At the time when countless hosts of gods gathered to watch, the Blessed One went to the monastery and emitted rays of light from the doorframe, burning all the great miracle halls. The six teachers said, "If Gautama's hall is burned, pick up stones and suppress the silence here." The king and his entourage silently understood. Then, by the power of the Buddha, the fire burned all the smells of the hall, and he himself became a peaceful and beautiful hall. The king was pleased and said to the heretics, "The Blessed One has already shown miracles, now it is your turn." They had no courage and sat silently. Again, the Teacher struck the ground with his right foot adorned with the auspicious wheel, and the great earth shook violently. Therefore, the five hundred hermits in the mountains who had previously been sought for help by the six teachers understood the signal to "come" and flew into the sky. Just seeing the Tathagata, the hairs of faith stirred from within, let alone helping them, they prostrated to the Buddha with five limbs, listened to the Dharma, and witnessed the truth. They requested to be ordained, received full ordination with "come," and became Arhats again. The flowers of that tree were as large as chariot wheels, the fruits were like five-斗柜 and could contain essence, and the roots of the branches showed the radiance of the seven treasures, dispelling the darkness of the four continents.
