The answer to the question is as follows. In general, all dharmas cannot transcend the intent of the lineage masters. The supreme teacher, the fully enlightened Buddha, considering the different minds of beings with three types of faculties, although he taught the three vehicles, in reality, he did not speak a single word. In the *Array of Excellent Qualities Sutra*, it says, "I have not spoken anything, yet it appears extensively to sentient beings." This means that the light of compassion of any master's intent will appear clearly in the listener's mind like an echo. The reason for this is in the *Uttaratantra*, just like sound and images, arising from the minds of others, without conceptualization, without fabrication. Therefore, the words of the Tathagata, without conceptualization, without fabrication, do not reside inside or outside. Therefore, the dharma taught by the Buddha with intent appears as language in the minds of those to be tamed. But this is not definite either, but rather of an inconceivable nature. Therefore, regarding the intent transmission of the Nyingma school, those conceptualizers who, with minds of doubt, utter noisy sounds, still do not practice the Dharma, will they not fall from the path of the lower realms? Specifically, the way the tantras arise is: the Dharmakaya speaks with its own nature, called the tantra of the meaning to be expressed, in which there are no words or letters. If distinguished, there are two types: the means tantra and the nature tantra. But in reality, they are not two, as stated in the *Tantra King Pearl Garland*: "From one basis, the difference of essence, it appears as the means and nature tantras, but this is merely a designation, the essence is one basis, the nature is emptiness, there is no difference, no change. For example, if a person has many names, no matter from where one calls, it will appear, the unchanging meaning is also like that." This explains that the self-aware bodhicitta, which pervades all beings, is constantly present, therefore it is taught as the tantra. The Sambhogakaya speaks in a clear and pure manner, this is not through language, but in the manner of self-appearing wisdom. The Nirmanakaya speaks with beautiful words, gathered into the tantra of the words to be expressed. If one speaks of types, in the *Abhisamayalankara*, it speaks of seventeen kinds of refined light. Self-arising and self-liberation, self-born and complete with qualities, possessing beauty and intricate structure, and pearls.

There are no rosaries and letters, like the mirror of heart and mind, the union of sun and moon is revealed. The Dharmakaya burns, jewels are piled up, the lamp shines, Longchenpa (Klong chen pa, 1308-1363). Thus, the six sons in order, manifest from the transformation, appearing to the beings to be tamed. Thus, the three Kayas, the teacher, the essence of the one taste of the expanse, as the individual natures have spoken, with appearances indicating the three intentions, the terms of expression arise. Also in the 'Heap of Jewels Tantra,' it says, 'The Dharmakaya, self-purified from grasping, in the palace of non-elaboration, self-purified, in the sphere of appearance inseparable from oneself, with the signless speech, the dharmas without elaboration, non-abiding, self-exhausting, arise from the mind.'

. In the phenomenon of mind-to-mind transmission, the teachings transmitted through words are discarded. Placing scriptures at the forefront, one recites, "May it be obtained, may it be transformed." Taking the meaning of empowerment and transmission out of context, all that is seen is a mountain of transmission records and scriptures. Why attempt to soar when one needs the wings and strength of a Garuda? Jumping off a cliff without ability becomes an obstacle to precious life. Therefore, before achieving complete accord with the primordial protector, who would imitate such behavior? Enjoying the Dharma should also be done in moderation, and upon seeing that this action is a cause for falling into hell, it is unanimously stated. Next is the eleventh question: In the transmission of the Vidyadhara's signs, are there empowerments and vows? If there are, it contradicts the transmission of signs; if there are not, it is the same as the mind transmission. To this, the answer is given: In the transmission of the Vidyadhara's signs, if faith and vows are lacking, who would consider it a transmission? Empowerments have relative and ultimate aspects, and vows are the same. Relying on various substances and symbols, practicing through rituals, this is the empowerment of relative symbols. But in reality, if the Vajra Master does not possess the blessing of the lineage, even if empowerment is given, it cannot be obtained, and instead becomes a cause for falling into hell. Therefore, the blessing of the lineage does not come from substances, but from the wisdom of the one giving the empowerment itself. Therefore, relying on dependent origination, the four Vajras pervade the realms of beings, but are obscured by the cause of ignorance. Through the rituals of signs, methods, and dependent origination, it is awakened and manifested. Relying on it, when the qualities of the basic wisdom are manifested, it is given the name "Buddha." Therefore, the intention, conduct, asceticism, and power of the mandala lord, and the differences in the disciples' faculties, whether empowerment is given relying on intention, signs, or rituals, all the qualities of the five paths and ten bhumis are equally the basis for arising. Therefore, through the signs of mudras and the signs of gestures, and various methods of signs, by giving these empowerments, the wisdom of the meaning of empowerment is placed in the disciple's continuum, and this is known as obtaining empowerment. Thus, as long as empowerment exists, vows are its followers. There is no need to argue about existence or non-existence. However, the sound of Abhiṣeka (Tibetan: དབང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अभिषेक, Sanskrit Romanization: abhiṣeka, Chinese literal meaning: empowerment) measures the symbolic substances.
