, are the characteristics of a Bodhisattva. From where can one fully understand the Dharma? For him, know the kindness and repay it again and again, it is the virtue of the virtuous. After saying this, the flocks of heavenly birds, went to the excellent forest. The tale of the rabbit's very firm realization, called "The Necklace of the Rocky Mountain."
