All are liberated at once. Even the worms rise into light. Why are all sentient beings, Equal in the realm of awareness, Because there is no good or bad in karma. By the power of birth, as one wishes, Emanating, one does great deeds for sentient beings. Likewise, having power over entering, Even if awareness is put into matter, It moves and emits sounds. The lotus and the wish-fulfilling tree, Jewels and so forth, From all of them, The sound of Dharma emanates, making all sentient beings, Mature, and causing food, clothing, and rain to fall. Even from the secret seed lineage, When one reaches the place where the inner work is exhausted, Fingers and so forth appear in the same way. Here, entrusting, the elements are naturally pure. By the difference of birth and entering, In the self-nature ground where all dharmas are exhausted, Without clinging to anything, One abides, this is the emanation body. This is empowered by the force of entering, Who has obtained the self-mastery of birth? That too, entrusting to it, Again, as it is done at this time, The self-sound of appearance, the tinkling sound, Appears to be deluded by turning back manifestly. This accomplishes all the benefit of sentient beings. Because awareness is equally one, All the sentient beings of the three thousand worlds, Are accomplished by this great transformation. Thus it is said, therefore, the boundary of birth and entering, After the exhaustion of the nature of reality, Having obtained the entering of the inner realm, If one does not turn back for the sake of beings, Before three thousand sentient beings mature, Having liberated them all at once, And entering into the original inner realm, If one does this, one has power over birth, Turning back, one benefits the three thousand gradually. Thus, By the two modes of birth and entering, By their power, in as many eons as there are dust particles, Like a jewel, a great treasure on the earth, Like an ocean, the categories of Dharma, By skillful means, the power of activity that tames whatever is to be tamed, For us, the sentient beings of the three realms, The method and manner of accomplishing benefit, Without even a moment's distraction, The extraordinary compassion that surpasses others, The all-knowing Padmasambhava of the three times, And the great vidyadhara Vimalamitra, Remembering their kindness, Chimpu and others, Alas, alas, the two guides, Now are not residing in Tibet, The hearts of the following disciples are cold, Today, I call out with a cry of sorrow, Because there is no other hope, Bless us with compassion, Guru Rinpoche! This is also an intervening verse. Regarding the thirtieth question, The Shravakas, in countless eons, Obtain Buddhahood.

Regarding that desire, what are its view, practice, path, and fruit like? The answer to this question is as follows: The essence of the Hearer Vehicle is not like that of the Great Vehicle Bodhisattva, not striving for the benefit of others, but rather the thought of liberating oneself alone from samsara transforms into a method for realizing the selflessness of the individual. Its etymology is that one listens to the teachings of one's own teacher and also proclaims them to others, therefore it is called the Hearer who listens and proclaims. Its necessity is that it possesses the Dharma nature of certainly liberating from the suffering of samsara. Its fruit is considered to be the attainment of the Arhat with remainder and without remainder. If divided, there are two types, namely the Sutra School and the Vaibhashika. The former believes that reason and conventional truth, like a yak's tail and a nettle, although appearing as a single whole, are actually a collection of particles. That is to say, although they proclaim the selflessness of the individual, they acknowledge the self-nature of phenomena, that particles exist momentarily. Based on the Dharma contained within the Four Truths, in terms of cause and effect, acceptance and rejection, understanding that suffering is to be known, origin is to be abandoned, the path is to be relied upon, and cessation is the principle to be realized. After abandoning the four hundred and fourteen things to be abandoned, realizing the wisdom of cessation and non-arising is regarded as liberation. The Sutra School believes that the object of focus is focusing on the Four Truths, knowing them with twelve types of wisdom, abandoning all eighty-eight afflictions, and regarding it as realizing wisdom. That is to say, although the selflessness of the individual is the same as the Vaibhashika, in terms of the realm of phenomena, it is superior. In the order of arising of the five paths, both strive diligently, as a common antidote to the three poisons, meditating on selflessness and illusion. For individual antidotes, for desire, meditating on the eight impurities and the skeleton. For hatred, meditating on loving-kindness. For ignorance, meditating on the twelve links of dependent origination, both forward and reverse. For the antidote to conceptual thought, measuring the number of breaths. That selflessness, that is, the non-mentation of the cessation of object and subject, meditating on the non-existence of cessation. Not understanding the Great Vehicle and Secret Mantra, relying on inferior Buddhas such as white appearance, the Stream-enterer, Once-returner, Non-returner, and Arhat, each fruit has two.
