Understanding all relationships as the nature of co-emergent great bliss is a branch of great bliss. Enjoying the five desirable qualities and other appearances as the great equal taste of attachment to good and bad connections is a branch of enjoyment. To don the armor of impartial benefit for beings who have not understood in this way is a branch filled with compassion. To continuously and unremittingly train in the two stages of the wheel without wavering in benefiting others is a branch of uninterruptedness. To be liberated from the trap of contentment and self-grasping and to practice unhindered in the three spheres is a branch of unhinderedness. Thus, the latter seven are the cause or seed for accomplishing the practice, which is mentioned in passing. The emanation body teacher Vajradhara Diamond Holder) and the six teachers. The Dharma includes the Great and Small Vehicles. The retinue includes sacred places and ordinary beings. There are ordinary individuals and dakinis. There are vidyadharas and others who are uncertain. The time is the same as the appearance of the Dharma and the beings to be tamed, which is the present. The place is the Akanishta of the gods, and the secret Akanishta of the great charnel grounds and other places of Vajrayogini, and the different places of the six realms. Therefore, from beginningless time until the end of the present and future, in order to lead limitless beings to liberation and the path of complete enlightenment, countless Dharma teachings have been spoken through the inexhaustible play of the wheel of adornment of body, speech, and mind. The second part is divided into two parts: the general classification of the types of vehicles, and the specific explanation of the unsurpassed vehicle. The first part is: Thus, all the Dharma taught by the teachers of the three bodies is taught in conjunction with the sequence of faculties, and in summary of the meaning of antidotes, and as antidotes to the three poisons, both general and specific, there are three certainties. As it is said in the Root Tantra of the Sounding Transformation: The way of speaking includes three intentions, summarizing the antidotes and the meaning of the faculties, and teaching by summarizing the words. That is to say, what is taught as the meaning of the antidote is: what is to be tamed is desire, hatred, and ignorance. The equal parts of these three afflictions are twenty-one thousand, and in general there are eighty-four thousand antidotes. The Vinaya, Sutra, and Abhidharma, the equal parts of the three pitakas are twenty-one thousand, and so are the doors of the Dharma.

Four myriads. Regarding the meaning of gathering, it speaks of the two tantras, outer and inner. The outer tantras are Kriya (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Action), Upa (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Approach), and Yoga. The inner tantras are Anu (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Subsequent), and Ati, three in total. It speaks of six classes of tantras, as it says in the 'Thorough Transformation': From the past, from cause and effect, there are three causes and two effects, and the two are divided into six. Regarding the meaning of empowerment, it speaks of the nine successive vehicles, as it says in the 'Great Arrangement Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Tantra': To the small, it teaches three: Holding onto characteristics is the Hearer, having awareness is the Solitary Realizer, having conceptual engagement is the Bodhisattva. Thus, the first teaching, the Four Noble Truths, primarily teaches the training of discipline, the Vinaya Pitaka is the Hearer Vehicle. The intermediate teaching, without characteristics, primarily teaches the training of Samadhi, the Sutra Pitaka is the Solitary Realizer Vehicle. The final, definitive meaning, primarily teaches the training of wisdom, the Abhidharma Pitaka is the Bodhisattva Vehicle. These three Pitakas are called the Vehicle that guides beings. Similarly, earlier, it taught three to the middling: Extremely inferior is Action, for the inferior is Practice, having clear awareness is Yoga. Therefore, the Great Vehicle Kriya (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Action), which is the Action Tantra, the lower Practice Tantra is the Action Tantra, and the higher View Tantra corresponds to Yoga, practicing both is the hermaphrodite vehicle, or the Practice Tantra Upaya (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Approach), Yoga, which is the Yoga Tantra, these three outer tantras are known as the Vehicle of Ascetic Knowledge. Similarly, in the Great Arrangement, it taught three to the great: For those with elevated minds is Generation, for those with essential minds is Completion, for the supremely secret is Great Completion. Thus, from the Dharmadhatu of the Ground of Completion, unmoving, the self-arisen wisdom light's intention is inexpressible, appearing as the magical display of awareness, like the basis of all phenomena, the Generation Stage Maha Yoga (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Great Yoga), appearing as the playful art of awareness, like the path of all phenomena, the Completion Stage Anu Yoga (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Subsequent Yoga), awareness self-appearing, like the fruit of all phenomena, the pith instruction Great Completion Ati Yoga (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Primordial Yoga), these three inner tantras are known as the Vehicle of the Means of Mastering Power, as it says in the Explanatory Tantra 'Collected Intentions': Guiding beings is Ascetic Knowledge, Mastering Power
