It is not so. The place of dwelling, निश्चित (nges par bstan pa, certain), is not unique. The Shravaka Sangha of the Tathagata, and the petitioners are also not unique. Here, due to the various inclinations of sentient beings, there are many omniscient ones, many languages of the omniscient ones, many places of dwelling, and many teachings. Therefore, the Tathagata did not reveal all the tantras with a single divine language produced by the efforts of the throat and palate, etc. Thus it is said. And again in the same place: Because the Bhagavan is the teacher of infinite Dharma, therefore, the Buddhists should not say that the Buddhas have निश्चित (nges par bstan pa, certainly) revealed the place of dwelling in all the kings of tantras such as "Thus have I heard." If it were only with this well-formed Sanskrit language, without the language of the omniscient, which is the nature of all sentient beings' languages, then the Buddha would also become अल्प (nyitse ba, few). Here in this sacred land, seeing the heretical scholars who speak of sounds, endowed with manifest pride, just as the gods desired by the Brahmins, Vishnu, Shiva, etc., Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshvara, etc., are speakers of well-formed Sanskrit, so too the gods desired by us, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, are also speakers of well-formed Sanskrit. This is the thought of Buddhists with childish minds. Here, all those Buddhas and Bodhisattvas not with the language of the non-omniscient, only with the well-formed Sanskrit language, but with the language of all sentient beings, they teach the Dharma and gather it accurately. Therefore, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are not merely संबंधित (brel ba, related) to the birth of gods, but because they teach the Dharma in the various languages of sentient beings. Thus it is said. And again in the same place: The statement that one desires to go to heaven with only one well-formed Sanskrit language is the thought of those who are overwhelmed by false pride, because there is no language of the omniscient. Thus it is said. Here, the अल्प (nyitse ba, few) Dharma taught by Vishnu and Maheshvara, etc., to all sentient beings

Those who are devoid of arrogance, who cause the suffering of samsara, who generate wrong views, and who are manifestly arrogant in claiming noble lineage, the Buddhas should not rejoice in them. Thus it is said. According to those who rely on sound, words, and letters, one should rejoice in these as the most excellent essence, because they are in accordance with them. Furthermore, in that very text, it says: "Let alone the differences of other places for a moment. In this noble land (ancient India) where the Tathagata attained perfect enlightenment, when the Bhagavan passed into complete nirvana, the compilers wrote the three vehicles on books. The three pitakas determined by the Tathagata are in Magadhi language. The Sutra Pitaka is in Sindhu language. The method of Prajnaparamita and the method of mantra are in Sanskrit. The tantras and other tantras are in Sanskrit and the language of ordinary people, as well as corrupt and non-Sanskrit languages, such as the language of barbarians like those who live in the mountains. All such teachings of the Buddhas taught by the all-knowing ones were written down by the compilers. Similarly, in the land of Tibet, the three vehicles were written in Tibetan, and in China, in Chinese. Similarly, in Greater China, Persia, Champa, the land of monkeys, the place called Gold, Turkey, and the land of molasses. Thus, in ninety-six places with hundreds of thousands of cities, it is in ninety-six languages. Similarly, in the twelve parts, as well as in the heavens, the human realm, and underground, the compilers wrote the three vehicles in the languages of various beings. The Shravakas wrote the Shravaka Vehicle, the Pratyekabuddhas wrote the Pratyekabuddha Vehicle, and the Bodhisattvas wrote the Great Vehicle Prajnaparamita, and the Great Vehicle Secret Mantra, which is the nature of cause and effect. For the sake of taming various beings. The scriptures and reasoning written by various compilers in the languages of various places, through analytical observation, are the language of the Buddha Bhagavan, the all-knowing one, the all-knowing.
