The seventh bhumi gains control over the seven bhumis from one to two through meditating on the progressive arising. Also, gaining control over the seven waters arises from the preliminary steps. The eighth bhumi gains control over the seven winds by subduing the winds of the four chakras. The ninth bhumi is able to act through the seven limbs of enlightenment, which arises from prior union. The tenth bhumi gains control over the seven things to be done as Dharma, which arises from meditating on the deity. The eleventh bhumi is able to emanate seven horses with the power of clouds, which arises from exerting effort. The twelfth bhumi is able to emanate seven cooling monks, which arises from abiding in vows and precepts. The thirteenth bhumi is able to emanate seven celestial palaces, which arises from meditating on the palace. The fourteenth bhumi is able to emanate seven world realms, which arises from pleasing the lama. The fifteenth bhumi is able to emanate seven yidam deities, which arises from meditating on the yidam. The sixteenth bhumi is able to emanate seven goddesses and enjoy the purification of the six objects such as form, and is able to show the birthplaces of the six realms, and the nineteenth arises from the perfection of all powers. In this way, there are a hundred emanated bodies, and the purifying activities are as many as the number of different bodies. Furthermore, the benefits obtained temporarily are: through the power of with-characteristics, the qualities of the body are longevity, freedom from disease, loving-kindness towards beings, possessing merit, accomplishing miraculous powers, seeing the particles of the body, and so on. Through the power of without-characteristics, the qualities of speech are turning the wheel of Dharma, having power over the scriptures, being pleasing to others' ears, listening as instructed, knowing the language of non-humans, and so on. Through the power of extremely without-characteristics, the mind is purified, obtaining samadhi, wisdom, whatever is thought appears as dharmata, realizing the equality of the four times, knowing death and rebirth, and so on. Through the power of most without-characteristics, the mind becomes workable, obtaining clairvoyance, blessing with immeasurable life, and so on. In particular, the qualities of the four appearances are obtained through the four powers: through the power of with-characteristics, dharmata is directly perceived; through the power of without-characteristics, experience increases; extremely

Wisdom reaches its peak in a non-doing manner, and the nature of reality is exhausted in a completely non-doing manner. After obtaining each of these respective qualities of appearance, each inner experience of samadhi, each secret view of special significance, and each standard of complete teaching, the contaminated body is merged into the Buddha-land. This is the view of the omniscient great being. In short, the definite temporary qualities have been explained. Secondly, the ultimate fruit is: the protector Vajradhara, because all the qualities of abandonment and realization are completely perfected, is liberated from all obscurations. Its qualities are the inexhaustible body, speech, and mind, possessing the nature of the wheel of adornment, although it is determined to be an inconceivable nature of reality, but for the time being here If all the qualities of the mundane and supramundane are summarized as one, then in the commentary on the Uttaratantra it says: "Thus, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, and the thirty-two major marks of a great person, all of these appear in one form and are summarized as sixty-four." Among them, the ten powers are mentioned in the Uttaratantra: "The possible and impossible, the results of actions, the faculties, the realms, the various inclinations, the paths of all migrations, the concentrations, the freedom from defilements, the recollection of past lives, the divine eye, and peace, are the ten powers of knowledge." That is, the possible and impossible, the ripening of karma, various inclinations, various realms, superior and non-superior faculties, all paths and all afflictions, the purified ground, the recollection of past lives, death and birth, and the exhaustion of all leaks, are the ten powers. Similarly, the four fearlessnesses are mentioned in the same text: "All dharmas are completely enlightened, obstacles can be prevented, the path is shown, and cessation is shown, there are four kinds of fearlessness." That is, being fearless in realizing enlightenment in all dharmas, being fearless in knowing all leaks, being fearless in proclaiming the body that determines not to change the obstructing dharmas, and being fearless in the certainty of obtaining all perfect results.
